Have used Mike a few times now and very happy! He is a pleasure to work with and will even take the time to learn about things that are new to him that might differ from his normal equipment installed. We used him to upgrade our existing system when converting to solar, relocating some receptacles and upgrading various switches. We will look to Lloyd Electric again in the future! Thanks Mike!

We have used Lloyd Electric numerous times and have had excellent experiences on every single occasion. We are general contractors and property managers on commercial buildings and Mike Lloyd has done everything for us from complete new installations on residential new home construction to commercial repair and installation to electrical panel replacements and upgrades. Mike is a Master Electrician and is professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, and meticulous regarding details and specifications. Mike did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised he answered his phone on a Sunday to discuss our project and schedule an appointment. He provides clear communication, punctual, and professional. I definitely recommend giving Lloyd Electric a call for any type of electrical need, whether it be a small project or large. Mike is great to work with and very proficient. Michael Lloyd came to my property up on Evaro hill, discussed my needs then provided a detailed estimate for the work by that afternoon. We discussed the options for the work ( types of heaters etc) and agreed to the estimate. Within two days, he had the items he needed, showed them to me before he began the work to make sure I was satisfied with my selections and timely proceeded with the work. At all times he was polite and professional. At the completion of the work he cleaned the work site and again made sure I was satisfied. I even had him do some additional work at the time for a small change in the price. I strongly recommend Michael and his company and have plans to use him again in the spring.

Great experience, Mike showed up the same day and was very efficient in locating the problem and fixing it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Lloyd Electric will be my first choice for any future electrical work. I bought a 1950’s home in Missoula knowing I would be able to do most of the remodeling without hiring additional contractors. I immediately realized the home had major plumbing and electrical issues. The severity of the plumbing issues quickly become a job for a professional. After paying three highly reviewed plumbers a, “consultation fee” for the possible work, all of them said no. This left me with a definite distaste for any professional business and a sense that we were taken advantage of in regards to our time and money lost. Lastly, the individuals who did come to the house were unprofessional to the point of feeling the need to, “man-splain” the issues I was having, assumedly since I was a woman. Now onto the electrical side of things. Since I didn’t want to wait for an emergency to arise, I went about searching for a quality electrician. Based on the plumbing experience, my expectations were quite low in regards to finding someone willing to do quality work. Instead of asking for recommendations, I decided to dig into reviews of electrical companies in Missoula. My research led me to one company, Lloyd Electric, LLC. Mike, the owner of the company, came by the very next day. I was honest and told him about my experience with the plumbers in Missoula and not to waste my time if he didn’t want the work.Lloyd Electric gets a Five star review because:1. Being a woman I HATE when men assume I lack knowledge and feel the need to “man-splain” the issues I’m having. Mike had normal conversations with me about what I wanted done and I felt respected.2. Mike can be trusted. I left a key and went on vacation for a week while the service was being performed. The job was not only completed in expert fashion, Mike also got done a day ahead of schedule.3. Mike is always very quick at responding should you have questions, even late on Sunday night.4. Mike was very punctual and always on time for his appointments at the house.
