    Umbrella Services did a demo and remodel for a new alcove tub I purchased along with the tile work. The installer took special care to protect my carpeting and surrounding area. Very neatly done with the demolition and removed the old unit and surround from my property. Took special care to make sure that each part of the installation was done to my specifications. Russ is very professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work done with a company that you can trust.

    Umbrella has done our lawn service for years. They do a good job keeping it neat and always respect our property.Last year we had them take down our old fence and install a new one. They were professional and it still looks great!Weve had them do other projects for us as well, like fixing, redirecting, and cleaning out our gutters and fixing a small leak on our garage roof. They fixed some electrical issues we were having and installed a new outlet in our basement as well.Russ and the rest of the crew are great to work. I highly recommend them!

    We had 6 recessed lights installed and replaced existing bulb lights to recessed light. While we had some misunderstanding on the scope of work, Denise and the electrician worked to resolve it and had the work completed. They also gave the courtesy discount for the issue which I appreciate. Will work again for additional lighting.

    Hired Umbrella to replace our carpeted rooms with wood flooring and also repair our current kitchen flooring. They gave us a fair quote and i trusted them to do the job. They did not disappoint, they completed the job on time and on budget and our flooring looks great. Thanks Umbrella!

    * update to a previous review*Originally a 1 star review I feel obligated to come back and repost. Roslynn was extremely instrumental in getting my issue resolved. Not only was my issue resolved but an error in my recordkeeping was also discovered in that payment was due for a period of time less than two months! It is not easy dealing with an irate vendor but Roslynn did so with both patience and professionalism which is very much appreciated! Because of her constant communication throughout this process I feel confident and moving forward in my business dealings with this company!

    I recently had a tree stump removed from my backyard. The men worked effectively and professionally. When they were all done, they cleaned up any mess left from the grinding process. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

    From the initial bid to the final stroke of paint, working with Russ and his team has been flawless. They transformed my bathroom from a 1960s junker to a modern centerpiece we can work from to remodel the rest of our house. The team that worked on my bathroom were prompt, professional and worked with me on everything from price to any changes that needed to be made mid job. I appreciate all the hard work they did and hope to work with them again in the future because the work was second to none.

    I have been using Umbella Property Services for more than a couple years now. Russ and his team are very professional and understanding. I use Umbrella Property Services for my snow plowing needs. I own multiple commercial buildings and the service I receive is exemplary. Russ and his team takes care of the parking lots, loading docks, sidewalks and walkways. That even includes ice management (salting) for those areas as well. They even come back and do touch ups to areas that are extremely necessary or not. Even without being asked to do so. If your looking for high quality workmanship in a professional minded company. Please give Umbrella Property Services a call!!
