Ray just came to my house this morning to perform an annual service on my generator. His work was far superior to my previous company that used to service my generator. Ray was there to change the oil and check the operation of the unit but also replaced the spark plugs and adjusted one the engine cylinder valves that had lost some of its compression over time. Then he did such a nice job cleaning up the inside of the unit but also the exterior metal that surrounds the generator.. I highly recommend Advanced Electric for all your generator needs. And I found out they can perform electrical work in your house at a reasonable cost. Thanks Ray, for the great job!!!Chris Wagner

I was having an unpleasant odor problem with my Generac generator for several weeks that my generator installer could not solve. Scott came the day after I called and diagnosed a failing battery. He replaced the battery and did my annual service and the generator is working well. I am very pleased with the outcome and plan to use them for my future service needs.

AES was recommended to me and I’m very pleased I chose them, as well. Ron and team did a great job installing my Generac. The office kept me informed and the work was done on time. The installation crew also worked with me to minimize missed work while power had to be out. Great job all around.

From the time that you’ve called to make an appointment and then when the technician arrives absolutely phenomenal people the best part about them is having my Generac generator that they installed as my biggest lifesaver the technician Scott who comes out in service is it yearly is very professional and courteous explains everything that is going on during the check up they are very fair and very clean and what they do I would recommend them to anybody thanks for having such a great working team

I had an issue with my standby Generator. Lost power due to storm and the unit did not start. Office was able to get a mechanic out quickly. The issue was not initially evident. The mechanic stuck with it, determined the issue and completed the fix. Kudos to Advanced electric. This is the reason I have a maintenance agreement with Advanced. Theyre true professionals.

I have a house in a very wooded area - Advanced Electric has helped me keep the power up and the lights on for 20 years - even through several hurricanes and many storms.They’ve helped as well with the less urgent tasks - new fixtures and old fixtures. This company has done a couple of jobs for me including the installation of a Generac backup generator. Both times that they have done work, it has been an excellent experience. The crew that did the work were really good. There was one minor service issue afterwards which turned out to be a faulty propane regulator and that was not even their responsibility. They responded to my call rapidly and had an engineer on site within an hour. It is always a pleasure to write a good review, they have earned it and I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.
