    We are ecstatic with the team and the job they did. They were extremely helpful and courteous, from Darrin and Joseph, and Ryan and Jet, to the office staff. They connected our generator to the home, reconfigured our panel box, and made sure we understood the correct way to switch over to generator power when needed. We would highly recommend Mr. Electric for all electrical needs.

    I highly recommend Mr.Electric for all your electrical needs. I woke up this morning with NO hot water. I called Mr. Electric and the lady was very professional with getting my info and told me she would contact the dispatcher to line up a tech. In 5 minutes I received their call. They first told me they could get to it Monday morning. I explained to her we needed hot water over the weekend. She told me she could schedule me between 1&3 today. Larry their tech showed up at 1:45 and proceeded to find my problem and correct it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The total cost was very little. Everyone I came in contact with at Mr. Electric was top notch and very professional. I want to Thank them again for taking care of my problem so quickly! It was a great experience!!!

    I had a new fan that sounded like the blades were grinding. After seeing the fan was not causing the issue, I called Mr. Electric to come out and look at the box in the attic, thinking it was the issue. First technician was nice and told me that he could build a new box in the attic to secure the fan and resolve the problem for $455. This was the cheapest option per the tech. He advised he would come back in a few hours and complete the job, as he did not have the parts. Another technician and (guessing apprentice/trainee) showed up an hour later. They advised me that the attic box was fine and the drywall was causing the issue. The drywall around the hole in the ceiling appeared to be giving a bit and is not allowing for a proper installation of the fan, thus causing the grinding noise. Nothing was repaired and nothing was rebuilt. Only the fan was taken down. The price is the price is what I was told by the tech. Not a good first impression for a hometown company for this new resident.**UPDATE** - This company cares about their public image and I respect that. I received a call from their operations manager, Bobby, who listened to my concerns and frustration and advised that he would have a team come back out to make the issue right. They came out today and now the fan works great. Thanks to Bobby and your technician Tyler, who was nice both times we spoke. Changing this from 1 star to 4 star. Thanks!

    Ive been meaning to write this review but got caught up in the holidays. Recently, Mr Electric did an entire rewiring of a rental home I have. First, Id like to say that Ryan was exceptional. He was the lead on the job and very professional throughout the whole process. (Even when there was a small issue between David & Ryan. Ryan showed his professionalism and remained a gentleman.) Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. David, was my first contact and he came out and quoted the job and explained exactly what they would be doing. I was grateful for his honesty and genuine concern that I was quite skeptical as I had been burned before. This was quite an expensive job and David assured me that the job would be done just as he said. None the less I was still skeptical. The job was completed exactly the way David quoted and Ryan made sure every detail was done according to the quote. I am very pleased with the job. I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Ryan to be your lead man.

    4 months ago we started an insurance claim that Darrin quartebacked! Today it is finally finished. We love everything that was done and Darrin Steve and Tim did great work and are genuinely nice and honest people. There was a lot of hard work done both at our house and in their office 90 minutes away! I never heard them once complaining about the long commute! We will use them for all electrical needs in the future!

    I had a big project that needed to be done on our electrical box along with a few smaller things in the house. Darren came to do the estimate and instead of trying to get me to do things that were more expensive and not needed, he suggested what was needed. I thought I needed a new electrical panel but he suggested a rejuvenation which was cheaper and exactly what we needed. Him and Steve were very professional and fast. It was raining the day they came so they had to reschedule to do the panel as my is outside. They did all the rest of the work that I needed done. I expected the reschedule to be weeks out but they were back 2 days later to get the job done. They were amazing and I would recommend them for any electrical job.

    We lost power on a Saturday morning. After servicing other customers Travis showed up at 5.This nice man, along with Jimmy, worked until 12 midnight, installed a brand new panel, and had us back on on the grid. Travis was polite and focused the whole way. I doubt there are many others who would have worked on a Saturday night the way he and Jimmy did. We very much appreciate what they did for us.They are 6 on a 5 star scale.

    Great company, the electrician that came out was extremely helpful and experienced.Was able to get a same day appointment for the inspection and estimate.The only reason i gave 4 and not 5 stars is they openly admit that they are not the cheapest ones to do the work which is not a problem since they are a larger company with highly qualified workers.

    We received awesome service from the entire Mr. Electric Team! We selected Mr. Electric via an internet search of customer reviews and contacted them to replace our dining room light fixture. We cannot overstate how impressed we were with Mr. Electrics job order and scheduling processes and with the professional technicians who performed the work. Tyler and Ryan thoroughly reviewed the work to be performed and the final cost with us beforehand, to ensure we were all in agreement. Every detail was professionally attended to and our complete satisfaction secured before leaving the site.     I was having electrical problems, fuse were being blown, lights would go out, outlets had no power, and my microwave oven would not work. I called an electrician that I knew had had his electrical business for many years He came to my house, checked thing out and said that my microwave had a short in it He told me to get a new microwave, because it would be cheaper than fixing my old one and he would come back and take the old microwave out and install the new one. I bought a new one and called to let him know I was ready for him to come and do the work. After waiting for weeks for him to come back and sitting here in the dark one night I called Mr. Electric after hours.Darrin and Tim came out and inspected my house inside and out. Darrin said I needed a new panel and that he believed that would take care of all my electrical problems. It did! After they installed the new panel everything worked, even my old microwave,. It does not have a short in it, works as well as it ever did. I am very much satisfied. Darrin puts safety first, hes very professional, and explains what he will be doing.I have some fractures in my legs and cant go down stairs. Darrin took pictures of what he had done and brought them upstairs for me to see. This was so nice of him , I didnt even ask him to do this.I asked Darrin to come back and change two fluorescent lights in my den to LED lights. He did and I am very pleased with them.I highly recommend Darrin!

    Our technician was Chase Fields. He provided great service to fix several found issues we had from a recent pre- purchase home inspection. It was a two visit solution, would have like all repairs same day. Pricing is apparently preset by Mr Electric franchise owners/ business, and didn’t appear to be negotiable. If we have addition repairs in the future, may need to do comparison bidding. Everything is negotiable, businesses must listen to customers vs only their set pricing or bottom line.

    Had these guys do some work for me mid August 2022. My garage power point had failed, and as it supplied a fridge and chest freezer that was something I needed fixed fast. (Running a power cable from my kitchen wasnt a good solution even if it kept them running). Their guys Darren and Travis showed up the next day (Id called late afternoon). Got the job done and also some extra work complete the next day.Six weeks later, all is working at it should be. So I am happy.
