    Finally found a one-stop-shop for all my home services needs! Lloyd Home Service has plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling & dryer services all in under one roof. Super handy! They’ve also got excellent technicians. Jacob took care of my compressor & mini-splits, which were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. He arrived right at the start of his 3-hour window, explained everything to me in easy-to-understand terms & completed all the necessary work promptly & efficiently. Bonus points for being super friendly too. I’ll be using Lloyd for my home services needs in the future.

    Joey was so professional and patient with a very tedious task, hanging a delicate glass chandelier. He was friendly and respectful of me and my home. He took his time to do the project perfectly and the cleanup was meticulous (poor guy was covered with insulation from my attic!) His assistant, Sully was great, too!     Bailey is always welcome in our house. Competent and confident with a warm smile, she serviced our oil burner and checked all the parts and pieces. We have a check valve that is occasionally leaking and she will send us a quote for replacement cost. Thank you, Lloyds, for employing such great technicians.

    Alec Lemieux was on time, very polite, personable and respectful - and took his shoes off when he came in the door. My husband had made the appointment which I had thought would be addressing only any electrical issues with our pellet boiler; Alec explained that he would examine all electrical aspects of our home. When he was finished his inspection, he sat down with me and carefully went over all his findings and outlined what the costs would be to make the changes/upgrades he suggested should be done. He was also very clear on what was a safety issue and what was not. Alec was in all ways an exemplary representative of Lloyd Home Services and I think you are lucky to have him. If we decide to go ahead with any of the work suggested, I would look forward to having Alec return to do that work. A very positive experience.

    Martin, Tyler, and the rest of the team from Lloyd Home Service did a great job installing our heat pumps. They were creative as to where to install the condenser and run the lines from the units in the least obtrusive manner possible. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. The team was very respectful of our house and checked with us each step of the way to make sure we were onboard with the location of the pumps, condenser, lines, etc. They were as neat and tidy as you can be when installing heat pumps and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Most importantly, they did a fabulous job with the installation - the system looks good and works just as it should. Martin also earns high marks for his instruction on how to use the app. We have had a great experience with all of the work Lloyd’s has done for us and highly recommend them!

    2nd review since it wont let me start a new one. Eugene and his crew were amazing. Very courteous, extremely knowledgeable and left my basement cleaner than how it started. Not being from VT and first time home buyers, finding a legit company that actually does everything they say they will is no easy task to find. Until I found you guys. Lloyds is doing it right! Hands down will use you for any other issues I need help with on my house if the service is offered. Amazing service from the quote from Will, to Eugenes crew, to the office personel. Thank you all so much.Alec was great. Not only did he work on the task that he needed to do but he walked around the house looking at all electrical related items. He pointed out a few things, was able to fix one major and one minor issue on the spot and we are getting a quote for another major issue.     Costs are high, but probably standard for the marketplace. Wish I had known about membership decades ago when my brother was managing my property and using Lloyds services and we had to wait weeks for services. With membership, I now can get better (i.e., lower) rates and an immediate and reliable response for emergencies, which is essential--even crucial at times--both for homeowners and for tenants.In my experience, Lloyd techs have consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, informative, well-trained, well-organized, very experienced, and thoroughly responsive to my questions about:(1.) their scientific approach to analyzing the problem(s);(2.) the rational tests and standard procedures they employ to(A.) rule out possible issues and(B.) identify the problem(s);(3.) whether(A.) repairs or(B.) replacements are needed; and,(4.) the costs of each option in terms of(A.) parts and(B.) labor.Working with Lloyds techs is, like Vermont, a breath of fresh air.+

He is a great asset to your company.When I asked for the names at the completion of the installation I was told Nick, Tyler and Pg. All three were polite and considerate.     Service from this company is wonderful! The crew of Gregory and Rob came right when they said and went to work diagnosing why we weren’t getting hot water from our Rennai tankless heater. They found the problem, took care of it and were out of here in an hour. They explained everything and answered questions very clearly and were polite and easy to talk to. They didn’t talk down to me, as I’m in my 70’s. They are well trained. You can depend on this company!

    Martin did an outstanding job of installing two heat pumps at our residence. They were clean and always neat to make sure that there was no disruption to the house and no trash or mess left behind.     Will did a wonderful job explaining all the different unites if I could not repair the one I have he also set up and appoitment so I didnt have to wait April to get it fixed he went above and beyond what he had to due.     I’m giving 5 stars because my service technician’s customer service and expertise were impeccable and I don’t want this reflecting negatively oh him. Having said that, I had to wait over 2 months for an appt just to install some flex line behind my stoves and it was incredibly expensive for a small amount of work. Would have given 3 stars otherwise. -1 for the extensive wait time and -1 for the exorbitant cost of a pretty small and fast project. (Prices are predetermined and averaged out across similar projects)

    Greg was a great tech and very knowledgeable—he did the boiler cleaning and repair he was here to do, and also trouble-shooted a couple of other things for me (thermostats, plumbing) and supplied clear estimates for what that work would entail.     Alec did an excellent job at my home. Quickly diagnosed the problem and performed the proper repair. I had a problem with the electric range wiring. He installed a new circuit breaker and a new 240 volt range outlet with parts that he had on the truck so no going back and forth to get parts. The new outlet is 50 amps (was 30) and is up to code. He also performed a complementary inspection of the wiring both inside the house and at the junction box at the pole outside. He made recommendations for future projects and gave me pricing for those. He was also careful not to track mud into the house which was nice. Arrived on time and did the work efficiently. Very knowledgable too. Overall a 5* experience.

    Peter was great! I was out all day and I came home to no water! Called lloyd at 4:30- they put me on an emergency schedule and came out by 7:00!     Gregory G. has helped me on a couple of occasions with plumbing and heating issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional, excellent at thinking through an issue to diagnose the problem! He was able to solve one heating issue on the first try (I had another company out 2-3 times for the same issue without success). When I call, I feel confident that Lloyd’s will send someone qualified for the job, and trained to handle just about any issue. Highly recommend!!
