    One of the most professional companies I have worked with in a long time.I found out about an emergency leak in my walls the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I got an answer right away when I called and Rooter Hero was able to send someone out within 2 hours. The job ended up being MUCH bigger than expected- I worked with Byron and Robert- both super professional, responsive, and accommodating. They had to come back a few times to identify an issue, but were always extremely responsive and took the time to explain the process and cost to me. The only recommendation I have (and this is nothing to do with Rooter Hero) is to have a comparision of cost from another company. For me, I had to have some epoxy work done, which was a $10,000 job. Since I had tenants, I had to move forward with him, but if it was just me I would have held off to get another quote, again as a comparision). Regardless, I highly recommend Rooter Hero and will be using them again!

    I had a clogged drain with the waste water backing up into the bathtub and the toilet running over, a real ugly mess. I called Rooter Hero, and Mr. Donnell Washington came within a very short time, less than an hour later. He was very professional, explained everything clearly and even showed me what the problem was (a broken pipe) when he had a camera down in the drain pipe and that was really good because I could see everything myself. I would recommend them, definitely, based on this experience.

    I had a leak in my front yard and didn’t know where it was coming from. The serviceman came to my house and discovered that I had a leak on my water line. He was able to dig down and replace the section that was bad. They showed up on the time they said and was in and out before I knew it.

    Want to start off by saying Juan Hernandez and Byron Franco went above and beyond with the service they provided. They came out inspected and communicated everything honestly and clearly. I had multiple plumbers come out and give me an estimate on a leak in the slab and I was not getting much information on worst case scenarios, These 2 gentlemen performed quality work with excellent workmanship I was very pleased with the outcome everything went very smooth and they completed all the work in a short period of time without cutting any corners. These are my go to Technicians. Rooter Hero plumbing hired men of Integrity. Very happy with my service.

    Bryan Gill was the lead technician who was sent to my call. This man was dedicated to his work and making sure my family and I were taken care of every day until the work was finished. He stayed till 11pm one night to finish digging and complete the installation of the new sewer line in my yard so we could use our restrooms and showers. Bryan got left alone to do a lot of the handwork by himself but he had a great attitude the entire time and was very professional.

    So Happy with this Company It was Sunday Evening perfect time after the California Heat to Water my the Yard when after completion I couldnt turn the Faucet off I grabbed some plyers. a wrench and still couldnt stop this water from stopping out of desperation I goggled Plumbers and this Wonderful Company this Company calmed me down and took the Address and informed me a very cool Price and what needed to be done I sent a Picture of the issue and was informed that I needed a new faucet handle and that this will be resolved and it was Jesse arrived and told me step by step the process and what needed to be done. within 20 minutes time frame he was finished and did and excellent job.     I was helped by Victor today. Had the appointment to repair some leaking plumbing for my toilets that I admittedly messed up. Victor was nice enough to just let me know that all that was needed to tighten the setup a bit more. He even showed me how to tighten the plumbings correctly. And it was all for free! I wanted to compensate some cash but Victor insisted it was in his days work of service. Im truly blessed that I called in to this company and will certainly reach out if I have any issues in the future.

    Exceptional customer service and prompt response. My son’s bathroom sink was clogged with black stuff coming out. Within an hour of my call David was at the door. He was very professional, efficient and clean with his work, even though it was a very messy job, he still cleaned everything before he left. He was great!     I was having issues with the toilet in our front restroom. I called Rooter Hero and they came out immediately. Jeff was extremely kind and professional and was able to have our toilet working in no time. Luckily, he was able to find a toy car that my son had flushed down the toilet.     I called Rooter Hero because I noticed some mounds in my living room where the flooring was raising up. About four years ago Rooter Hero made repairs to my sewer pipe under the house which involved digging a trench through a portion of my house including the living room. They did an excellent job and after the work was done I got new vinyl plank flooring. When I noticed the mounds I was concerned it might be related to the sewer pipe. I called Rooter Hero and the same day they sent out supervisor Byron Franco. He couldn’t figure out what the mounds were at first but to be safe he put a camera through the sewer pipe. He then discovered that other portions of the sewer pipe not previously repaired had also collapsed. He determined what work needed to be done and this time they could use epoxy to line what pipe was left without tearing up my floor. Although the work was not cheap, I feel the price was worth the confidence that Rooter Hero would do a good job from start to finish and I was not disappointed. Byron kept me informed on what work was going to be done on which day and the crew arrived at the time I was given. Byron stayed on top of things and the crew was professional and cleaned up after they had finished their work and you would not know they had been there. I’ve always had a great experience with Rooter Hero and if I have any problems in the future I will definitely call them. Now to call the flooring company and find out what’s going on with that.

