    We have been trying to get repairs done on flood damage to multiple pipes under our home since the hurricane. Many companies have come and done assessments, none have called us back with estimates. Untill 1-Tom- Plumbing! They quickly set up an appointment with us, and Will F. came out the next day! On Time! He gave us an estimate immediately after checking the damage, wrote us a quote, and they even gave us an over 65 discount! We couldnt be happier.     I reached out to 1-Tom Plumber after a big name plumbing coming kept me hanging all day long then pushed me to the next day with no guarantee. I was put in contact with Joey and he was amazing. Great communication and was patient while I tried to get the city of Asheville on the phone. He worked quickly and did great work. Cleaned up and was gone.     As I was moving into my new apartment, I discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. The apartment complex site manager contacted Cindy at 1-Tom-Plumber who sent Mike out right away. The problem was resolved within a very short time. Mike offered an explanation of the issue, left the work area clean and was very courteous. The following day, Cindy called to follow up.     Nate & Irbin were wonderful and helped so much. They completely redid the rigged system that had been installed on my brand new water heater. It looks so much better now. They did a professional job & made sure that the pipes were secure this time. The problem was bc the original install had the pipes literally hanging from a random shelf in my garage. But 1-Tom Plumbing instead secured the pipes along the concrete wall and made sure there was cushion so no cracking where the braces go along the pipes. 1-Tom was out right away and had it fixed in no time. I included the before and after pictures with this review. The before are the pipes loosly dangling. The pics of it secure against the concrete are the job done by 1-Tom Plumbing. God Bless💓✝️💓

    We called about a problem in an obscure location near Black Mountain in the mid-afternoon, and by late afternoon — it was fixed! Cameron was our technician, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and the price seemed fair to our somewhat limited knowledge. Highly recommended.

    I am a Hospice Nurse and was working in the field, in Canton and received an emergency call from my downstairs neighbor that water was dripping from my kitchen through her ceiling. I almost felt a panic attack level anxiety as I was unable to get home, stuck in 92 degree heat and traffic on both 26 Eastbound and then 191 alternatively. When I got home, my friend who had stopped by to help meanwhile, had gotten the torrential flood up with about 19 towels; my other neighbor was sending pics complaining of them dripping on our breezeway rug; and I had no water.Cindy with 1 Tom Plumbers swooped in to save the day, and expeditiously sent me a hero, Cameron to investigate. I am so relieved to be able to try to protect my neighbors, and allow me to perhaps wash my hands (which, you may know, for a nurse is VERY important!!!).My anxiety quelled so I could continue to provide support for the community dying patients and their families and I am just ever so grateful. I immediately saved their contact info for any future potential emergencies. I hope I never have to call again, but if the need arise - I will NOT nearly panic this time!! Thanks guys!!!

    I cant think of anyone better to do the job right! Joey and Irbin came out to replace a failed PRV and bad expansion tank. They were able to fix our high water pressure of well over 100 and get it back down to 50psi. This not only fixed several ongoing issues with the house, but properly made sure to avoid future disasters. Joey was not only very friendly, he was professional, upfront, and communicative about everything that needed to be done, what that meant, and the cost associated with it. He did recommend some other fixes, but did not pressure me or try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t strictly necessary, something I appreciated greatly and will keep in mind should there be a next time. Irbin was also very helpful and communicative and the two did an excellent job all around. They kept the job clean and even left it better than when they arrived. The cost was very fair in my opinion, and they did great work.

    6/19/24 Church had water fountain issues.1st time calling 1-Tom, Nate came over and was very honest about our fountain and questions about a few other things.     Nate was amazing!!! I had a stopped up septic line on Sunday of a holiday weekend. I just knew I would not be able to find anyone to help. He got there before the scheduled time and had the problem completely taken care of in less than an hour, including taking time to explain what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. I could not possibly recommend him strongly enough!

    We had flooding in our finished basement due to a malfunction with our sump pump. Joey came out and, quickly, identified the problem. He saved us money by clarifying that the pump, itself, was still working. It meant we didn’t have to replace the entire thing. The hose clamp had rusted and the hose had disconnected from the pump. Water wasn’t able to be pumped out of our crawl space due to that. It was a quick fix for him. He took the time to show me how to check it in the future. We appreciated 1-Tom-Plumbing being able to send a plumber out within a couple of hours from calling!

    I had a blockage that partially flooded a bathroom, of course on Labor Day weekend. None of the usual services could come, so I decided to give 1-Tom-Plumber a try. Phone was answered cheerfully and I was told Will would be at my house in 45 minutes. Will showed up on time and correctly diagnosed the problem but the snake hit a dead end that he could not get thru after many tries. He had a colleague come with a camera and they still could not find the blockage after going almost 70 feet down the line. It seemed this could be a very expensive job, but Will thought he might get to the blockage through another toilet, and that worked! Will tried to do as much as he could within his original estimate which was reasonable considering the time and the holiday weekend, and he made sure to inform us of any additional costs, such as pulling the second toilet. Will was polite, professional, and determined to solve our problem.Today a toilet had a leak, and Joey came out to fix it. Again, he was very professional and courteous and had the problem quickly assessed and repaired, at $100 less than the estimate from another plumbing service.I highly recommend Will, Joey and 1-Tom-Plumber and plan to use them for any future work.

    Spencer J is the man! Called around to several companies in the area. 2 didn’t answer / 1 was booked out too far but 1 Tom Plumber showed up in under an hour on a SATURDAY! I had a pretty big problem. Not only did I have clog in my mainline but it was also plumbed incorrectly. It was in a tricky spot under the house but Spencer J was willing to do what it took to solve the problem. He stayed way past 5pm and got the job complete. HIGHLY recommend this company and Spencer.     I am so impressed by the exceptional service I received from Justin and 1-Tom-Plumber today. I had a frozen, busted pipe coming out of my well head that I discovered late on a Thursday night. It had been spewing water so I had to turn the well pump off. Extremely cold temps were predicted for the weekend and I had no water. Starting early Friday morning I called numerous companies who claimed 24 hour emergency service but none of them would give me an appointment until three days later on Monday. Then I found all the great reviews for 1-Tom-Plumber and not only did they answer when I called but said they would be at my house within the next two hours! One hour later Justin arrived, assessed the leak, gave me the cost for the repair, and qickly returned with the parts needed to fix the leak and insulate the new pipes to prevent it from happening again. I had water and was back to normal before noon! I must also mention that Justin did the repairs in freezing cold, windy weather. It even startted snowing. Thank you Justin, for your friendly professionism, efficiency, and skill. After such great service, I will always call 1-Tom for all my future plumbing needs. Service like this is so rare these days.

    Had an emergency with a major leak - I called multiple companies and this one had the quickest estimated response time. Will F. found and fixed the problem very efficiently. He showed me the problem as well as each step he was taking the correct it. He also assessed the damage done and recommended next steps to address clean-up and mitigate potential mold development.
