    Our house was built in 1958 and had a mix of original wood siding and an addition with plenty of flaws. I really try to do a lot of work myself as I like learning and may have an OCD problem. Soffit, siding and gutters were to big of a project for me so heres to Mario and his crews... Im not sure what I expected our house to look like when they were finished but they exceeded any expectation I had. Everything I reviewed with Mario before the project started was taken care of. Our home looks amazing and at the end of the day, the price was far better than their local competitors. So, from someone who was afraid to pull the trigger on a huge home project, take a look at this company, I would recommend them to anyone.

    We chose the Coastal Blue color for our selection of the roof color. It is different from many others I see around. Dominick and his crew were very nice, and polite. They took great care of our yard, flowers, and surrounding structures during the job. They pointed out other issues found and took care of them . The crew worked very efficiently, getting the job done in 1 day. Highly recommend them for your roofing job.

    Had such a great experience with Coldstream from start to finish. We had this project don’t through Insurance which is no easy task. The project we don’t super fast, they worked with us on getting the funds when insurance was willing to send them over. The quality of work is amazing! We did a hardie board and it was all done to perfection. They ask for our opinion on how we liked the product as it went on so it left room for minimal issues or things that needed changed or fixed. They communicated super well and took all my concerns to heart. Grateful for a seamless project of the magnitude it was!

    From the very beginning of my experience with Coldstream, the customer service and quality was top notch. I spoke with Jessica in the office regarding our complicated issues with our roof, solar panels and solar company. She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke with the roofing and solar teams, but I received a call from her less than 20 minutes later with the answers she needed and we were able to get scheduled.I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominick on the roofing side. He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had (even outside of normal business hours). When my husband and I couldnt decide on a shingle color, he let us come and see the shingles in person and sent photos of actual jobs they had completed to help make the decision easier. He was there throughout the job and the team did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. Dominick, thank you so much for your attention to detail, positive attitude and excellent customer service.We worked with Evan and Cliff on the solar side and they were both great to work with as well. We had an awful experience with the company that installed and repaired our panels previously. This was a complete breath of fresh air knowing we were finally in the hands of a team that truly CARED. They were attentive and listened to our concerns. We are so grateful.I can not say enough good things about Coldstream. The estimate they gave us for a new roof and uninstall/re-install of our solar panels blew everyone else out of the water. We got 4 estimates, most of which from the big local companies, and they had the absolute best one by far. I promise you can not go wrong with selecting Coldstream for your solar, roofing or exterior needs. They have found a customer for life!

    Just want to express my appreciation and gratitude to the Coldstream Exteriors - Solar crew for installing a top of the line system that gets us closer to energy independence. Greg L is as professional as they come. He answered all of my questions promptly, and worked with our schedules to make the install as seamless as possible. I couldnt have asked for a nicer looking system! It is as tight and low profile as you can get. Cliff and his team are obviously experts in their fields, and I have no doubt the system will operate for many years to come.We were able to lock in a reasonable financing rate, and the transition with our utility provider went smoothly. This was certainly a significant investment and financial decision for us. Im very happy we decided to move forward, and want to thank Coldstream Exteriors for the opportunity.

