We had a few issues with the original job of flushing out our kitchen sewer line, but the companys owner went way out of his way to make to rectify the problem and make sure we were satisfied with their service. In reality, you dont learn much about a company when things go well other than you were fortunate that things went well. You learn a lot when there is a problem. I was extremely impressed the way the ownership deal with me and make sure they went above and beyond to keep us as a satisfied customer. I would certainly utilize their services again.

My home is 70 years old and starting to have some issues. Angel and Freddy came out and managed every task quickly and professionally. There was a new toilet installed, a drain snaked, a new faucet put in the kitchen and a shower valve put in the back bathroom. (Not to mention as new hose bib in the back!) They were kind, unassuming, and just stellar workers! Ill be using Sweetwater Plumbing for all my home plumbing needs from now on!

Can’t sing Sweetwater Plumbing’s praises enough. When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. (I was very particular with how I wanted it installed.) He recommended a solution and then helped turn my dream into reality. It was a complicated project that involved temporarily relocating our old water heater and demolishing a water-damaged pedestal. And while there were several twists and turns along the way that didn’t reveal themselves until after the walls were opened up, the Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. Can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough…and highly recommend heat pump technology to anyone looking to replace their traditional gas or electric equipment. First photo is before, second is after.

Tony was great. I asked him to wear a mask and booties (since I don’t wear shoes in the house) and he complied with no problem. Sweetwater does a free diagnostic, and he was able to quickly tell me the source of one leak and the probable source of the other. Since we have to wait and see regarding the second leak and no work was done, Sweetwater didn’t charge me anything. I appreciate that Tony was honest and didn’t just make up a problem in order to charge me. It’s hard to find places that don’t charge customers unnecessarily, so I appreciate Tony’s and Sweetwater’s integrity. I would definitely call Sweetwater for future needs and ask for Tony.

The owner John was especially helpful in researching what needed to be done and making sure I had acquired the appropriate parts. Quick back story -we called another plumbing company that we’ve used many times in the past, “Mr… “ to do an inspection after the Gas Company confirmed a gas smell was a leak somewhere. “Mr…” did an inspection and confirmed there was a leak, but could not say where. They proposed to do a full gas line re-pipe and gave us a quote that was over $18k to cut walls, ceilings, repipe and patch everything up. Luckily we were not living in the home and did not need the gas line turned back on asap, but we also could not afford this repair and decided to get a second opinion. We called Sweetwater in the morning and Angel came to do an inspection within 3-4 hours of calling in. He was kind, professional, & answered all of our questions and concerns. He was upfront about pricing and explained each step of the inspection process. He even added shoe covers to protect our floors without us asking him to. A leak was found and repaired the same day, but unfortunately further tests indicated that there was still a leak(s) somewhere. We appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure when it came to discussing pricing and options to find the additional leak(s). He also let us know that there was no deadline to make a decision. After paying him for the day, he waited for us to receive an electronic receipt with an invoice #. I also received the estimates/quotes for a special propane test and potential repair costs that we had discussed within an hour of him leaving. I was SO GLAD & RELIEVED that we called Sweetwater and did not agree to “Mr…” quote that did not include any other options besides a re-pipe! “Mr…” even said we got a “loyalty discount.”We are still deciding what to do next, but I can already recommend & trust Sweetwater Plumbing!Update 9/25/24:After a couple of weeks we decided to move forward with the propane inspection. It was more expensive than the initial air inspection, but we were hopeful that they would find the leak in the wall/celing, and it was a relief to know the cost of the inspection would be included in the repair again, if we decided to continue with the repair. Again, very clear & thorough when it came to pricing and what was being done. John, the owner of Sweetwater Plumbing, called me himself to let me know that he would personally be there to help do the test. John was professional, very kind and respectful, just like Angel (no surprise that a team is a representation of their manager). Unfortunately something came up with the person that was supposed to work with him, but John said it was no problem and he continued to do the inspection on his own. He worked diligently for hours and was able to detect the leak inside of a wall. He showed us the test and explained what he did to find it. We really appreciated that he did not leave even though his tech was unable to come, and that we were not charged extra for having the boss himself on site. We agreed to continue with the repair and he scheduled it before leaving. He assured us that their team woild take care of us and that he’s confident of where the leak is. Angel came out with Francisco as scheduled. They found the leak right where John said it was, and were able to repair it in one day. The best part is they found no other leaks!! We are very appreciative of John, Angel, & Francisco for their help!! They were great to work with, they were able to find two separate leaks with their specialized equipment & expertise, and saved us thousands of dollars! Thank you Sweetwater Plumbing!!

