Finding my first home was incredibly challenging, especially with OCD, but Tresidio Homes made the experience exceptional. Their finish work and craftsmanship outshine other builders like Alturas, Blackrock, and Brighton. Even my dad, one of Montana’s top custom home builders, was impressed with the quality of my Birkdale home.Special thanks to Gari, Claudia, Alyssa, Eric, and Carl for their support. Gari went above and beyond, personally addressing issues after my New Home Orientation, and Claudia has been fair and attentive with warranty claims. Tresidio’s response to RC Wiley damaging my floors during delivery was outstanding—their subcontractor Juan and painter Tony delivered flawless repairs, while Joshua resolved cabinet issues with care.Tresidio’s quality, fairness, and customer focus have turned me into an advocate. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a builder who truly delivers!

We’re very happy with our new Tresidio Home! It’s a spec home, but we bought early enough in the build process that we were able to make some small, but important changes that make our home feel a little more custom. Leo Vargas, our Project Manager was able to accommodate those changes in a timely professional manner. He’s also been seeing to some minor repair issues since closing and moving in, and we’re very satisfied with those. He’s been competent and pleasant to work with. Also, Tresidio has been quick to respond and so far very helpful overall. We highly recommend buying, or building a Tresidio home.

September 2024: We were introduced to Tresidio by our Realtor. Then over time we came to know this was no ordinary builder, and that choosing a homesite in Legacy, was not just another community. There is something special about them both!We might have thought our purchase requirements were unique. We had to have the house by a specific date due to an ending annual lease with our prior residence, and a lot was hinged on meeting or bettering that exact date. But to our pleasant surprise, right from the start, Tresidio pushed everything on their end to meet our expedited start date request, and proceeded to beat the stated completion date by the end of construction. And that included our several architectural additions and changes to the home. Super impressed!Using the Tresidio Design Center online tool was a huge help and we were off and running! We scoured the site to make all of our home selections from the varied range of choice and price points that they made available. It took a few months, but boy are we glad we took the time to do that! When the date came to attend the design session with their in-house designer, we made fast work of confirming our choices and utilized Tresidio’s in-house designer’s expertise and creative input to improve on our own ideas. It was so wonderful to see so many of the actual materials in person and that really helped to make the right choices. The process was smooth and professional. We moved quickly through the many final choices and by the time we were finished, we knew we had come up with beautiful and coordinated finishes for our new home. That made us even more excited about how nice the finished home was going to be as we left the Design Center.Amazingly, even with the inclement weather, Tresidio and Sam Waters made the dig date in the same week it was scheduled to start! (Which just happened to be my birthday! What a great gift.) We met our Project Manager Sam Waters during the build start orientation and he was so personable and excited to build our home for us. Right away thanks to Sams updates on the Tresidio app for our specific home, we were able to start seeing weekly pictures that he uploaded covering our home’s build progress. We came to love getting those weekly updates and Sam did a fantastic job recapping what had been accomplished in the week, what was to come the next week, and all with terrific progress pictures! This aspect really kept us feeling part of the build all the way through to key hand-off and ribbon cutting!We had a few milestone meetings with Sam on Zoom, right as scheduled per the Tresidio build process flow chart. It was all just so dialed in and professional, it gave us a sense of complete confidence in Sam and in Tresidio that we had nothing to micro-manage whatsoever. Sam was wonderful in working with us on a few last-minute special request adjustments. He was extremely responsive to any phone call or text we sent! He went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we really appreciated that “above and beyond” attitude.Our whole experience with each member of the Tresidio team as very positive and satisfying. All the special touches like the ribbon cutting ceremony and fun reception in our new home with all the team members who contributed to successful building of our dream home was wonderful. We highly recommend considering Tresidio if you’re looking for a reliable builder who has a great customer orientated process and service attitude, who is dependable, and does the right thing every time for their clients.Thank you, Tresidio and Sam!We are beyond thrilled with our new home

We looked at many homes throughout the Treasure Valley. We looked at one that Tresidio had built and we were very impressed with the home but the location was not quite right for us. Working with our realtor and Summer at Tresidio we toured other Tresidio homes until we found the home we loved in the location we wanted. The process to purchase our home was smooth. The company worked with us and our agent to achieve a satisfactory selling price and communicated often and effectively.Any details that needed addressed in the house were handled quickly. Sam Waters was great to work with and answered emails almost immediately! Based on our experience with the employees and the quality of the home we highly recommend this builder.

We are in love with our home by Tresidio! They build beautiful houses of excellent quality, and thoughtful floor plans that are very mindful of HOW people actually use the space.Our project manager, Tom, has been a dream to work with. With our home being brand new, the very few fixes weve needed, hes remediated immediately. The Tresidio team has made us feel very comfortable with our purchase along the entire closing process; and have gone the extra mile to help us feel right at home. 💝 Id use them again in the future and would recommend to any homebuyers.

