Sweet Water Preservation came in and helped me out tremendously. The owner Jake Boyles determined to make sure you are satisfied. I was referred to them from Alpha Foundations because they were not able to do the work. Jake is very experienced in foundation work. I had an issue with my bed room foundation collapsing; he was able to come in, assess the issue then setup a plan to fix the issue. Very professional very communicative to let you know whatβs going on. I also had an issue with my deck in which he went out of his way to do more than asked. The price was reasonable and he was flexible on how he got paid I know this is important for some people that is why I mentioned it. Jake and I have built a relationship I will definitely use his company again. -

My home is in Springfield, Jacksonville, Fl. it is one hundred sixteen years old, and I had foundation issues that caused the house to sag in the rear. Floors and walls throughout my home were settling causing cracks to develop in the walls. Doors to rooms were not closing properly and windows would not close squarely. I contacted a company who advertised themselves as a foundation repair company to relevel my home. After hiring them to do the work, it was discovered that there was extensive damage to the rear sill beam and in three other areas. The company I hired stated that they did not repair or replace sill beams and they could not complete the leveling of the house until those beams were repaired. I had to hire a second contractor to conduct that work.I was referred to Sweet Water Preservation and I talked to Jake Boyles (owner), who inspected the damage. He explained to me in very plain English and showed me photos of the damage and what it would take to repair the damage and how much it would cost. I found that by replacing and repairing the damage sills and floor joists, I would not need the services of the company I hired, because the damaged sills and floor joists were the cause of my problem. After repairing and replacing the damaged areas, Jake releveled my home which caused the floors, windows, and doors to level off. My house was so off level (not squared), the front door wall was leaning backwards due the rear of the house pulling it backwards. He did a wonderful job and more than I could have expected. If you are having these kinds of problems, I recommend Sweet Water Preservation. Jake is truly knowledgeable about home foundations, and he took time with me of any concerns I had in insuring that I was satisfied with the work he did. When he finished, my home was left in better condition and even looked better in the areas he worked on. He did not charge me an arm and a leg, and I was and is very satisfied with the work he did.
