    Highly pleased and satisfied! I had an emergency with my toilet leaking. I called this business and they said they will come within 2 hours. They showed up a hour early and gave me an estimate and time. Once Nikolai arrived, he discovered that the valve on my toilet wasn’t working which was causing my toilet to continuously run and had to be replaced in addition to the toilet bowl being fixed. After replacing the valve and fixing the bowl, my toilet was running like brand new and I felt secure knowing that I can turn off the water to my toilet at anytime. Also, he realized that my adjustable waterfall shower head wasn’t properly installed and adjusted it for me. I will definitely use this company for future business and recommendations. They are prompt and know what they are doing.

    I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Nikolay fixed it quickly and efficiently. He attended to my issue right away, was available the same day to check it out, gave me a fair quote and was communicative the whole way through. He explained that the p trap needing to be fixed and described the difference of pvc compared to metal and was truly helpful. He also used a snake to unclog the drain. Its hard to find a good and honest plumber and Im happy we found one.

    I encountered a major issue stemming from a minor accident when my underwear accidentally fell into the drain in my master bathroom and got stuck. Despite several attempts, involving the efforts of a plumber and a handyman, no one could retrieve it. A friend loaned me a device equipped with a camera, hook, and flashlight, which he typically uses for maintenance work in airways. I tried using it to retrieve the stuck underwear, but unfortunately, the drains narrow and winding structure posed a challenge.Then, the Total company proposed cutting the old tube with the underwear inside and replacing it with a new one. I was taken aback by the unexpectedly high price they quoted. Seeking a second opinion, a supervisor and another technician from the Total company arrived with a vacuum-like device. However, after an hour of effort, they couldnt remove the item, leaving the tub dirty with some black scratches. The problem persisted for more than a week, and the solutions offered were either ineffective or too costly, leaving me without a proper shower.In a moment of desperation, I contacted Nikolayi, who promptly arrived on the same day. To my surprise, he swiftly resolved the problem that had stumped everyone else. With his expertise and a touch of humor, he managed to fix the drain in just 20 minutes. His professionalism and skill set him apart from the others who had tried and failed.Nikolayi is a master in his field, and his solution was both effective and economical. I am immensely grateful for his timely service, which saved me both money and time. Despite the challenging situation, Nikolayis persistence and expertise restored my hope. I highly recommend him for his exceptional service and problem-solving skills. Thank you for your excellent service and for restoring functionality to my bathroom!

    We called AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service because we had a water leak in our toilet water supply line but could not tell exactly where the leak was. The call was an emergency call after hours. Shutting of the water shut off valve did not stop the leak and we could not leave it leaking overnight. They responded right away and said they would be here in 20 minutes. They showed up right away. After replacing the water line and the water shut off valve he determined that the leak was just beyond the valve, in the PVC pipe extending into the wall. He cut the pipe at the crack and said I would need a special shut off valve connector. After installing the new valve the leak stopped and we can use our toilet again. AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service was very professional, we were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to fix any plumbing problems they may have.

    My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged AAA plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. AAA plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted.     Great service!! We had 16 girls and 2 bathrooms and he came at 9 pm to fix our bathroom as soon as he was available!! We are so thankful for him! He was also very clean and professional. He took his shoes off before coming in and had his gloves and tools ready.

    This plumbing company is extremely professional and responsive. I called and quickly received a response and a visit to my home to assess the problem. He made great product recommendations. He installed the new part in my bathroom (a faucet) and it looks highly professionally done. He made himself available on a weekend to perform the repair. Due to a mistake I made, the original faucet I purchased from the hardware store was defective. The plumber made an extra trip to my home on a Sunday to install the correct faucet. Would highly recommend.I particularly appreciate a plumber that arrives promptly as scheduled and Nick was very prompt for all appointments.

    Needed a plumber in a rush to fix a water heater. Nikolay at AAA said he be there in two hours, which he beat. He assessed the broken water heater, discussed options and made recommendations.     I found Eli online with no prior experience with him or anyone else. Eli was responsive (came over same day I called after hours), was proactive, honest and solved what turned out to be a more complex kitchen sink/dishwasher issue given a poor prior plumbing job. He worked tirelessly (well into the night) to make sure that the job was complete, and followed-up multiple times with check-ins and suggestions on how to upkeep the dishwasher. His pricing was more than fair and I would absolutely trust Eli for all my plumbing needs.

    AAA Plumbing is a great company that does great work. I had a plumbing issue that others had tried to fix. Suspicious that the prior guys weren’t doing the job right I called AAA Plumbing and Nikolay. They came out sooner than they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a single day, and even cleaned up as they left (something the prior guys never did).     We called in a jam when Empire Plumbing who I confirmed with TWICE the day before as I had to get my building to shut down the ENTIRE building’s water off so they could work.