I had the pleasure of spending two days with her making design decisions on every detail of our home. She’s so creative and I loved working with her. Sara, our RE agent was amazing! She kept the whole sales process on track. Chance, our project manager did an incredible job! He was professional, polite and very patient through the actual build. He is so conscientious and kept us informed with weekly updates, handling any questions or concerns in a timely manner. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Tresidio. Moving - especially out of state - is stressful. Then deciding to build a home in another state adds to that stress. However Tresidio Homes, especially Chance Koyle and Eric Kulm took that anxiety and stress away. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We just moved into our new home and could not be happier! Eric was patient and accommodating with all our questions during the sale - as well as offering tips and advice during the walk-through. We received weekly communication along with photos from Chance and he responded to any questions quickly and took extra time to meet with us when we were in town. I would HIGHLY recommend Tresidio, Chance and Eric for your next home build!!

My wife and I purchased our new Tresidio home in January of 2024. We did a lot of research on the various homebuilders in the Treasure Valley, and were impressed by what people said about Tresidio quality and attention to detail. We also wanted a local builder who is part of the community. We have been delighted with our home. The construction is fantastic. We love the floorplan. Chance K., the project manager, greeted us at our move-in date and showed us how everything in the house worked. Claudia, the warranty manager, has been super at addressing all of the very few issues we encountered. Mike, who does the warranty work, was instrumental curing any problems as well as giving us tips as to sprinklers, downspouts etc. that we were unaware of since we occupied in January. All of them have been knowledgeable and so willing to help. While our house was completed prior to us seeing it, I have observed the construction of other Tresidio homes in my area and am impressed with the lumber and materials used. I especially like the conditioned craw space we have. It keeps the floors warm and is a very nice feature. I wholly recommend contacting the folks at Tresidio if you are thinking of a new home you can be proud to own.

We just completed a build with Tresidio and our project manager Tom Miller was outstanding!! First Nadza helped guide us through the design phase and find a vision which we are very happy with!! Tom was so patient with all of our questions. I will admit we were extremely invested into our build and wanted information all the time and Tom was great at keeping the line of communication open and flowing throughout the whole build. He responded promptly and either fixed or provided explanations to all our questions. I would highly recommend asking for Tom if you are going to build with Tresidio! Very professional, caring and knowledgeable - all great traits to have!!

After researching builders in the Tresure Valley we knew we definitely wanted our home to be a Tresido home. The entire process from reserving our lot to our closing has been fantastic. All of Tresidio’s employees were extremely professional and personable. We worked with two fabulous Project Managers. Sam stated the process, providing weekly updates and addressed all of our questions/concerns. Towards the end of our build we were fortunate enough to have Cody assigned as our Project Manager. Cody took such great care of us through out the final build, moving in and addressing all of our questions and very minor issues in a timely manner. In Addison to the professional relationship we have also established a causal friendship with Cody. He is always a telephone call away or we can flag him down when he is in the neighborhood.

We recently completed our new build through Tresidio Homes, and I’d give them 5 stars based off of our amazing project manager, Sam WatersBuilding is never a stress free process, but we had absolute confidence in getting our dream house built because of Sam. He was always available for questions or concerns, and he went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure we were taken care of. This included a last minute change on my part to switch our landscaping materials from rock to bark, got additional storage added in after we walked the house when framed, oversaw the construction of barrel arches and a recessed arch in my home to make sure they were perfect for me, fixed the swing of a door to improve the layout of the home when I brought it up, fielded so many of my concerns relating to appliances, fixtures, etc.As you can probably tell I was a bit high maintenance of a client, but Sam never made me feel that way. No concern was too minor, and I am just really grateful to him for making our experience as stress free as possible.We love our new beautiful home, and we would build with Tresidio again, but only if we got Sam again! 😊

We just built a home with Tresidio! They were open to all our ideas for our new home. The construction is excellent and went smoothly and fast!! The company and all its staff were very helpful and made the building of our dream house a very fun experience. We would like to give a shout out to Erik Kulm who helped us with the design and ideas for the new house. Bryan Herberger, Project Manager was very responsive, open to any suggestions or minor issues that occurred during the build. We have built 4 homes and this home by far had the fewest issues than any of out prior builds. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Thank you Tresidio for making our dream house come true!!! We love it!!!

