    In September Hurricane Helene blew through Western North Carolina knocking the power off for 10 days. I fired my generator up but my well stopped working too so we called All About Plumbing. There power was out too but they said theyd send somebody the next morning if anyone could come in. We were in a full blown natural disaster.The next morning somebody did come in... Thomas Rains. Even though his power was out too he braved the roads which blocked in many places from fallen trees and debris. He showed up at my house and rebuilt my well-head. It looks better than before and runs perfect.Later after the storm at my request he came back and replaced two toilets and other plumbing stuff for me.Thomas is a Master Plumber and a rare gem of a person. My wife and I are so thankful for him and All About Plumbing!

    I was impressed! I was in urgent need of clean water and the secretary called their plumber right away. He came out within the hour, changed my filter for my well, then saw to my needs for a better system the next morning!     Service was same day prompt. Very professional men who know their trade and get satisfaction from doing a great job. They enjoy their work and shared that plumbing is FUN! They were very good in explaining as they worked and answered all my questions.They even helped me become aware of an electrical issue impacting my plumbing. I was able to call an electrician while the plumbers were still here.This was my first time usingAll About Plumbing and I am impressed!If you are wondering about the money charged for their work...just know that they saved me a lot! Another plumbing service had offered the exact same work for nearly 400 dollars more.Yes, I am being a bit glowing in my review but nothing is exaggerated. THESE GUYS WERE GREAT AND I RECOMMEND THEM.

    Joe was awesome, start to finish. He came out to figure out why our disposal wasnā€™t working. After figuring that out, we talked to him about a whole house water filter system. He checked out our plumbing system, shared 3 possible locations and thoroughly explained our options on filtration systems. He then arranged for installation within 3 days. Amazing service! He showed up on time, finished quickly and made sure everything was in working order. I highly recommend All About Plumbing. I have also used All About Heating and Air with the same amazing results. Itā€™s a great company!

    Weve called All About Plumbing twice in recent months. Weve been deeply impressed by the friendly and prompt response and the superb service weve received. Some weeks ago, Vinnie, the plumber, went the extra mile and more to help us track down a recurring mysterious puddle that appeared from time to time in our bathroom. He eliminated plumbing as the source of the problem--which was all he was required to do--but he kept looking and found a leak in the roof around the chimney that was causing the problem. (This was just before Helene hit. If he hadnt found that leak then, I dont like to think of the damage Helene would have done to our house). He also advised us on our whole-house water filter and suggested needed preventative maintenance measures for our 1950s-built house that other plumbers hadnt noticed. Then just today, he helped us solve complicated post-Helene problems with our water heater and water filter. The phone dispatcher (whose name I didnt get, Im sorry to say) was friendly and helpful. She thoughtfully sent Vinnie, who had made the previous house call. That saved a lot of time and explanation. All About Plumbing has a great staff and reasonable rates. The staff go the extra mile for customers. Doing business with them is a pleasure. Their work gives me peace of mind.

    Back in December of 2020 our heating system failed. It was our first experience with the folks at ā€œAll Aboutā€. Thereā€™s an old saying in the body shop business that goes something like this: ā€œWe had to build a brick wall behind our shop. Our customers had such a great experience having their car repaired that many wanted to wreck it again!ā€ I know, a bit extreme, but thatā€™s how I felt with our HVAC All About experience.Just yesterday [the day after Christmas], I deduced that the water pressure regulator coming in our house had failed ā€“ faucets were suddenly leaking, and the shower was a firehose. Who to call? Well, you guessed it ā€“ All About Plumbing & Septic. Withing 30 minutes the team had arrived and were working on the issue. As I have said about the HVAC crew we met back in 2020, today their standard of care has not changed. From their prompt service calls to office contact, all were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and quality of repair focused.The folks at All About are my number one goto when problems arise whether it be HVAC , plumbing, or septic.No brick wall needed, but I have been thinking about changing out some of my plumbing.     Rapid in-person response out of office hours to call for failed water heater. Quick appointment and plumber arrived on time, sorted through possible issues and discussed options I had searched on-line. Follow-up a few days later to replace tank which required re-working exhaust due to older now out of date code compliance. Team worked quickly and dealt with other issues as well. Inspection done a few days later found minor issues, corrected quickly, and all passed final inspection.Do not have cost comps, but response, professionalism, excellent materials and willingness to resolve unanticipated issues make this a team: Highly recommended.

