    We enjoyed the process of selecting our finishes, and making some structural changes that fit our family better. The design process was very enjoyable, and Ashley did a good job in selecting materials that she thought we would like as well as guiding us on our selections and how they would go together. The included landscaping looks nice now, but took several renditions to have it completed correctly. The overall build of the house was nice, and we didnt see many flaws. You do need to keep an eye on the smaller details, as sometimes the work seems to be done too fast, and not correct especially with specific instructions. We struggled with feeling like we were consistently being heard. On occasion it took several contacts to have an issue resolved, but they did eventually get taken care of. Overall, we are excited for our new home!

    We are very pleased with our decision to use Eaglewood Homes to build our house in Painted Ridge. From the start, they were great at answering our questions, and Heather in particular was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing our options, even though we were out of town and had to work remotely instead of seeing materials in person. We had a few ideas for custom options and the team at Eaglewood was enthusiastic about trying to accommodate us. Josh designed custom built-in bookcases that turned out awesome. The building process went smoothly, and even in the midst of a pandemic, they were able to complete our house on time. Our inspector said it was one of the cleanest new home builds he’d ever seen with. We’re very impressed with the quality of the home Eaglewood built for us, and are excited to be living in it.

    Just finished my 1 year Warranty with Eaglewood Homes and would definitely recommend them as a great Builder here in Idaho. I purchased a Spec Home in the Lavender Heights Development in Meridian. There were some Aesthetic issues such as minor cracks due to home shifting in the first year and paint missed in some areas but very minimal…. they were easily fixable. Gage Egurrola was the Eaglewood Warranty Person I worked with and he was so impressive. Very pleasant, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and RESPONSIVE. Gage has the best attitude and integrity. He wants to get things done and done right. He gave the best Customer service and so many useful tips on maintaining the quality of my new home. He is, in my opinion, a perfect representative and valuable asset to the company. You can’t go wrong with Eaglewood. They will take good care of you!

    Recently finished the 1 year Warranty with Eaglewood Homes and would definitely recommend them as a great Builder here in Idaho. My Husband Bought a home built by this company & so far we are extremely happy we did. Gage the maintenance, repair & overall rep working with us has been amazing and so helpful as we are new home owners. He is very knowledgeable and quick to address any concerns we have had. He even provided us with future recommendations to address any other concerns we may run into.

    A great builder and a great price. We dealt with another high end builder before this but was disappointed with their lack of options included and not giving us enough attention on our meetings. The team of Angela, Adam and josh were awesome. If you build with them, be nice to josh! He gave us some bonus options at no extra charge.Mr. Adam and ms. Angela were very responsive to my calls or texts. And the kicker is the promise on the warranty. Not much went wrong; the minor problems were fixed. And yes they do call you to remind you that the warranty is soon to expire. Thanks Mr. Jaret! Overall, we would build again with eagle wood.Dave

    We love our Eaglewood home. From start to finish, Eaglewood was great! We came in from out of state and picked the lot, sight unseen. When we finally landed in Boise, we walked through a new floorplan that was only framed and fell in love. It was so unique yet had all the details we were looking for in a home. The process of picking options and upgrades was so easy; their standards are above all the rest. They were also very accommodating to our customizations and ideas. The home itself is extremely energy efficient and the finishes throughout are very polished. Once the home was built, any warranty issue was addressed quickly and we never got any pushback.     Eaglewood Homes was extraordinary throughout every step of the home building process. Not only were they responsive...they finished AHEAD of schedule and did a PHENOMENAL job on our forever home. I not only have a builder who delivered above expectations and ahead of schedule...I have a builder who is now my partner throughout the first year of ownership. I was floored to learn they take such incredible accountability in their homes...that they do walk throughs at the 30 day and 11 month mark. They used the top of the line materials, had amazing communication, stand behind their product and their partners and continue to be by my side. I am over the moon with Eaglewood Homes and would encourage anyone building a home to choose them as your builder.

    We used Eaglewood homes for our first ever new construction purchase and the process could not have been any better from start to finish. We were moving from out of state so a lot of the stuff for the escrow and building process was handled by our realtor. He has been selling homes in the treasure Valley for a long time and said Eaglewood homes would definitely be one of the top builders he will try to steer his clients to in the future. The most impressive part was the service after we closed escrow, we dealt with Gage in that department. It was not a case of escrow has closed we have your money and you are on your own, Gage was as attentive to us after closing as he was before. Before closing he had done a full walk-through with my realtor but still made it a point to do another walk-through with us when we came into town. All of our blue tape touch up issues were handled in a timely manner and all of the stuff that couldn’t be done during winter (sprinkler system and some exterior paint) was handled as soon as weather permitted. I plan on being at this home for the foreseeable future but if I ever look for a new construction home again, an Eaglewood build will be the first place I look.