We benefitted from his love for what he does, his belief in the mission statement of Tresidio, his sense of gratefulness for being part of a good team, his sincere effort to help, his thoroughness and attention to detail, and his commitment to good communication. He treated us with respect. He listened to our questions and was truthful with his responses. He made us feel at ease during the building phase. He was professional, friendly, and responded to our questions promptly. We could not have asked for a better project manager and a better team - from the sales office all the way down to the construction crew.

Recommend building with Tresidio HomesFebruary 2020, we selected and reserved our lot in Star Idaho, Lake Pointe community. April 2020 finalized our selections for interior and exterior of our home. Construction began June 2020 and moved in October 2020. Throughout the entire build process we worked with Joe Lords who served as our project manager. Joe is a great guy to work with. He’s easy to communicate with and responded to all our questions/concerns in a timely manner. For example, when we needed our fence to be adjusted to ensure our dogs were safe, they were able to meet in person and discuss our options. Tresidio utilized an app called Buildertrend which allowed us easy access to ask questions, post pictures and to get updates on how our home was progressing. During our build process we rented a home about 20 minutes away and would make frequent trips to see our new home being built; never felt like we couldn’t stop by. We opted to not get a home inspection when we moved in but before our 1-year home warranty expired we got a home inspection done. Submitted the entire report to Tresidio and received email confirmation they received our requests for things to be addressed. Got a phone call from our previous project manager Joe Lords who was able to meet with us to discuss the issues in the home inspection and had tradesmen out the same day to address them. Overall, we had a smooth, efficient build process with Tresidio and we are glad we chose them to build our beautiful home.

Everyone at Tresidio that worked with myself and my Aunt were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and understanding regarding all aspects of the home building process. From start to finish it took approximately 10 months from when we put a deposit down on the lot to the day we were given the keys to the home. Any and all requests, issues, concerns and the rare but occasionally hiccup was dealt with quickly and without hesitation. Tresidios in house design team was great to work with as they were well equipped to help us choose all the selections that needed to be made to enaure our home looked great and felt comfortable tolive in. Tresidios team of knowledgeable professionals in their fields were able to guide us with ease thru the entire building process, from the day the foundation was leveled and poured all the way up to and continuing on past the move in date. I would have to insist that anyone that I know that was interested in having a home built, speak to Tresidio first, right outta the gate, and save themselves the time of even thinking about using anyone else all because of what they offer and the final product they ultimately are capable of delivering to their customers.

Our new home is AMAZING!!! It was an absolute breeze compared to selling our current home. The flexibility (aka semi-custom nature) was hands down the number one factor to our decision to go with Tresidio. The features that Tresidio provided matched our price point accurately, and were of a quality we expected of that price point. The timeline was reasonable. We wish there was better alignment across different departments -- some of our early questions could only be answered by Tresidio team members at the end of the process, which required a multi-month, six-figure commitment to get those answers (e.g. floor-vs-wall-vs-ceiling registers, energy efficiency rebates, and landscaping particulars). It was an adjustment getting used to the way construction works, as in, the way things just sort of work themselves out as the dust settles. We never felt like we had to micromanage Tresidio -- I would be worried if a home building company needed the oversight of a Regular Joe not involved in the building trades! And so far, all the items weve brought up to the design specialist, billing, and our project manager (shout-out to Sam Waters!) have all been satisfactorily resolved (as long as we were patient enough for those solutions to arrive at the right time). This was our first time building a new home, and the amount of customization was phenomenal for the price. We wanted door knobs that werent on Tresidios selection... they made that work. We wanted to exhaust the fireplace in a certain way... they made that work. We wanted to run specific plumbing and electrical circuits... they made it all work! Tresidios excellence continued with their service after we moved in. Sam has personally stopped by to make sure our most finicky concerns were resolved to our expectations. We had concerns regarding our neighborhood developers contributions towards our home and our neighborhood (fence quality, street lighting, internet service, public information) but we know Tresidio has little power in these affairs. Despite that, theyve done a great job relaying information for us. We sympathize with Tresidio, because many buyers have expressed developer-related concerns, and Tresidio has not been empowered by the developer to assuage these concerns.

