    Jeff was terrific. He was prompt, courteous, organized and professional. I told him that my doorbell wasn’t working properly and he thoroughly examined all of its components. He confirmed that my doorbell’s transformer was faulty and quickly replaced it. An hour later, I had a working doorbell again. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs any electrical job, big or small, done and done right.

    We were having significant electrical problems throughout the house. Worst of all was that our well pump was out so we were without water. Jeff arrived less than one hour after I placed a call to him. He assessed the problem and clearly described the solution. It took many hours that day and continued into the next. Jeff stuck with it and we are very pleased with the results. We are first time customers but we will be back if a future need arises.

    Jeff was great. We were tired of power outages due to downed power lines so we had Jeff out to install a switch and make necessary changes to power the whole house with a portable generator the next time it happens. He communicated thoroughly, arrived on time, finished early and cleaned up afterwards.

    Had 3 florescent ceiling lights replaced with LED panels which I purchased. Jeff from I-marq came and replaced them. He was on time, and did a great job! Priced fairly too. Jeff explained to me everything needed to do, and if their was a problem, he always let me know. A very nice and personable guy too. I found a electric company thats local, and Ill be contacting Jeff for other electrical needs, which I have. Thank you for the excellent service!

    Jeff provided honest feedback/suggestions, made sure everything was to code, and used quality material. Also provided a reasonable estimate and the final amount was consistent with the original estimate. Overall great experience and would recommend if you want quality work.

    I was having a problem with my smoke/co detectors continually going off even with new batteries. I was concerned that there was a wiring problem. Imarq had great online reviews and smoke detector replacement as one of their areas of expertise. I received a prompt response after contacting Imarq and Jeff, the owner, got me on the schedule quickly. Jeff also gave me guidance on what smoke/co detectors to buy. Thankfully, there was no wiring issue and Jeff replaced and checked all of the detectors. In addition, he replaced all the old ceiling light fixtures in my basement. Jeff was professional, prompt and friendly. Communication was terrific and the follow up after the service was appreciated. I have the utmost confidence in the work that was done and highly recommend Jeff.

    I called Jeff on a Thursday afternoon & explained the problem. He was able to come out Friday morning. He found the problem, explained the fix, and had the work done in a timely fashion. My husband and I are seniors and our home is 45 yrs old. When I made the appt I wasnt sure what to expect. Jeff quickly put us at ease. We found him to be very friendly, courteous, and professional. Were quite happy with the job he did and felt that the cost was fair. Well be using Jeff for our future electrical projects.

    Had power issues and had to troubleshoot some wiring. Called them on Monday afternoon and they came Tuesdag around noon. Jeff was the serviceman and gave us notice 15 minutes before arrival. I was very pleased that he chased the problem down and corrected it within a couple of hours. Id recommend Jeff and this company to anyone. Very professional.
