Top notch professionals - Provost Electric has completed three projects for us - - main floor major renovation when we moved in - 2016 and basement renovation 2023 plus garage rewire and RV power source in 2017. These jobs included removal of old wiring, code compliant new wiring, outlets, ceiling lighting, smoke/fire detectors in all bedrooms and basement. Scott Provost and his crews are courteous, on-time, ultra- knowledgeable, professional. You could not hire a better electric contractor - recommended without reservation.

Scott Provost and his team are excellent, professional and timely. Provost Electric performed a main level electric upgrade during a complete home remodel when we moved to Missoula six years ago. In a second job, Provost Electric completed an electrical upgrade during our current basement remodel, including new lighting, replacing all original wiring and bringing the project up to current electric code. Scott’s team also installed smoke and fire sensors and installed outside connection for radon mitigation. Scott Provost Electric is timely, accurate and honest - very professional, accurate estimates and fair pricing. Recommended without reservation.

Very impressed overall! Contacted them and had a same day virtual site visit for an estimate. Their price was lower and more expansive than another company by far. When they arrived they had snazzy masks and were respectful of our space, which was much appreciated during Covid times.They worked hard while here and were pleasant to have around. There were no surprises and the job was done the same day with the workers staying nearly 10 hours straight. Highly recommend this company particularly Scott, who was our main contact and Ben who worked very hard.

Exceptional tradesman. Scott Provost and his team are our go-to for all issues electrical. We purchased a home that had a new service box installed by another electrician company, however it was incomplete and done as cheaply as possible - and missing critical components. Scott came out to check out a hot tub subpanel install we wanted to do, and was able to come up with a plan. Ben came out to do the work, and everything went as expected. Our wire from the subpanel for the hot tub was a little too short after installation, so they even came back out before the unit was delivered to lengthen the wire for us. Everything was done professionally and I appreciate their flexibility in taking care of us on our schedule.

I would recommend Provost Electric again and again! My power was randomly going off and coming back on in its own time for months. I had multiple electricians come in to try and fix the problem and they couldnt figure out what was happening. Scott came over and figured out what the problem could be almost immediately. He decided he needed to be at my house when the power was out to check the meter. I called him at 8 PM on a Saturday when it was out and he was there in less than 10 minutes. He contacted the power company, arranged a time for both of them to be at my house, and now I finally have normal power thanks to him! I wont call anyone else if I have electrical issues again. Provost will be my go-to!

I have only positive to report about working with Provost Electric LLC. My project meant completely removing and replacing old (1905) knob and tube wiring, service panels, switches/receptacles and the crew handled the entire process with ease. They exceeded my productivity expectations, their pricing was fair, and lines of communication were well maintained. I especially appreciate how they paid close attention to finish details AND never left a mess behind. Our project also included a Photovoltaic system install, which called for special permitting and electrical comprehension beyond the norm. Directly after this Company was notified by our landlord, they contacted us to set up a time to repair the problem. Scheduled at our convenience. And sent us texts all along after every conversation confirming anything discussed as to make sure nothing was incorrect. Up to and including that their Tech. was on the way and the name of whom to be expecting. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and unbeknownst to him completed them with my husband (who had worked nights) able to continue sleeping in the room directly below the room being worked on. I am happy with the repairs and would recommend them for any jobs/repairs needed.

Great experience overall. They arrived just early enough to be impressive, but not early enough to be inconvenient! The guys who worked on my job functioned really well as a team, worked tirelessly without any discernable breaks, and went WAY above and beyond; they came to install a new breaker box, and managed to remedy about 15 separate fire hazards. One fellow had to be bent over the top/back of my dryer for at least an hour, and another fearlessly delved into the attic and crawlspace (or as I call it, the spider pit), and not one of them seemed to lose motivation or focus. There was much more work than intended, but they still finished in roughly the timeframe estimated, and everything is functioning SO much better than ever before. Im very satisfied, and Im very grateful to have some peace of mind knowing my home is safer now.