We love our Tresidio Home, our in-laws live in a 2014 Tresidio now we just moved into our 2024 in Eagle! They have been so easy to work with and the finish production is fantastic. Our PM Kai is a stud, he went above and beyond ahead of us to make sure every little detail was wrapped up. Kai was on time and his communication and knowledge was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our Project Manager, Chance, has been the best to work with. You will not find a better Person to work with and to have manager the build of your new home. We REALLY appreciate Tresidio for letting us bring in our own interior designer, Montana Rencher. She was amazing to work with in putting together all the finishing touches to our beautiful home. From color coordination to faucet and lighting fixture selections, Montana didnt have the best selection to pick from through Tresidio, but she found sources that had the perfect selection that made our home unique from others built by Tresidio. I was looking for a new home to buy. I actually found one that I liked and put money down on it. For some reason, something didn’t feel right about that house, but my son was so excited to finally have our own home. I told him that I didn’t like the quality of that home (it was a brand new build). I was leaning toward not purchasing a home at all, because it was a lot of money, but I didn’t like the quality of that home. Plus, I caught the builder in a lie. When a company lies about anything, I loose confidence and respect in that builder. If a company needs to lie to me in order to make a sale, then I don’t want to buy from them. Anyway, My son asked if we could go look at a newer subdivision called “Indian Creek Ranch.” I looked it up on-line and seen that we could do a “self tour” of a few homes in that subdivision. The first one we walked into, I (we) knew immediately that that home was built for me. It was a little more expensive than the other home I was going to buy, but the quality of this home was through the roof. I could tell that this home built by “Tresidio Homes” was the best quality home build that I have ever seen. I could tell that Tresidio Homes focus on building quality homes, not quantity homes. This other builder that I was thinking about buying, is building homes like crazy. They have so many new homes up for sale and are still building, but the quality of their homes compared to Tresidio Homes is different as night to day. I quickly put a down payment on the Tresidio house and haven’t looked back. The agents that I worked with were amazing and anytime I had questions or concerns they were there for me. For example, I had a floor panel that was lifted just a little bit and I called Tresidio Homes (Tom) and he came right over and seen the problem. Then Tom went and grabbed the floor guy from a different job and had it fixed within 10 minutes. Tresidio Homes helped me through each step of the process and continues to be there for me when I have questions or need anything.Anyway, I highly recommend Tresidio Homes. The quality of their homes can’t be beat. Not only do I have a quality built home, but I have a home that will always keep is value. My son has already asked me if he can have this home when he is older to raise his kids in.

Our construction specialist, Eric, was super attentive and patient as we needed to start, stop and start again in our effort to sell our old home before beginning construction on the new one. He explained everything clearly and promptly. Nadza was so helpful in the Design Studio portion. She could see the look that we were going for and helped us to achieve it. And Tom, our project manager, was really great and super patient. We kept wondering if we were being too demanding and a pain in his side, but he kept assuring us that we weren’t being a problem. Provided that we werent forced to build a home during a global pandemic I think the experience would have been a much better one but supply shortages, delays and almost constant changes to our original selections really put a dent in our overall experience with Tresidio. We felt like we had to make compromises with nearly all our material choices to just get the home built in a timely manner. Honestly, we were on the edge of our seats the whole way through the build wondering what might not be available this week or the next. A lot of these issues we thought should have been avoided because of all the pre-planning and contractual obligations & selection choices we signed months prior to even breaking ground but I dont think Tresidio even realized how short supply materials would get by this point. Tom W. our project manager did his best to keep things moving when we ran into speed bumps and we really appreciated his kind words and willingness to make the best of our situation and get us Toilets, Tubs and Tiles that were similar to the original choices we had made. As first time builders, we were not familiar to a lot of the processes that had to take place and the folks at Tresidio did there best to guide us along gently but there were a few things that felt rushed and could have been catered to a little more being our first time. As fast as houses are being put up in this valley I think the custom home build we originally signed up for ended up being a mish-mash of 2nd best choices and heres what we have available right now. Above everything else, the quality of the construction is 8 out of 10. After living in it for a year now, we have noticed a couple things we should have done differently but we were told in our final walk-through that somethings couldn’t get replaced or touched up due to meeting deadlines. We are happy with the majority of our choices and selections and have gotten a quality home we are pleased with in the end.

