    It’s great having all this beautiful insulation, the house is warmer. Having the cellar wrapped made a huge difference with the temperature and humidity in the house this past summer. They mostly did a good job. The reason they didn’t get 4 stars is because they left a lot of small foam insulation pieces all over my back yard and when I checked my attic, an opening in the ceiling, instead of using wood to hold the 18” insulation back away from the opening they used cardboard, couldn’t believe it. I made a call and they came right out and did it properly. The yard I had already picked up. I recommend them.

    A friend of mine recommended that if I were to use any company for spray foam installation it should be NYS Foam and Energy. I could not be happier with my decision. Every aspect of the spray foam installation was very professional. Employers that were part of the Pre-inspection, install, and post-inspection all took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening and why. I’ve already noticed a difference in my energy bill. Upstairs is much cooler in the hottest parts of summer. If you have any question about whether to use this company, do not hesitate.

    Bryan was extremely informative at initial consultation. He was very thorough on explaining in entire process. Workers covered and prepped all areas and upon entering back in the house everything was in exactly the same condition we left it in. After one day I already feel that the upstairs room is not as hot as it typically would get. I would highly recommend NYS Foam and Energy to anyone that is looking to do spray foam in their home.

    Our first point of contact was Nicole, she was outgoing, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. She diligently made arrangements for Dan to meet with us for a same day estimate. Dan was professional; and his knowledge and experience was immediately evident; and, extremely helpful in us making an informed decision (for which we have absolutely no regrets.) The crew (Dan, Steve, Jack, Greg, Benny & Rich) promptly arrived two days later; all of whom, were very polite and professional. At the conclusion of the job, we were provided with photos showing the step by step progression of the job. We were very impressed to have seen how they protected our outdoor landscape from being damaged by the vacuum hose; and they neatly sealed off our doorways; and covered our floors and furniture. Kudos to the installer(s) who were depicted as being properly suited up with protection, and shown to be in difficult and confining spaces The installation of the insulation was neatly defined and precise; and our attic was completely set up for us to return our storage. To top it all off, our invoice was credited $1250.00 (Central Hudson Incentive). We would definitely recommend NYS Foam & Energy, LLC.

    The insulation of my attic was done well. The estimate was done quickly and thoroughly. I felt like Bryan really knew what he was doing and listened to questions and concerns of mine. I had some follow up questions, and he took the time to help me understand how NYS Foams solution compared to others out there. The scheduling and installation were handled smoothly. The only problem is, the installer sprayed over my light switch, and oversprayed on all of my light bulbs, leaving them on splattered with foam and paint. They came out and helped uncover the switch, so I can use my lights like normal again, but it wouldve been nice to get the bulbs replaced. Other than that, I was very happy with the entire process.

    I have to be honest, what turned out to be amazing customer service, did not start out that way. A little while ago I had NYS Foam & Energy LLC do an insulation job in my Garage and under the stairs. In the process, they got Foam Insulation on the outside of my Electric Garage door and when it cured, it was impossible to get off.It really looked awful and pretty much ruined the door. I got a hold of them, and they agreed to come out and look at it and assess the damage. Without making this a Long story, let me just say I waited several months and no one showed, until I called back one last time and that’s when I experienced incredible customer service.Turns out there was a Customer Name mistake in the office and let’s just say they thought everything was settled with my account, that is until I called back several months later. When they realized what had happen they bent over backwards to make things right. They supplied not only a BRAND NEW MODERN garage door, but an installer that was worth his weight in Gold ….D&D Doors. They paid for everything, scheduled everything, took care of everything…..It was nothing short of incredible.If you are thinking of doing any Foam Installation in your home or business and you don’t use NYS Foam & Energy LLC, you are doing yourself a huge disservice. They stand behind not only their work, but also their reputation like I have never seen before!!

    Great crew of people, considerate and helpful, cleaned up well. Sprayed over my new outside light remote wiring in the basement and now it doesnt work. In the attic opening they did not frame off the interior entrance with wood, nor insulated the door or put a seal on the door. So when I pushed the door open insulation poured down on me, the sides were lined with cardboard. With this said, I feel confident that they will come out and make all of this right.

    Contacted Foam Co. for a rental property. They responded immediately. We set up and appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate. With in a few days, we received the proposal. Price was reasonable but putting that aside, their are very professional, clean, showed up on time and had the job done in two days. We ended up having a scheduling conflict, no mistake of Foam Co., they rearranged their work schedule to accommodate us.     I called for an estimate on our detached garage. The questions I had ended up being referred to the owner. He was super honest with me. Where Im looking to insulate, without heat source, insulation would not make a drastic difference. He explained various ways they could insulate (inside and out). But that in the end the garage would need a heat source to really stay warm.I appreciated the time he took with me. Ive decided that when I heat the garage, Ill use NYS Foam for insulation.

    We have three shipping containers that are joined together that house are equipment, we were having issues with moisture and dew and dripping water on our equipment causing issues. Contacted Bryan and scheduled to have the ceiling and walls sprayed foamed. Excellent job of prep work and Bryan and his crew did a excellent job completing it. They got a first hand look at our issue when they were delayed a few hours from the water dripping of the ceiling in the morning. The crew wipe the ceiling with towels and they used a heater to dry it up. Great job !

He drove over an hour to get to my home, then spent two hours discussing and advising me about the best way to insulate the house within my budget, without charge.     They were great at estimating and then executing what needed to be done. A large part of what they did was to fix what Bruni and Campisi screwed up (as in not pulling back loose rock wool from the eves and not foaming at all under the eves.Maybe indicative: after NYS Foam was done, I had occasion to have our fascia boards replaced, giving access to the eves from the outside. I asked that contractor to fill any voids from the outside. He managed to use only two spray cans of spray filler on the whole house, pretty impressive performance on NYS Foams part.

    We had non-toxic foam insulation sprayed in our attic rafters and throughout the external walls of our home. Bryan, one of the owners is wonderful and came out to the house couple of times to make sure all was good. The foam they used was low VOC and we have had no issues with it. As an asthmatic, this was important to me. The crew was extremely conscientious and protected all our belongings including windows/doors and did an excellent clean-up job afterwards. This was after a $50K disaster with another foam installer where we had to remove all the foam and re-do. I highly recommend NYS Foam & Energy, Bryan and his crew and the low VOC product they used.

    Our home is a typical 1970s build with nothing but 30 year old fiberglass batting (a favorite nesting material for raccoons) in the attic and walls. The house was drafty, heat was escaping through the roof, and the bedroom above the garage was the coldest room in the house. We had considered investing in another heat source but after having a Home Energy Assessment done, quickly learned that a heating system is only as good as the insulation in your home. New York State Foam & Energy came in, insulated our crawlspace, rim joist, attic slope, garage ceiling, overhangs, and living room cathedral ceiling. Our home is sealed, its warm, and without upgrading our heating system- we slashed our energy bills. The draftiness is gone, the temperature is consistent, and we no longer have a cold room in our home. Before toying with the idea of a new system I strongly recommend homeowners upgrade their insulation like we did. Its an automatic money saver and made our home much more comfortable and efficient.

We had conventional insulation; it had all fallen out or become wet; NYS Foam came and did the removal of the old and installed spray foam insulation throughout our crawlspace. They were informative, PROMPT and very reliable with what they said and did. We are VERY pleased with the job and notice a difference in the draftiness in the home. Brian and crew went above and beyond to do extra to help us out with the old insulation removal as well. They came exactly when they said they would; they were clean, polite and finished in a day.