He then found the root cause of some ongoing problems and was able to fix them right away, coming back with the right parts and staying to get it done. He was kind, hard-working, and honest.     I had a problem on Labor Day weekend. Michael did everything that he could do, especially considering that the parts stores were closed. He was at Loweā€™s just before eleven oā€™clock on Saturday night. He definitely wants to help you. He has a good work ethic. I donā€™t know anything about the management, of course, but it seems that the plumbers have an incredible work load. Please consider that the time quoted to you is an estimate. They donā€™t always know what the job will entail or how much time it will take.

    When I called All About Plumbing in was a Saturday and they were extremely polite and helpful. I even called back to ask another question and again they answered my questions.     It was very important to get someone here on a Sunday. We had to shut our water off because water was spraying all over our bedroom carpet. I was very impressed with the technician that that got to our home that evening after a busy day. He fixed the leak quickly and got our water back on.     I highly recommend All About Plumbing. I had a pipe burst during recent cold weather. I called late in the afternoon and their technician was out the next day. He located the leak, which required squeezing into some right spots, and repaired it in less than an hour and a half. He was even able to give me advice on how to prevent the same issue in the future. Price was fair, technician was professional, and I couldnt be happier!

    When my sump pump stopped working on Saturday, I reached out on Facebook for recommendations on who I contact and numerous people recommended you guys. When I called, I was overjoyed to find out an appointment for that evening existed and I mentioned to the intake person that as I had just had chemo, if anyone was sick a mask would be great. Louis and Thomas showed up wearing masks and even after I shared they could remove them, they insisted on keeping them on. The guys were friendly and professional and even took the time to help educate me on my sump pump. They quickly assessed and fixed the issue! They clearly were out to help the community dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Helene- which they did and you have gained a new customer based on this wonderful experience.     First rate experience. Jimmy arrived promptly and immediately determined fix for my problem. He had the needed part on his truck and 10 minutes later the fix was installed.     Brandon, our main plumber was great. Got back to us very quickly on calls and took care to make sure we were both on the same page about the job. The quote was accurate to about $200. My husband and I did the math on parts and labor and the company still made a very large amount above that. However their quote was a good $3k less than the two other quotes I got. They sent a lot of pictures along with the receipt which is always very helpfu. All told we were very happy with the experience.Thank you for the follow up Caleb! I absolutely can understand that there are other costs of doing business than parts and labor. And that pricing is also dependent on market. We plan on returning for more business as needed in the future. Cheers.

    From the disastrous beginning, water spraying everywhere, to the clean ending, All About Plumbing was very professional, courteous, on time and not too pushy. I want to give a special shout out to Thomas Rains, the senior technician who provided our service. He was exceptional. He walked us through all of our options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions truthfully. He was very respectful of the decisions we had to make and of our property. As the old adage says, ā€œyou get what you pay forā€œ ā€“ we couldā€™ve paid less and we wouldā€™ve gotten a lot less. I will not use another plumbing service for this house again.

    All about plumbing is awesome! Called them on a Wednesday afternoon, they came out for free estimate on Thursday and Friday morning did install requiring excavation and installation of exterior water shut off valves and pressure regulator switch. Senior Technician Thomas Rains was there from estimate to install. He was great and helped us navigate everything with professionalism and confident knowledge that made us feel good about what was happening. I was working during install and Thomas kept me informed and at ease during process. Cant say enough about how well Thomas knows his trade and represents a Family owned local company the provides great work at a fair price!