We have not had one negative interaction or event with anyone on the team or with the home building process. Their communication is amazing and very timely! We so love our Tresidio home. The building process from beginning to end was so streamlined. It is not very often that you’re given a completion date in February for October and they hit it on the mark. That is a well oiled machine. Each phase of the process was so planned out, from our first appointment with Cinnamon (who worked on the subdivision, lot, and structural changes), to Rich (who helped us with architectural changes including the all important vaulted ceiling), to Julie (who always had a smiling face at the front desk), to Nadza (who helped us with our design choices, custom choices and change order) and last but not least, Mr. Andy ( our project manager). Andy Rice has to be the best PM ever. This is the third house we have built, however, it was the first one that we were out of state. Andy kept us so informed on the progress and would even notify us if there were changes or decisions to be made. We looked forward to Friday’s when he would send updated photos via Builder-trend of the weeks progress. Andy was our eyes and ears when we couldn’t be there. He made sure things were done on time and corrected the occasional errors of the subs. He was very knowledgable about the building process and always had answers for our many questions. My wife and I purchased our Tresidio home and closed on May 1st. We could not have been more pleased with this process.Our realtor and good friend, Jerry Brakebill, introduced us to Cinnamon Dilworth, and together, we walked through several developments and floor plans. We selected a prime lot in Legacy that had wonderful views and open spaces. Since this property was a bit smaller and had to have a retaining wall built, we were limited on the size of floor plans we could select.Jerry and Cinnamon worked hard to find the best plan for us. We selected the Meadowlark plan, expanded the dining room and master bedroom by two feet, and the garage by four feet. We also selected ten foot ceilings, eight foot doors, and seven foot windows making the house seem larger and taking advantage of the wonderful views.The next step in the process was selecting our finishes. Nadza Subasic contacted us and provided access to Tresidio’s on-line design studio so we could begin to select both our interior and exterior finishes.During the actual selections meeting, Nadza led us step by step through every area of the house. She was extremely organized and brought out samples for comparison as we made our final selections. Nadza was detailed in her notes and prepared the final selection documents for our review. We ended up making some changes and the process was extremely smooth.Once construction started, we were assigned a construction manager. Our first manager resigned from Tresidio after a few weeks and was replaced by Cody Bird. Cody was a pleasure to work with; however, he was reassigned to the Kuna area and Sam Waters became our new manager. Sam was also extremely organized, easy to get in contact with, and kept us up to date on the progress of our new home.A couple of issues arose during construction. The wrong backsplash was installed in our kitchen and the upgraded water heater would not fit in the garage enclosure. Sam immediately contacted us and had the installers replace the tile with what we ordered. As for the water heater, since Tresidio could not install the larger water heater as promised, Sam authorized a tankless water heater for no additional cost. These two examples of exemplary service were greatly appreciated by my wife and I.The final walk through inspection was well organized and the vast majority of items were fixed immediately prior to closing. There were some items we discovered after we moved in and Sam continued to be responsive in having the repairs completed. We have a couple of items outstanding and our 30-day warranty inspection is coming up. Sam said he would give us an update on the remaining items and we have no doubt that these last few issues will be corrected as soon as possible.We could have not been more pleased with our home purchase process with Tresidio Homes and would absolutely recommend this builder for anyone looking to move to the Treasure Valley area. My wife and I have moved into our new home and we have nothing but great things to say about Tresidio and their team. If you are wanting a semi custom build to feel like a custom home process then Tresidio is for you. Eric was awesome to work with to begin the process of purchasing our home and explained the process exactly how it played out. There were some customizations we wanted for our home based on the models and Eric’s response was “We can do that.” It was refreshing compared to other builders who don’t allow you yo draw outside the lines of their builds.We began our design process with Nadza and it was 5 star. Designing your home could be very overwhelming, but Nadza and my wife bounced ideas off each other and she immediately understood the style we were looking for. Our home turned out beautiful and I couldn’t imagine a more streamlined design process.If all of that wasn’t enough, our PM Sam took us under his wing and made the build process a breeze. Weekly, Sam would provide pictures and specific details on what they had scheduled for the week. When we toured the home on our own we would let Sam know if there was something we noticed or had questions about and 95% of the time he had already caught it and communicated to the trades. We signed our contract with Tresidio Homes in November of 2020 went through the design studio for our home in May/June of 2021 and they broke ground on our home in July on 2021. We had Scott as our project manager and we enjoyed working with him and were lucky enough to have him for our build, you can tell when you meet Scott that he genuinely enjoys his job and making sure people are getting what they want in their home and takes pride in making sure his builds are top notch and of good quality. He was always johnny on the spot with communication, updates and issues/supply problems coming up. He did a great job trudging his way through supply and labor issues to keep our home on a decent timeline and felt he did everything he could have with that challenge. We felt he was genuinely excited about our home and went above and beyond on so many things throughout the process for us. He even took the time to get a hold of me when I couldnt be at the walk through before we closed to tell me he was reassuring my wife while she was there that everything would be completed and he was on it to make sure it happened for us. I personally appreciated that very much from him. We also worked with Ashley in the design studio and she was kind, good at her job and also like Scott fun to work with. Helped us pick stuff out we would have never thought of and showed us why she thought it was a nice option and gave us a lot of options to choose from as it can be quite overwhelming trying to pick out so much for your home in only so many sessions. We appreciated her patience and her genuine kindness as a person.I will be leaving another review after our one year mark of our home warranty, just to outline how Tresidio handles all of their warranty work as well. So far they have been good about reaching out, communicating and sending out contractors for some of the issues we have had in the first 6 months of being in our home. We love our home and are glad and happy we went with Tresidio Homes for our home. You can feel the quality and sound construction once you step foot in this amazing house.