I had an 11 year old 50 gal gas water heater that was leaking. After calling around, and very surprised with the current prices I met with Bryan from Sweetwater Plumbing. He was upfront, honest and product knowledgeable. After being told by a competitor that a thankless system may not be possible for me, Bryan unequivocally disagreed. I had done some research and was pretty sure tankless was going to be out of my price range. To my surprise Sweetwater came in with a price that was surprisingly fair. The install had its challenges but Bryan and his partner Victor did not waiver. In the end the system looked clean and worked as advertised. Bryan and Victor were very professional yet down to earth, friendly and polite and I could tell that they had a real concern for customer satisfaction. I was real happy to do business with and support a local company. Now all that being said, it is yet to be seen how follow-up customer service and maintenance will be, but if it falls in line with sales, and install quality, Sweetwater Plumbing will have found a lifelong customer. My father worked for, owned and operated a construction business for over 50 years. He taught me that integrity and honor in all that you say and do will not only build you a profitable business, but also establish trust in your community. Sweetwater Plumbing has my trust and my recommendations.Sorry meant to add this, now that it has been 7+ months since install. The unit is still working as advertised. Had a little leak at a connection in a condensation pipe. Contacted Sweetwater via email and got immediate response from Wendy! John contacted me personally and had someone (Angel) out the following (Sat) day! Not only was Angel on time, he was early. Angel possessed and put into practice the same work ethic and professionalism that seems to run through the veins of this Company. As Veteran and retired police officer, integrity means everything to me. Wendy, John, and Angel you have shown a level and honor and integrity that any service member would stand behind. Called because my patio was flooding during the rain. They sent out Bobby. He checked the problem, and quoted me a very reasonable price to clean the drain. He got his snake, and proceeded to clean the drain. Unfortunately, it was full of thick mud, and he was having a difficult time. He literally got on his hands, and knees to reach into the drain, and scoop out mud. I was getting worried, that he may not be able to clear it, but he kept working at it. I then started to think. This is going to be a lot more than he quoted With his persistence, the water started flowing out! I was ecstatic! To my surprise, he charged exactly what he quoted me! BTW, he did all this outside, while it was drizzling. It didnt seem to bother him one bit! Thank you Bobby for a Great Job!!

We had a flood in our home a few days before Christmas. Sweetwater Plumbing came out and took care of the plumbing issue very quickly. They brought in a mitigation team led by Victor. He was great to work with. He and his team took care of everything. He kept in contact with us, letting us know what was happening next, and was always on time. Even when they had to remove the drywall which is always a messy job, they left the area and floors cleaned and as good as can be expected. It was obviously a very stressful time, with fans and dehumidifiers all over, but Victor and his team were always professional, kind, and made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. Ray and team were AMAZING to work with. I had a leak in my home, after I reached out to my local plumber, he advised me he couldnt help with leaks. I found Sweetwater while I was on the road, snapped their contact info, Googled their reviews and called them right away, they set an appointment right away. From the beginning Ray kept in touch with with, walked me through each step and got my approval before they started on any work. He gave me a few choices and explained the difference which I had no clue, Ive never experienced anything like this. My neighbor had the same issue a few months before me and called another company which she was unhappy with the work and price, I have to say I was very happy with the price and the work. Ray and his team were professional, empathetic, organized, clean and friendly. What he promised, he delivered. Ray and Freddy were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

What JOY it is to have HOT WATER coming out of the faucet again! That delight is due to the very skilled Sweetwater Plumbing technicians, Dakota and Andrew. Dakota was the masterful lead who was very resourceful in solving technical challenges. Andrew was highly skilled in pipe fitting. Both worked together as an excellent team installing the new water heater and addressing every challenge that was encountered. They were excellent communicators and very focused on getting the job done with a high standard of workmanship. The location of my water heater presented challenges; between the two technicians, every challenge was met with the perfect solution. During the quote process, Dakota clearly explained the safety features of the installation plan and the maintenance steps I could take to increase the longevity of the new heater’s years of service. His knowledge and clear communication led to their selection as the plumbing contractor. When a new plumbing need comes up, I’ll be calling Sweetwater Plumbing for their service.

Had an issue with drain backup with our washer and kitchen sink. We first called another company who not only overcharged for service but also didnt fix the issue and told us we would need to epoxy our drain which would cost over 16 thousand dollars.We then called Sweetwater and Bobby was able to come out the following morning (even though we called at around 8pm the night before). Not only were they able to identify the real problem (debris buildup in the line) they were able to treat it right there, find an issue the other company completely missed, and were able to explain and show everything. All this for under 1k and we no longer have water back draining into our garage.So yeah if you need plumbing work done save yourself the extra calls and call Sweetwater the first time.

He even took pictures for me (I don’t live local but was in town when the flood happened).
