I called a bunch of places to get our interior door fixed and it was not easy until I called Melissa and AZ Door and Trim! She got me a rough estimate the same day, had a carpenter over the following day and then wrapped the project a day after that. Way more Handy than some of the other places I contacted. The pricing was excellent and made sense. The crew and Melissa were friendly and informative. Would recommend to anyone with door repair needs!

We were originally only going to purchase the materials through Arizona Door and Trim, but after our contractor fell through we opted to have them do the install as well. It likely would have been easier if we had done this from the beginning as the most difficult part was the email back and forth. It is difficult to visualize the unique details, specifically with regard to doors ( ie if a portion is inset or not). They did a wonderful job on the install and were even able to repair some door trim, rather than replacing it, so I appreciate their honesty.

I found Arizona Door and Trim by chance online when doing a search for a fire door. Fast forward a year. I have purchased and used their services three times so far. They are customer service focused, provide fast response times, and do amazing work. With my last order, I experienced a glitch and they went out of their way to make it right for me. We just had all of our interior doors done by AZ Door and Trim, all replaced with solid core doors and my wife and I could not be happier.This company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, even after I was responsible for a major mistake on this project. If you are looking for a local company that does an impeccable job with communication and for a company that follows through on their promises to a company the pays attention to the details on an installation, you have found it.My wife and I are already thinking of other projects that we can get done just because we know we can trust the work of AZ Door and Trim.

Fabi was so gracious and helpful, went above and beyond, and wouldnt even take a dime for efforts. I was looking for a tiny threshold cap that was missing - one of those things often seems hard to find and most dont want to help you with something seemingly so insignificant and with no big ticket cost attached. Calls and online searches all struck out until I called AZ Door & Trim - she jumped on it, asked and found, all with a smile and expediency. If I need doorwork or mouldings, I know where to start. These guys do great work at an affordable price. I had my mothers doors and windows changed throughout her whole house and I spent considerably less money than I originally had planned on which left more in my pocket for other things around the house. I would totally recommend these guys. The owners came to our house and did the work themselves which made us alot more comfortable as most of these companies send out employees with alot less experience and skill, leading to shoddier work. That was not the case with AZ door and trim. The owners were on site to address my needs right away and got the job done ahead of schedule and correct on the first try.

I initially contacted this company to get a second quote on replacing all my closet doors. Another well known company had been out and given us an estimate that was pretty stunning. After asking me some questions, the woman (Fabi I believe) told me she didnt see why I needed to have them replaced. I had assumed the previous company would have told me if they were able to be repaired... Wrong. I sent her pictures and she had her carpenter look at them and he agreed they could be repaired. They dont do repairs but they connected me with someone to do the work. For less than 1/10th of what I had been quoted, I will have all the doors repaired! The refreshing honesty of this company really amazed me. They could have just agreed that they needed to be replaced and gotten the job. You can feel confident that you will be treated fairly and honestly by this company and I highly recommend them!