After looking at many builders we chose Tresidio Homes to build our home in Eagle. Living out of state while our home was being built was a concern, however, that concern did not last long. Everyone we had contact with at Tresidio was terrific. The design center has so many beautiful samples of things to select from. The online link for the design center allowed me to select choices and upgrades before meeting with the design team. I appreciate the design team so much for giving me ideas and guiding me through the selection process and the outcome is beautiful. Our Project Manager, Kai, is just the best! Even though we lived out of state I still felt very involved in the construction process as Kai would send me many photos each week and tell me what they would be working on the following week and patiently answered all of my questions. Thank you Tresidio Homes for making our dream a reality.

We feel like we hit the jackpot in finding the perfect floor plan in a stellar new community, designed by an exceptional design team (led by Nadza) with just the right blend of features, and working with a fantastic project manager to get it done. Our project manager (Joe) was available to us throughout the process, as a trusted partner in the build as well as answering all kinds of peripheral questions we threw at him. We are still not sure how he was able to keep ahead of schedule, allowing us to close on the promised date (which was defined months ago), all in the midst of global supply shortages and delays. His follow through and commitment to excellence is top notch. We happily recommend Tresidio to anyone looking for a high quality, customer-focused, and transparent builder.

My husband and I built a home with Tresidio in 2019 and since moving into our home we are very happy with the overall quality and service Tresidio has offered. As one may expect with any new home, there have been a few minor repairs needed along the way and working with Tom in their warranty department has been so pleasant and seamless. We have been very impressed with the level of care and concern Tresido has extended to make sure our home is not only beautiful, but well-maintained. It has been comforting to know that we purchased a home with a builder that not only cares about quality of craftsmanship leading up to the final product, but also carries the same level of concern throughout the following weeks and months after the home is complete. We have been very pleased with Tresidios customer service.

Edited to share, 6 months since I wrote my review and they have not followed up with me as they indicated they would in their response. It has been nearly a year since I completed the closing survey and still no response from Tresidio on making the outlined concerns right.We signed our contract in November of 2020 and closed in January of 2022. There were a lot of bumps in the road due to supply and demand, but overall we were very impressed with how Tresidio and more specifically our Project Manager, Scott handled them. Scott provided us with progress pictures and communicated delays as needed. We really felt like Scott advocated for us throughout the build and fought to get our home done as timely as possible. At our finishes tour I was pretty anxious about the state of the home, considering closing was days away. Scott spent extra time talking to me, reassuring me he would make it happen and even called my husband who couldn’t be there to reassure him and check on me. Scott was genuinely excited for us and our home and it showed. Another member of Tresidio’s Team we loved working with was Ashley. She helped us in the design studio and was so patient/kind. She provided amazing insight we hadn’t thought of and really helped make our home look put together. When we had to pick new tile for a few places due to back orders she was there to help us. I wouldn’t have been as confident about the changes if she hadn’t helped us. My only concern is Tresidio vesting their contractors as they grow. I completed Tresido’s survey at close and spent a lot of time on it, wanting to be thorough and fair. I am surprised a member of Teesidio’s management never reached out to me regarding the concerns mentioned.

A week ago we were given the keys to our forever home. The journey started in October with an amazing realtor, Katie, who was there each step of the way to answer questions, advocate, and support us in any way possible. She quickly turned from a realtor to a friend. With the build, we were able to make structural changes, customize finishings, and customize electrical to fit our needs.Nadzia was amazing during the design process, bringing her experience and eye for design alongside our thoughts and dreams. Once customization was complete, Sam, the project manager was a gift. He personally oversaw the building of our house from the first dig to the giving us our keys at the end. We felt like he cared for the house as if it was his own; making sure we had everything wed wanted, and helping us out when things needed shifted a bit. We found great comfort inThe quality of build is beyond what we expected, we were treated like family, and each day I wake up I am in awe that I get to live in such a beautiful home. We will forever be grateful for the staff, contractors, and now friends who make this all happen.We highly recommend Tresidio. Their quality, compassion, and flexibility will make your home building experience amazing!