    We are extremely pleased with quality of work and the speed it was completed in. Dominic was very good at explaining what was happening and projecting completion time.     Coldstream did a fantastic job replacing my 100+ year old roof. I talked to 5 or 6 other companies collecting quotes, but the project manager Dominick Bennett at Coldstream was why I decided to go with Coldstream. He helped explain what I did and didnt need to replace, and I was confident he would ensure the final product would be a quality roof that will last for future decades. He also did a lot of heavy lifting coordinating with the asbestos tear-off contractors, which was not easy. My neighbors keep complimenting Coldstreams work, and I am 100% satisfied with the result.     My Experience with Coldstream Exteriors was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.I originally contacted 3 roofing companies for roof estimates and I came across one of Coldstream Exteriors yard signs and gave them a call after I had already received multiple estimates. The project manager Mario was able to come out the next day and he was by far more professional than anyone else I had come out. His presentation, quick response time, and ability to answer every question with great detail locked us in.After I had signed a contract, they were able to get me on their schedule the following week. Mario and his crew came out early on the day of install and got at it right away.     Can’t say enough about Dominick and his Cincinnati Team!!! Needed a new roof and gutters with guards- no gutter cleaning or leaky roofs for me!! Dominick made the inspection, quoting, and contracting as painless as possible.     I had contacted Coldstream Exteriors as I was in need of a roof that did not leak! I set up the consultation and Dominick Bennett arrived to meet me and go over what I needed done. I received my quote. I had 3 other companies come to give me quotes for the same roof. I am a proud woman who trusts my gut. Dominick was very easy on my gut! He was straight through one of the most HONEST people I would talk to through 4 quotes and him being the first. It was so much easier to work with him. If you have questions he will answer. Problems he will look into them. I had the crew show up to my house, completely redo my roof, new shingles, took off my chimney, and I ran into a problem. My boards on my house had been the original boards since 1959 when it was built. Dominick called an ask what I wanted to do. In order to have a dry non leaking roof, I had to replace all of my boards to bring the house up to code. New boards, paper, trim and drip edge all the way around the house to keep the roof from leaking and destroying my home. If you can find a better roofer in the area, I would like to see their their work, price and crew. Dominick showed up with a great crew, roof came off, new boards on, and then he made sure that I knew every step of every issue we encountered. I have never been so excited as I am now for the rain to come, cause my house will be dry thanks to Dominick Bennett and his amazing crew who tore off my old roof, added all new decking boards, paper, shingles, drip edge and took away that crazy leaking chimney that started this whole mess. I cannot thank you enough!! You will have my recommendations to anyone I hear, see or speak to who needs a new roof! I still cant find any nails in the yard so please tell my crew of guys that fixed my home Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

    From the start, Mario came out within the hour of my leak in the dining room ceiling went on the roof caulk the area , no charge, and we set up a time to decide on shingles and the cost, he was very professional and respectful. The men who came and did the work were not loud and very good. I love the look of the roof and would highly recommend them. This was the first experience having a roof replaced. Make sure you ask for Mario.

    They did a great job! Their crew had to deal with the rainy weather which didnt seem to bother them. Of course they were safe so they didnt slip off the roof and started at a time that was past the morning rain. The shingles look great and their suggestions were the best.     We had siding blow off our house in a windstorm. We worked with Mario, and he was great! It was a small repair, but we have an unusual type of siding which made it difficult to find at match. Mario was able to call around to different suppliers and find one piece, which saved us hundreds of dollars as we had thought we would need to purchase an entire box just to replace one piece of siding. Once he located the siding, it was repaired in a few days. We highly recommend Coldstream and Mario!

    Mario and his team were very quick from signing the contract to installation.They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional.They made very little noise, as my family was home during the new roof being installed and 2 of my children being autistic. The children seemed as if it was any other day.They cleaned up EVERYTHING before they left even the smaller pieces of shingles that were removed.We are very pleased with the entire process and professionalism and we will absolutely recommend to friends and family who may be in need of exterior repairs or replacement.

    Our experience with Coldstream was outstanding from beginning to end. They came out to do the roof inspection quickly, and provided us with photos of some problem areas. We received an estimate shortly thereafter, and the time lag between the time we accepted the bid and the initiation of work was shorter than I expected. The work crew was there on time the morning of the work day, and were incredibly efficient in getting the work done, even though some unanticipated damage needed to be corrected. We had no damage to the shrubs and trees near the house, and the clean up at the end was near perfect. Mario came out for the post-work inspection and answered all of our questions. Coldstream is first-rate, professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Five stars without hesitation.

