    Luxury Home Improvements has done excellent remodeling work in our historic home in Rose Valley since we purchased it on 2022. They have been our go-to contractor and have done high quality work on a consistent basis for us. From refinishing ours floors, painting our whole house, doing carpentry work, remodeling a bathroom, lead remediation and installing new doors, they have done it all and have the right crews for every job. In particular, Serge is incredibly responsible and responsive, delivers projects on time and with quality in mind and is very knowledgeable about construction and remodeling management. We recommend them without hesitation. Their professionalism is top notch.

    They do excellent work in a timely manner. We had our half bathroom converted into a full. Out of the many quotes we were given they were the most transparent, explaining every detail of the job and a break down of the costs. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them and use them for other renovations.

    LHI just completed a refresh of our rec room and laundry room and we are so happy with the results! Paint, new windows, lighting, flooring, and carpeting. This our 3rd project they did for us.     LHI just helped us redo our kitchen. All the specialists were incredibly professional - competent and helpful. When we needed it they explained things to us, answered questions, and even had good suggestions. We were very satisfied with the electricians, painters, carpenters, and the tile layer was undaunted by an exceptionally tough challenge which he executed beautifully. In another earlier project the wall paper hanger was equally good - fast, careful, detail oriented.I would recommend LHI for any home improvements.

    LHI did a great job with my portico and trim project. The team was on time, left the project area cleaned up, and did great work. Once I saw how nice their work looked I asked them to add to their scope of work. They did the additional bits at a reasonable price at the same time as the original project.     LHI was great! We called them for an estimate and the contractor was professional and kind, and we had the estimate in hand by end of day. Of the 3 places we contacted, they were the quickest response on both getting a contractor out for the estimate & getting it to us.They were the mid-price, and Im glad we chose them. The painter was professional and kind, the work was completed on time, and our classroom looks wonderful.They were very easy to work with, and everything was completed in a timely manner. We initially intended to lay down some luxury vinyl floor, but ended up going in a completely different direction (bathroom remodel, recessed lights, exhaust fan installation, painting, lots of odd jobs).     I have been using LHI for a variety of projects over the years and they rewarded me with great service every single time. I especially appreciate that this company does not employ jacks of all trades that I have had bad experiences with previously. Every single person on all their crews is a real professional in their field. So far I have used them on electrical service calls, painting and most recently carpet and luxury vinyl installations. They have outshined anyone I have ever used in my 43 years of being a homeowner by a long shot. Call LHI for any project you have and they will deliver for you to. A tip from one neighbor on Olive st in Media. Their flooring showroom is a little further away in west chester but is certainly worth the trip.

    Honest, dependable and fairly priced remodeling company. True gentleman who stand behind all of the work they do. I personally had them replace my floors with luxury vinyl, replace baseboard and paint.My friends tell me that LHI did a great job on their bathroom remodeling too so they are certainly a one stop shop.Every single person I spoke to when calling their references who ended up being my friends (small world) all spoke highly of them.

    Luxury Home Improvements are the best electricians and painters in Delaware County!The high quality work and affordable pricing was what drew me to this company. I had them replace my outlets and switches, as well as a few ceiling lights. A separate crew then came out to paint my master bedroom and great room.The work that LHI did was detailed and clean. They were meticulous in their work and and left no mess behind.I recommend LHI to anyone looking for someone to upgrade things in their home or even if they are in the market for some remodeling!

    Luxury Home Improvements has completed several complete home renovations for me over the last 7 years. As a real estate professional it is absolutely vital that our homes are completed to the highest standard.     Awesome work, great communication, FAST! We found a leak in our wall. Within half a day, they had the leak fixed, the wall gutted and everything replaced for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

    We worked with LHI for water damage remediation for a portion of our ceiling and interior ceiling and wall painting in several rooms in our house. They came as a recommendation from friends who also used them for interior house painting. We couldnt be happier with the results. The LHI team (Serge, Greg, Hiba) were communicative and helpful from start to finish. We were able to schedule in a timely manner and once the job was scheduled it was completed on time and with clear communication and expectations. The painters (Andrew and Ever) were kind and did excellent work, particularly with repairing not only the water damage but several other areas in our ceiling that had the wear and tear of an older home. Everything came out beautifully. We will be sure to contact LHI for future painting or other home remodeling needs & will be referring LHI to our family and friends in the future!

    Amazing work 100 times over. Full home remodeling job in just 3 months. Starting from electricians, to framers, to drywallers, painters and tile guys, to flooring installers and carpenters they are the best. Very efficient.     LHI did a great job removing decades old wallpaper, then painting and installing a wallpaper accent wall. It looks like a beautiful new room in less than a week. I cant recommend them enough for a great result, at a fair price.

    I don’t typically leave reviews but I simply had to for this company. They got in to my home the very next day after closing and made the 2.5 weeks deadline to allow us to move in into what is practically a brand new home.They installed all new hardwood floors, did board and batten in the foyer and finished off the wainscoting in dining room. We also had them paint.I will be definitely recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Clean, crisp cut lines at ceilings and trim. I will have them remodel my kitchen and hallway bathroom next. Unfortunately I did not have enough time for them to do that before I move in.     I purchased a home locally in Media back at the end of November of last year and after doing my due elegance hired LHI do a major overhaul so we could move in as quickly as possible.In 2.5 months they have replaced my kitchen, remodeled a master and a hallway bathroom, replaced all of old knob and tube electrical wiring with new. They upgraded the service panel from 100-200 amp, installed led mirrors, one with an iPad built in to it, replaced all casing trim and doors. Painted the house and installed carpet in extra bedrooms. All of the work was completed by mid February and all I’m waiting on now are my counters and backsplash which should be in the next week at which point I will take some good pictures and post them.I would most certainly recommend them to any one that just purchased their home and wants to give it some value or just move in into what is practically brand new space.

    This company is more than good. There GREAT. words cant describe how good serge and his crew are. We searched online, chose them and we got lucky. Weve had a home here in Wayne, PA for a decade. We have literally experience it all. Contractors will have poor communication, blow smoke etc when consulting you. My wife had a very specific vision and this crew went above and beyond!

    Hired LHI Exton to do drywall repair, painting, and replace baseboard trim in the downstairs common areas (kitchen, living/dining, hallway, foyer, and upstairs landings). Jay was very prompt and professional when he came to our house to look at the job and give us quotes. The communication leading up to the job was very good, and he quickly answered any questions we had. The painters were skilled and FAST! I could not believe after an hour how much drywall repair and painting had already been done. The drywall, paint, and trim look fantastic, and the whole job was done under timeline and under the (already reasonable) budget too. I would hire LHI again in a heartbeat. Most professional home improvement company I have ever worked with!