    All about plumping was able to come out and fix our problem fairly quickly. They arrived the same day that we called them. My only issue was that they did not call to notify me that they were on the way. I was getting ready to hop in the shower after my workout so that was a little annoying.     After All Pro septic septic tank crew showed up they opened up the access on both ends of my septic tank. The tank was completely full. They pumped out all the sewage out of it. But the line in the house coming to the septic tank was blocked by clog. The next day they sent out their plumber. Their plumber looked at the situation recommended getting a high-pressure clean out hose that crawled up through the pipes and blasted the clog out.They showed up on a Saturday during one of the worst disasters in North Carolina history, the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Their plumber was extremely knowledgeable and professional all the way. I was really glad I called All Pro septic and All Pro plumbing.

    It was August 29th. After my morning coffee with coconut milk and allulose, I went outside, it was a good morning, the streets of Henderthorne were quiet. My name is Friday and this is my partner whats his face. We are on the Dale Wood duty. This is where the day turns into twisted sister. As you remember, Lowes doesnt do gas. All About Plumbing shows up to install our new dryer. All they had to do was install two LP gas jets for the propane dryer. Yould think if you order a LP gas dryer from Lowes, that what they would send...but no! All About Plumbing spent three hours on the floor installing those jets. Thank you Lowes. I think Ill send them my bill. What are my odds?

    Andrew came out after hours to do a free estimate on our not-one-but-THREE toilet crisis. As a single-mom with three at home and an extra that day, I was overwhelmed to say the least.     Hire these guys! All About Plumbing has a Team of professionals who do outstanding work. They are well-trained/experienced, efficient, and courteous. The office staff is excellent at doing intake interview, managing schedules, setting dates, and follow-up. The plumber, Vinnie, replaced two bathroom faucets and one kitchen faucet in our 1946 house, which still has some of the original plumbing. This is the fourth time he has done work for me, and all projects are working perfectly. I highly recommend All About Plumbing.

    Peter and Brandon quickly cleared an ABS kitchen drain that was completely blocked at 50 ft with their mighty Jetter system. We then scheduled a complete re-piping for our home to remove all poly B pipe and ABS and replace with Pex and PVC. Peter returned with a large team of friendly guys and made all of the changes over 2 days including a new pressure tank and filter system. Septic tank was also pumped. They arrived on schedule and were completely professional. Dont hesitate to use this company. They are great!

    Great service and very responsive. My tank had been overflowing and I was concerned the problem would cost thousands. I had previously used All About Pluming to empty my tank a couple of years ago and was happy to call them with my current problem. In a matter of minutes they diagnosed the problem-which turned out to be a clogged filter. They explained exactly what had caused it & what to do to prevent it reoccurring. This was not their installation. Jake shared some info, about this systems installation (not all about Heatings install) i didnā€™t think upper hole was right. I added stocking months ago bc it was blowing installation about . Jake said i can cover hot air hole w installation piece and sheet rock closed. He explained to me how he was going to install the equipment and how long it would take to complete the work. He provided detailed instructions on how to change the filters. They dont charge a fee for holidays (except xmas day), or after hours, which was great when we had to call them about a leak on January 1st! He was efficient and fun to work with.The reason for only 4 stars is that All About Plumbing was expensive. $350 for an hour long visit. It was an emergency visit and so they kinda had me for the emergency part.Then when I asked him to quote me the replacement of three on/off valves under the sink it was going to be $950 for that. This is a maintenance thing so I passed - but I almost passed out at the price.I highly recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism, and I appreciate them giving me a free quote, but will warn you about their pricing!

They explained that the expansion tank and pressure reducing valve had failed. They did not have one in the truck but they said they could come out this morning at 9:30 with the parts to fix it.At 9:00 they showed up and the job was fixed by 10:00. The guys were very professional and friendly. They were also excellent about explaining what they were doing and how these parts fail. They were also good about answering question.I will say, that they were very expensive, but you do get what you pay for. They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal of confidence that the repairs were done correctly.If you are looking for a bargain or cheap plumber, these are not the guys for you, however, if you want prompt and excellent service, I highly recommend them.