...and then we met Sam Waters!After the 3rd grandchild was born in Meridian my wife insisted, we uproot from our very comfortable lifestyle in Southern California and relocate to Idaho to be closer to the kids. Understandably this was an easier decision to make than to execute. Fortunately, we had already established a trusted relationship with Realtor Carleen Wilson who masterfully guided us through multiple homes for sale in the Boise area. As it turned out Carleen had also previously bought a Tresidio home a year or so earlier. Buying an existing home would have been a compromise but easier and quicker although would have required an immediate move that we simply werent prepared for. Not sure what to do, we visited on Easter weekend in April of this year and Carleen introduced us to Annie Valentine. Annie is a top-notch sales professional well-seasoned, smooth (not from Utah!) with an unmatched depth of experience in new home sales. She recognized our trepidation and guided us through the process with gentle authoritative credibility. Annie and Carlene helped us pick a lot explaining all the common issues and concerns and we decided on a single-story model with an RV garage that was perfect for us. So, we took the leap of faith knowing we were walking the plank and risking what we thought was significant nonrefundable earnest money. But who could say no to Annie? She was like family. So, with wonder in our minds we left Idaho and went home to sell our house and pack up. While we were told what to expect it all just seemed too good to be true...how could it be so easy to build a complex home and have it all ready before the winter weather set in? I mean its post pandemic, right? So many questions, so many details, so many risks and details to resolve! How was it going to come together? We faced aggressive timelines and schedules with potential failure points at every turn...and then we met Sam Waters, our dedicated Project Manager. Sam introduced himself via an online meeting session and hooked us up on Builder Trend. Sam explained the build process in minute detail. Built our confidence with his skills as a contractor and became our trusted advisor on the ground. Sam was in the property as our eyes and ears almost every day and every week on schedule for 120 days...Sam was always there. Always available and responsive. Every step from Foundation to Framing, from Trades to Landscaping...onsite Tours to Final Finishes. Sam Waters was an unwavering customer advocate for perfection true to the Tresidio core values as a company. Even after close and final walk through as issues arose on nights and weekends and even on Sunday, Sam was there for us. Responsive and action-oriented understanding with passion the need to reinforce the Tresidio Brand. As a new Tresidio homeowner I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience from start to finish and the luminaries such as Annie and Sam who together carry the day for Tresidio. They, along with Tresidio have welcomed us home safe and sound.

There were a few hiccups with our construction specialist, but overall, Tresidio was very accommodating in helping to make one of their floorplans flow and function the way we wanted it to. The design process was fun and exciting and not at all overwhelming or stressful. And our project manager was the best! He kept in touch to update our progress and sent pictures as well! He was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had and made us genuinely feel like he cared about getting everything just right- he was the best! We are currently residing in a home that was built by Tresidio Homes which provided the exact floor plan we wanted in a brand new subdivision. The home is definitely above average in its quality and details, and the home was also finished a few weeks earlier than we expected. We were very thankful that we had an appointed Project Manager (Thomas Miller) through the entire time of building and he remains available for any issues or questions we may experience. Mr. Miller responds promptly to calls and texts, and he is always available and present in the subdivision. He is pleasant and prompt and we are thankful to have access to a Project Manager. We are not on our own and we are thankful!

They were one of the only builder in the area who openly proved they were willing to make accessibility modifications in our new home for our disabled daughter. The hey showed their honesty in correcting a pricing mistake in our favor at the time of signing. Their designer showroom was fantastic. The quality of the home is great, but the best part is their organization and our project superintended Joe L. No one could have done a better job than Joe in making sure everything was right when we move in.

Tresidio Homes built our beautiful home in a new community. Sam was our project manager and he was nothing short of amazing. Since we were out of state, communication was key. Sam sent us photos and updates every week on what was accomplished that week and a brief summary of the upcoming week. When he ran into any concerns he was totally transparent and upfront with us. We learned to trust him very quickly and he NEVER let us down!! We did have to make a couple quick decisions on a couple items that were backordered to keep things on track. Our home delivered on time, which was amazing with all the supply chain issues in the world these days. Everyone from Sales (Katie) to Design (Nazda) to Project Manager (Sam) have been incredible!! Katie has been super sweet and always available when we had questions or concerns. Nazda was super knowledgeable and professional getting us through every detail of the design! Tresidio built a home in Meridian for my wife and I in 2021. There were a few issues as can be expected with any home build. For us, the two main obstacles we hit were our stucco cracking in several spots and water not draining properly beneath the house. Tresidio helped us get all of these resolved and they were very pleasant to work with.

Of them all, we were most impress with the construction methods and attention to detail that Tresidio Homes demonstrated through out the build. It is quite clear that they take great pride in the product they produce. Aside from the construction of our home the staff at Tresidio Homes was a pleasure to work with. They we pleasant and professional and went out of their way to answer our questions and to accommodate or requests. Anthony our project manager was particularly helpful. He went to bat for us and facilitated the approval of a few last minute additions to the project outside the home that were very important to us.The final walk through was detailed and informative. The key presentation took the experience to a whole new level. It was incredible. Along with the keys, Tresidio Homes presented us with a housewarming gift and a binder containing all the information anyone could ever ask for about our new home. This was something we had never experienced before.Bottom line, If you are looking to purchase a new home, we highly recommend that you choose Tresidio Homes as your builder. We have no doubt that you will just as pleased with your experience as we were.

