We hired Unique Construction to build a deck on the back of our home. Dave and his workers were simply amazing. The craftsmanship was top-notch and the deck came out perfect. We were so impressed that we also hired them to do a full addition to our home. The addition was flawless ! ! ! ! ! ! No seams or ridges from the old roof line to the new one. The workers were on time, neat and cleaned up after each day. We were so impressed with Dave and Unique Construction that they are doing work on both of our sons homes. Dave is an honest, hard-working man who keeps his word and delivers on his promises. Hire him, youll be impressed too ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

A friend in the trades recommended Unique Construction to me. I hired Unique to replace my roof, install new siding, and repair a porch - three separate contracts in series. The work was done professionally and timely. Cleanup was completed each day. Principal was a pleasure to deal with, suggesting numerous improvements and cost-savings opportunities along the way. He frequently checked to make sure I was happy with progress. Would hire again without hesitation.

We have used this company for years! and HIGHLY recommend. They have completed a stunning Kitchen Renovation, finished our full Basement with a custom-built Bar, installed a new Bath, installed new wrap-around Porch flooring and railings, etc. They are sharp, very reliable and have highly skilled workers.The head carpenter is meticulous too. All the workers and subcontractors are very nice and dependable.....plumbers, tile workers, electricians. Very timely & neat too!The owner is also very in-tune to whats going on, visiting frequently and Excellent with all communication. And an all-around Great guy to work with. He only employs smart hard-working people who really take pride in their work.Being a Realtor I have met several contractors over the years, and this one cant be beat! I also possess an Interior Design certification so am quite particular about work around my home.We have also used them multiple times in the past and highly recommend their high-quality stylish work.

Had a small problem that occurred almost a year after work was completed and I contacted Dave. He responded by coming to my home the next day and repaired the work by the following week. He stands by his work and was a pleasure to deal with.