    I determine I had a water problem Sunday afternoon and the first company I called, gave me appointment three days later at four in the afternoon. I called All About Plumbing and they were out within 45 minutes to check the issue. The technician determined what the problem was and set up a plan that afternoon to replace my waterline that could not be repaired. Three technicians were out at 8:30 to 9 oā€™clock the next morning and did the work and got my water back on that same day. The next day it was inspected, and they filled in the trench that they had dug to lay the new waterline. I would definitely call them again if I had another plumbing problem.

    From the setting up the service through the completion the experience with All About Plumbing was great. Everyone was friendly, profession, knowledgeable and informative. The free estimate helped make the project affordable and the cost was very reasonable. The technician noticed an issue with a pipe that needed to be re-glued and took care of it.     I had a water heater installed through Home Depot (big mistake) and my hot water was only staying hot for about ten minutes then running cold.     I have done business with this company on multiple occasions, and things havent always gone smoothly in the past, but to be fair, we do have an unusual septic system, which can be a challenge sometimes for even the most seasoned professionals.I will say this right here and now...Tim Drennen is a rock star at his job, and obviously cares a lot about the customer, and putting his best foot forward. Its people like him who absolutely make a companys reputation. I would hire as many people like him as you can find. He went out of his way to put my mind at ease, communicated well with me throughout the job, and treated me like I was important, and his only customer in the world at that time.     I called at 8:30 about a leaking water heater. They had someone at my house by 10:00. By 10:30 he had diagnosed everything from under the house to the water heater in the garage. By 11:15 2 trucks arrived and my problem was fixed by 3:30. They replaced the water heater and fixed two other problems. They are amazing to say the least. I highly recommend this company.

    My contractor on a previous remodel had used this company and so I knew about them and was happy with that work. When my sewer backed up into my basement I contacted my contractor and asked them to remind me who this company was and asked if I could trust them. He said 100% trustworthy, why they used them for their remodels. Michael and Dustin from All About came on a Friday (while I was traveling home after being gone for 2 weeks) and got to work immediately to try to clear the sewer line. They used a high tech camera and rooter but werent able to clear the blockage. They suspected, rightly so, that the old sewer line had collapsed. Michael called me, knew I was flying home, and offered to contact a restoration company to deal with the damage in my basement. He recommended a sewer line replacement due to the age of my home and likelihood that the sewer line was old and compromised (turned out he was right), and said they could be out first thing Monday morning. He and his crew showed up right on time and got to work. It became more complicated due to several factors, but those guys worked until 6:30 pm that day busting their tails. Turns out the job took four days, but they worked really hard to restore my service (we taking flushing our toilets for granted!). When I had a small issue with restoration crew, Michael called the company on my behalf! The work created quite a mess, and the crew power washed everything (even the street). All About also has financing options, and Tammy in the office was great to work with on that. I truly cant say enough good things about this company. They are the company of old -- honest, trustworthy, hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable.

    Our home is 5 years old and we have had a low water pressure problem in the house from the day we moved into the house. The plumbing company that plumbed our house (not All about Plumbing) was aware of the problem and could never resolve it. Last week we had All About Plumbing come to the house to consult us on an unrelated plumbing project. After going over the unrelated project, we mentioned the low water pressure we have been living with for 5 years. Jesse, the All About Plumbing sales rep, showed a genuine interest in helping us correct this problem and said he would go back to the office to discuss it with the owner and his boss. Today Jesse came back out to the house and in 20 minutes fixed our low water pressure problem. We cant thank Jesse and All About Plumbing enough for working as a team to resolve our problem. They are a great company.

They started work the next morning and quickly made the repairs needed (replacing 200+ ft. of water main to the house and new pressure booster).     Terry was AMAZING and killed it. Our expansion tank was leaking and spraying out water like crazy and after a bunch of no show plumbers I called blue planet.     Excellent experience! Logan Doucette and his father, Derrick (sp?) Doucette, are well-informed, professional, incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. This was the 3rd job over the past couple of months and this was, by far, the largest.     I canā€™t say enough how well this company did today. They came across issues at my home and offered solutions. Then did some further problem solving and researched some parts and found what they needed and saved us thousands. I wish we had cash on hand today to tip them. They were very nice and professional and itā€™s not always easy to do their job but we were highly impressed with how they conducted themselves.
