    I just wanted to drop a line and say that we used Clark Softwash last week in preparation of a party we were having and we received a number of compliments on how great the house looked post power wash. Tom responded to our inquiry promptly and scheduled up right away. When it came time to do the job, he and his team were professional and efficient taking their time to turn our walkway from black to whats pictured attached. It had been 3 years since I had done it myself but I could have never gotten it to look like it does nor would I go up and clean the gutters and they even did that while they were at it. When you are thinking of having your home professionally power washed, Clark Softwash should be your go-to in Delco for sure.

    Tom and his paint crew were awesome! We couldnā€™t believe the difference it made on our entire home. The attention to detail was remarkable, with our high ceilings and the crown molding, and the shadow box trim really upgraded our home. They were great to work with, cleaned up daily, and so worth what we paid. We highly recommend Tom Clark Painting and will be sure to use in the future!

    I highly recommend this business. Tom was so responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to work with. He was able to do an estimate on the same day I inquired and scheduled our roof cleaning quickly knowing that we are aiming to list our house for sale. He did an excellent job on the roof cleaning, restoring it to look like new. He also cleaned our gutters, the front exterior of the house, the front walkway, and the driveway. His price was very reasonable for all the time and attention he devoted to our house. I couldnā€™t be more pleased.

    Clark Softwash exemplifies everything I could look for in a local business. Tom is not only responsive to requests, he is professional in all his dealings. He treats every house and project like its his own. We have used Clark Softwash on multiple occasions, including for siding wash and gutter cleaning. Our house is in a wooded area, and there were several trouble spots on the roof and siding. Tom treated the areas in an afternoon and they looked brand new. Tom is a pleasure to do business with, and I would highly recommend him for any service he offers.

    I wanted to have my roof cleaned so I google Softwash. I wanted to keep it local so I called 2 business on a Friday night. I wasnt expecting a return phone call till Monday but Tom called me back within 15 minutes and came the next day (Saturday) to look at the job. He sent me an estimate the same night. The other company didnt get back to me till Money and said he couldnt come out to give me an estimate and for me to send him pictures of my house. The next day he sent me an estimate which was double what Toms proposed. I was very satisfied with Toms professionalize and work ethic. He did more then What we spoke about including cleaning my gutters out while he was on the roof and also power washed my garage doors an excellent Job and prices are reasonable. I would recommended to anyone that is looking for reasonable prices and good old fashion customer service that most business lack today. Tom puts his customers first before the old mighty dollar.     Clark Softwash provides an excellent service at an affordable price! Before power washing the house, Tom made sure the area was clear and ready. He took the time to get our insights on areas that needed special attention. Old bees nests behind shutters were properly eliminated, and soot on outside of chimney is now completely gone. The siding came up like new. We canā€™t say enough about Tomā€™s friendly, respectful and professional manner. We will definitely have Clark Softwash back, and highly recommend this company to others!

    Clark Softwash power washed my pool, deck, walkway and driveway.and wood fence. They did a fabulous job, my fence looks brand new, my slate walkway looks like it did 10 years ago when I had it put in. My concrete drive looks amazing and pool deck and pool have never looked better. I would highly recommend Tom and Clark Softwash. Their rate was reasonable, thanks Tom and Clark softwash!!!

    Tom Clark is a first class professional and business man. He uses a soft wash approach, far better than traditional pressure washing. We have a large home and we were not really excited about the prospect of a new paint job as it just was looking very dirty. FoundHis services and we are absolutely delighted with the results. It looks just terrific and totally surpassed my expectations and basically no paint was removed, which always happens with pressure power washing. The price was extremely reasonable. I feel confident that we have postponed a seriously expensive paint job for at least several more years. Tom accidentally broke one of our hoses and yesterday via Fedex we received a new one, better than the old!A+++Would recommend both this approach and particularly Tomā€™s execution of it to anybody. A real pro who does first class work at a great price.

    We hired Clarks softwash to treat our house roof, siding and garage roof and siding. Our home and garage look great. Tom and assistant John were very professional and courteous. They did a great job protecting the plants and furnishings around the house. It is wonderful to see someone taking pride in their work. I would recommend!

    Amazing! Coming home now makes me extra happy and proud when the house sparkles and shines after itā€™s thorough and deep cleanse. The slate walkway looks brand new, the covered porch is actually now inhabitable, and the roof is rid of its living moss zoo.     We used Tom Clark for a 2000+ sq ft stone patio washing job as a precursor to getting the whole stone patio repaired. Since he was coming for it, we expanded the scope and got the whole house cleaned too.He explained, for the house it will be soft wash and not power wash. I assumed he will spray some chemical and then power wash giving more importance to the chemical and hence wont need too high a pressure.Surprised I am, pretty much all the work is done by the chemical. I think he didnt use a whole lot of pressure, if any.It was simply a pre-soak , spray the solution, wait few minutes, hose it down.Do it around the house. Go around and do a 2nd round for stubborn areas.Done!We have a 5000 sq ft house with all brick and stucco. No vinyl or wood etc.They finished the job in 8 hours! It was the whole house, garage doors inside and outside, 150 ft length of white vinyl fence, 2000 sq ft patio, some landscaping walls, and 2 pillars at entrance.I am impressed!