After considering other companies, we chose Tresidio due to their reputation and the quality we saw in their finished homes.This was our first new home build and we did it from out of state. Tresidios system for communicating made it much easier. We went to the design studio where we made our selections and Nadza was great to work with.Once construction started, Joe Lords was assigned as our project manager. Some of the first things he told us was he would treat it as if it was his home being built and he was a very strict about maintaining a clean construction site.The trades must have a healthy respect for Joe because in every photo, and during each visit, the site was incredibly clean. It doesnt sound like much but when you see it, you recognize it as quality. Joe is a great guy who was incredibly communicative, professional, organized and made things happen.The entire Tresidio team was very responsive and have the attitude of taking care of any issues in the best manner because it is the right thing to do. There were a couple of times where Tresidio put me in contact with trade experts to answer questions I had due to my lack of construction knowledge.Even Tresidios real estate side of the house was helpful and flexible for us. When speaking with friends who went through new home construction, several have commented that our job seemed to go smoothly compared to theirs. Our home looked better when finished than we imagined. I highly recommend Tresidio for new home construction.

Weve built several homes in our lifetime, but none of them compare to the building experience we had with Tresidio Homes. In our opinion, they are the premium home builder in the Treasure Valley. From the day we signed the contract, to the day we accepted the keys, this company kept us, and more importantly, allowed us to be more involved than we ever expected. We were free to go by the build site after hours and if there was a question it was answered immediately, or if we had an issue with the way something was done, it was addressed. The Project Manager, Gari, was in the house every day, checking the trades work and making sure the house was being built according to the plan. The care and consideration, and the attention to detail that Gari gave the building process almost made me feel that he was building this house for himself and not us. He gave weekly updates and often did video chats to show us progress or for us to make decisions. We never saw them cutting corners as some builders do, and the quality of work was truly 5-star. We are so proud of our new home. If you are looking to build a quality home, then Tresidio is the company you want. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with, from the gal at the front desk to the president of the company; theyre just really good people. Not once did we feel that we were a bother to them....try finding that with other builders after youve signed a contract! Let Tresidio build you a home, you will not regret it. P.S. Tresidio hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and it allowed us the opportunity to thank the entire staff (from the president on down) for the beautiful home they built.

Tresidio built us a wonderful home that we love more each and every day!!!Joe is the greatest supervisor for a build! We felt he gave us the most important thing he could, he gave us his time and attention. Joe set our expectations appropriately, even when it was not what we wanted to hear. We built our home with Tresidio Homes in Summit Ridge Subdivision - moved in March 2021. From dirt to move in we’ve had an excellent experience. Not only did we choose a beautiful community but are fortunate to have Tresidio be our builder of choice. We built the Birkdale model, which for us needed minimal changes or additions. It’s a fantastic, functional floor plan for our family and we couldn’t be happier. I believe Tresidio took my vision and executed it perfectly. We are please to call this beautiful space HOME.

It been a little over a year since we closed on our new Tresidio home in Star. Weve all heard the horror stories about some builders and their commitment (or lack of) to warranty work. Our new home came with the industry standard of a 1-year warranty. Over the past year we have had several warranty items come up which is very reasonable and to be expected. Not once in submitting any claim did Tresidio question or argue the claim or not agree to rectify it in a timely manner. In fact, there were a couple items submitted outside the 12-month period that were addressed without question. All claims were handled professionally, with courtesy, and in a timely manner. To me, this speaks volumes of Tresidio Homes and their commitment to building a quality home, and more importantly, their focus on the customer. The big national and regional builders could learn a few things from local builders.

They have been nothing but a dream to work with! We got under contract very quickly and moved up our close date and they didn’t skip a beat. Katie and Sam made it work so we could do our new home orientation within a day of reaching out about it! There were a couple little things that needed fixed and they were done the next morning (our closing day) by 9am and our orientation was at 3 the day before!They build an INCREDIBLE home and made us feel like family! Both Sam and Katie gave us their personal numbers to reach out with any questions or concerns. We are absolutely in love with our new home!

As a first time home owner, Im constantly thinking what am I not doing that I should be doing to help my home? and what should I know about my home that I dont know? Well upon closing, you get a big booklet on everything included in your home, who installed it, what maintenance you should be doing, etc. Scott Curtis was so friendly and took the time to walk and talk us through the whole home, its details, and answer any quetions we had. The home is under a builder warranty for 1 year which is a big relief too. We did our research into builders before buying our house and Im really glad we went with these guys.Recent Update: I recently submitted a warranty claim and Mike responded promptly, answered my questions, and gave some much needed home maintenance tips that were very appreciated. If its not covered under the warranty its nice that they will help explain expected maintenance for your home.