    We purchased a spec home from Eaglewood Homes almost 6 months ago. Taylor was great to work with and even though it was a spec home we got it just in time to be able to choose all the finishes. The process was great and they were very accomodating. We havent hardly had any issues with the home since being built and the minor things that came up Taylor was on it immediately and had them corrected. I would recommend them to anyone.

    My wife and I recently moved into our brand new home. Overall the process was very good. All issues or questions were answered or taken care of in a timely fashion and communication between the builder, our realtor, and ourselves was very good. Bryan the super was also amazing and anytime I stopped by the site was more than willing to let me in and answer any questions I had. I do not have too much insight to share as we have only been in our new home for a week but so far we love it, and the quality thus far is what we expected!     The Eaglewood team was incredibly delightful to work with. They listened to everything that my wife and I wanted and never said no. If they couldnt do something, the offered options to get close to what we wanted. The design process went smooth and there werent any hiccups. All parts of our design were included in our house and done in a professional quality. During the build process, the communication was top notch. We were kept up to date on everything that was happening at the site and all of the proposed completion dates were met or even wrapped up earlier. The amount times we walked through the house allowed us to make sure everything was just to our liking, which is was. There were small things that made this house exactly what we wanted and we didnt even ask for them. The Eaglewood team paid attention to things we liked just in everyday conversations. Couldnt recommend this team more.

    Eaglewood was so great to work with, made changes during our building process no matter how far into the process they were. Directed us on where to go to pick out colors. Always gave us advice in different quality options. And were very responsive to our phone calls and emails. I am a wedding decorator and know what I want.     Eaglewood = Quality -- ALL the way, and of course, customer service -- par excellence!!! Right from the start, the HUGE difference in product and process quality is the very first thing that jumps out at you. I chose to make my own plan with my own specifications and they were helpful and accommodating about it -- making the entire experience totally painless and extremely easy -- even for a first time buyer like me.     I rarely give five stars, but Eaglewood Homes do deserve them. Six months have passed since we bought our house from them with the much appreciated help from their five-star agent Taylor Marecle. The experience has been superb and the post-purchase treatment is as outstanding as it was during the purchase.The house reflects an overall supreme quality, high attention to details, and excellent interpretation of modern design. The floor plan though spacious is very efficient with no redundant space. The house is simply beautiful.Taylor is an outstanding agent with great personality and impeccable communication skills. He does win over you pretty easily with his kind style of conduct and profound sense of professionalism. In my long experience with agents, he comes second to none.In a nutshell, if you are looking to buy a house in Twin Falls with no regrets and an enjoyable process and great quality home, you really have no better choice than Eaglewood Homes and theirs Taylor Marecle.

    Simply said, the process was amazing from start to finish. We first found Eaglewood after driving through the Patagonia Subdivision in Kuna. After falling in love with their architecture and building quality, we started the build process. The design meetings flow seamlessly with Ashley. Her expertise was so helpful during every design meeting. She has a vision and a passion for the design process. Low and behold, we even gained a few friends throughout the process.     We bought our Eaglewood home in the summer of 2010 and I could not be any happier with our decision. We had just moved to Idaho in May and I was the one in charge of looking for our future home. My realtor spent numerous days and hours with me; let’s just say I knew what I wanted. It seemed that every house I went into just wasn’t it. The living room was too small, the kitchen was too small, the bedrooms were all wrong, the house was too old, etc. We can upon the Tuscany Community and fell in love with the neighborhood and amenities. Now, we just needed to find something that worked for our family and our budget.My realtor told me about a house that he thought was “perfect” for us – I’ve heard that before! So, off we went to look at an Eaglewood Home, the Sonoma. I walked through the door and fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for! The floor plan was spacious and open. The colors were beautiful, the architecture was unique. We visited that house 4-5 times in 2 days. I knew it was our house, our home. When we walked into that house as a family, I knew we were home. Eaglewood found a way to capture everything that I wanted in a home. Eaglewood is obviously very detail oriented and takes pride in the product that they produce. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new home. We actually met with a potential buyer last winter that was looking at several builders and after touring our house became our neighbor in the Spring!Adam, our super, was wonderful to work with.     We purchased an Eaglewood home 3.5 years ago....it has been fantastic. Taylor Mercle has been awesome to us...he helps out whenever a warranty issue arises (not that there have been many) and has become a good friend of ours. They are an honest company and build with integrity. They use the best subcontractors in town and when they cant find a sub in town that meets their expectations, they bring subs in from boise. There is not another builder in town that can build the quality of home that Eaglewood can and their homes are the highest quality and highest value you can get. to use anyone else wood be foolish. id recommend Eaglewood without hesitation.