    Why cant all home services be like this??? I cannot say enough great things about Coldstream Exteriors! My husband and I were in desperate need of a new roof for our 1970s brick ranch home, but we didnt know where to go to find a reliable and reputable company. We called our insurance company (State Farm), who recommended Coldstream Exteriors. I called Coldstream that day and was put in touch with a project manager, who was very kind and professional, and explained everything to me.Never having to have a new roof, I was lost, but after speaking to the shop manager, we were put in touch with a Coldstream employee named Jonathon who took care of everything for us. Literally, I had to do nothing but tell them that we wanted the roof and they took care of the rest! They worked with our insurance company to make sure that we were able to file the claim for the damage that had happened over the past several years, and our roof was almost completely covered by our policy!The communication with Coldstream Exteriors and myself was perfect, and they kept me informed of everything that was going on BEFORE it happened, and completed our roof in one day! Upon arrival, the roofers were respectful and professional and cleaned up the entire job site, including nail pick up and even going through the yard and driveway with magnets to ensure we didnt experience any flat tires or other issues as a result of careless mistakes.Lastly, they made us feel like we were the most important clients they had. We are not wealthy people and do not have a huge mansion, but from first to last contact, the people I spoke to there (mainly Jonathon) made me feel like our home was the most crucial and important job they had ever done, and I just cant thank them enough for everything they have done for us. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes we received and for the quality of work and service well worth every penny!     Great overall experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Had Dominick come out to look at roof due to some shingle damage and roof age. This was not gong to be an insurance related issue, I would be paying out of pocket, so I needed a good quality job at a reasonable price. Dominick provided a very reasonable quote(I did get other roofing companies to quote as well for comparison) Due to the professionalism of Coldstream Exteriors and prompt responses to my questions I went with them to replace roof. Smooth process overall. Crew showed up at 7:30 am and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing - this crew was serious and didnt take a break until job was complete i- 1200 sq foot ranch took them 4 1/2 hours - total tear off and replacement. I was able to watch the job progress as I was home that day and believe they did an excellent job.Roof looks great with the Colonial Slate shingles.Very satisfied with Coldstream Exteriors and Dominick who was an excellent communicator in setting this job up. They took care of everything from the initial tarping of the storm damage, through inspections, going back-and-forth with my insurance company and the final work of replacing the entire roof.They were in communication every step of the way and made sure the final project came in at what the insurance company paid out. Multiple times they went out of their way to drive out to meet with the insurance adjustor at odd hours and knew when to push back on them to ensure they were paying to replace everything they were required to.That ended up being the difference between a sub-$1k claim payout (Allstates initial offer) and them paying for the entire roof being replaced.The actual roof work itself was done in an afternoon, looks excellent and they laid tarp and used rolling magnets to catch any shingle nails that fell.I cant recommend them highly enough.

    I worked with Jon on replacing my townhome roof and the experience could not have been better. I had called about 10 other roofing companies and they either lacked in communication, didnt have appointments for awhile or their prices were insane.     Recently had our roof replaced by Coldstream due to wind/storm damage. Ben and Drew were very easy to work with and I am highly pleased with the results. I have some siding that still needs repaired and look forward to working with them again.

    My roof, among other things, was damaged during the April 8th storm in Clermont County. State Farm recommended Coldstream Exteriors.I called them and someone came out the same day to look at the damage.We have never had to make a claim on our home in over 30 years so this was very new to us.Coldstream Exteriors was there from day 1 and were a tremendous help with the insurance company and all the details that need to be taken care of.The work crew was there when they said and worked very hard all day to get the job done.My husband and I are extremely happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!A special shout out to Ben and Josh for their extra help and advice throughout this stressful timeIt is greatly appreciated..

    Coldstream Exteriors recently replaced our roof at a very competitive price. We asked many questions and I was afraid we would chase them off with all of the time we were taking up. But Jon answered all of our questions promptly and didnt show any frustration. I cant stress enough how important customer service is to us and everyone we dealt with at Coldstream provided us with excellent customer service. We worked with Jon on the scope of work and contract. Jon then handed the project off to JB his project manager. JB communicated everything that was going to happen and followed through on what he said. The materials were delivered on time and placed where JB promised. The installation happened as planned and was done quickly yet the installers did a quality job. Clean up is a big concern with a project of this magnitude and we were very concerned about this aspect because we have three grandbabies that spend a considerable amount of time at our house. JB and the installation crew did a great job with the cleanup as well. We are very satisfied with the results and have absolutely zero reservations about recommending Coldstream to family and friends in the future.
