I recently moved into my new (to me) home and have used Dallman for a couple of jobs: installing a new water heater and fixing a bathtub drain leak. I couldn’t be happier with Dallman. They were quick to schedule the jobs, which was especially appreciated for the drain leak. The technicians who arrived were prompt, professional, and their prices were reasonable and fair. I have recommended Dallman to others and will continue to use them for future jobs.

We had a great experience with Dallman Plumbing in May 2023. We wanted an hybrid electric heat pump water heater in our basement, and other plumbing companies were not enthusiastic about it. Excellent work. Last year, Dallmans installed an electric heat pump water heater for us. They were knowledgeable about the product, did an excellent job on installation, and provided what we needed to know about rebates from the federal program. A month ago, they installed a new garbage disposal. Scheduling was done easily through a web contact and email – no wasted time. They are efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Called at 3:00 PM about a minor toilet leak. Not a crisis so scheduled a service call for the next day. Plumber showed up right on time at 8:00 AM carrying everything he needed. Problem located very quickly, fixed, cleanup very thorough, all done in less than an hour. Hourly rate a bit less than some other local companies. Plan to call them for the next plumbing job too.

Exceptional customer service. Our water heater broke in the middle of Januarys cold snap. Dallman Plumbing helped us to navigate to the best solution for us; the manufactor mailed us some free replacement parts and Dallman fit us into their schedule so that they could install the parts as soon as they arrived. The service person was prompt and efficient, and the repair cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Dallman again for any future plumbing needs!

They did a great job of installing our new 75 gallon Ruud water heater and Capital water softener. Also important to me, Mike Dallman was fast to respond to my original request for a quote and he promptly answered a few questions that I had before accepting their proposal. Their quote was very competitive with others I received, and since they included the sales tax in their price, they were actually the lowest price quoted, although that wasnt the only reason I chose them. All in all, it was a very hassle-free experience and were very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I first called Dallman Plumbing, I was looking for a ballpark estimate for what it would cost to take out our old kitchen faucet and install the new one Id already purchased. The person I spoke to sounded like he knew about plumbing and was able to give a realistic estimate.When I called back to schedule the job, they were able to get to it the next day.Curtis was great! He was professional and courteous. He had to saw through the nut on the old faucet to get it out, but was careful to contain and clean up the debris. As he installed the new faucet, he paid attention to alignment, made sure that the head pulled out smoothly, and triple checked that all of the connections were sound. To top it off, he performed the job swiftly, so our total bill was lower than the estimate.Weve been using the new faucet for a couple of weeks now, quite happily and with no issues. Next time we need help with plumbing, well definitely call Dallman Plumbing.

My original review from over a month ago didnt seem to post -- so to repeat, I was extremely grateful for Dallman Plumbing for solving a leaking hosebib (exterior) by replacing some parts inside the faucet and NOT requiring me to burrow thru an interior wall to get at it for a full replacement. This saved me I dont know how much money, probably thousands. Other plumbers didnt want to try a repair, they wanted to replace and tear apart our walls or ceilings instead and leave the drywall and paint repair to me. Dallmans gets my first call the next time I need a plumber!

The repairs were completed quickly and our plumber upgraded the valve that was a problem to a style that wouldnt have the same issue later! We have used Dallman plumbing for several projects over the last 4 years. They have been responsive and helpful. Three projects went perfectly. The most recent project had problem that led to some leaking when a valve was turned on about 8 months later. They came back and fixed the problem right away for no charge and told me they stood by their work. We have had Rick and Curtis both come out and both were professional and great.

The most important factor was that we had to replace a faucet that was inspected for a possible faulty cartridge by another plumbing company. After the inspection, the other plumber couldnt put the faucet back together right. We then decided to replace the faucet altogether and called and talked to Tim. We discussed the project and what very understanding when an emergency cropped up and resulted in a month long delay on our part. Once that was resolved, we rescheduled and are now enjoying our new bathroom faucet. Thanks again, Jim Z

Had an amazing experience with Dallman Plumbing today. Touch faucet was on the fritz, drains in bathroom needed fixing, and an exterior spigot was leaking. We called as everything was snowballing and stress was high. They were able to fit us in immediately, fixed everything good as new, and even clued us in to a gas smell outside while fixing the spigot that warranted a visit by MGE to fix a broken regulator. That’s service above and beyond the call. Thankful for the team at Dallman Plumbing for taking care of our family and our home like it was their own.

He explained what needed to be done, provided an estimate of the cost and even offered to start the work that day! The next day, Curtis arrived to complete the job that Mike started the day before.