    I called and they were able to do a same day appointment. They were to my house in an hour or so after the initial call. Mike was friendly and professional. Straight and to the point.     I called Rooter Hero after two different plumbing companies did not show up. Their technician, Damien, was very helpful and informative while explaining all the things that needed to be done. He carefully inspected the issues I was having and walked me through everything thoroughly. The job took a few days and he was always punctual. He even brought his supervisor to assure we went about everything the best and most cost effective way so further problems were not caused.     David Martinez was amazing! He came quickly when my bathtubs were filling up with poop water and I needed someone to save the day.     Yesterday I had a party and grease was accidentally put in the kitchen sink. Kaileb from Rooter Hero Plumbing came within 2 hours of my calling them and was able to clean it out and get rid of the clog immediately. Because my house was made in 1959 he did give me options on what needs to be done eventually but didn’t manipulate or force me to do anything I didn’t want to do. Kaileb was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was polite both to me and my mother. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t have any issues at all.     Today for the first time I called Rooter Hero for the first time to install a toilet in my home. When i spoke to the representative and asked for a quote, she informed me that they would gladly send a technician to my house free of charge for an in person estimate. Jeremy was at my home within 45 minutes and looked at what he needed to do and gave me the best price, parts included. Jeremy prepped the area he was going to be working on, since we have new bamboo floors and he installed the toilet and left the area spotless. Jeremy was friendly and informative throughout the process. I will definitely call Rooter Hero again for all of my plumbing projects.

    These guys were simply amazing! This is the second time we use them for our mobile home. The first time, Jeremy came in and fixed an outside leak, well done if I may say. So when I had a second leak, I knew exactly who to call.     Nothing is more stressful than having water issues in your own home. Not to mention when the water issue is a leaky toilet. Lou T., the manager, at Rooter Hero, is the absolute best! M to Sat only.Quoted me $225. Said I could wait for tomorrow and had appointment with another plumber for $99. Jackie said would match.He cleared clog main sewer line within 20 min of arriving.     I cant say enough good things about Jeremy and the great service that I received. Rooter Hero called me in the morning exactly when they said they would. Jeremy was here right when they said he would get here. I pointed out the variety of things I wanted to do. He gave me the free estimate which I considered fair and reasonable. He was very professional, took the time to do things right and worked diligently to fix and install the items I requested in spit of the old plumbing and cramped spaces.     We had a service representative from Rooter Hero, James Joyce, who was phenomenal. He was honest, cared about our situation, worked on the best deal he could offer, and loaned us a couple portable units until he could get back to replace our entire HVAC system.     I called several plumbers but no one called me back. I called Rooter Hero and, exactly as the ads say, Jeremy was working on my problem in less than an hour. Jeremy is a true professional and very kind and friendly. Mine is an old house and he had to try different ways to access my main drain.     Our service technician Mike Koenig was on time. Mike and his service truck where extremely clean and look very professional. I explained that we had a bathroom sink that was clogged and I knew it was past the J trap and that he would probably have to snake the line.     Tech Franko, san fernando valley (Sunland) was great, I called about 7AM, was called back within 10 minutes and given time of techs arrival and he was here at 8:20 (Approx) and he was early....within 10 minutes (8 of that my asking him questions), he had his machine a working and my water flowing. Ask for this guy, I cant vouch for anyone else... Also have your toilet out if ya want to save hundreds (they need access to main drain). He showed me the charges for taking toilet out for access are high. I already had my toilet out and BINGO, I did the 77 dollar deal and thats what it was, not penny more. I should have called from start, not after week of expensive clog remover fluids, buying a blatterbag, the pain, stress, discomfort, etc. I was worried Id deal with a bandit who would work me once they got here. Not the case, Franko is his name and he was great.

    Hugo did a good job unclogging the drain in my laundry sink. However, I was disappointed he could not repair the leak in the laundry sink faucet because he did not have washers. He also re-lit the pilot in my water heater.

    We have a commercial property that had a main line blockage.Rooter Hero arrived within an hour and did a very thorough cleaning (had rocks in it from prior construction) of our main line of approximately 350 ft, Rooter Hero came back to run their color camera at no additional cost and clean again just to make sure with their high pressure water jetter machine there was no remaining rocks or sand.

    They have kind people the prices are fair depending on the job that they do they come within a reasonable amount of time they are very knowledgeable they break it down for you the way that you can understand it and theyve done excellent service for us weve had a toilet installed they go step-by-step and they let you watch weve had a garbage disposal and the guy even told us its not that hard to do and went above and beyond to teach and he showed me step-by-step and thats going beyond and that to me is excellent service he didnt have to they are very knowledgeable They were willing to answer questions reasonable we even had them snake one time our bathroom sink and we like the company over all I also feel like this company when you call them you dont have to worry about if I can get someone out today or just a lot of things that other companies Ive experienced will say we dont know when tor even if we can come out today or come another or rescheduled later I also like that their prices dont go based on the time of day if its morning noon or night it goes based on the job and the service that they perform and like I said we just overall like the company
