We had a sudden outage in part of our shop (outlets and lights, but weirdly intermittent) yesterday. I looked around at reviews and Modern Electric came up near the top. I texted Danny around 6a and he got back to me within an hour to ask some clarifying questions, make a few suggestions and ultimately determine that he needed to get onsite to troubleshoot.He showed up later in today and within an hour had solved the mystery, replacing a bad breaker, fixing a loose ground and replacing a couple outlets that were old and broken down. Amazing. Service like this just doesnt exist that much anymore, and Im glad we stumbled upon each otehr. Highly recommended and totally confident that Danny will do a great job when we have the next project to tackle.

Daniel was awesome with a FaceTime call to look at a doorbell I have in my home and what I needed to buy at the store. People taking the time to send links, answer questions, and do helpful phone calls is what true customer service is about. More businesses need to be like this. Thank you again!

As a retired builder it’s easy to appreciate a business such as Modern Electric. Danny was very helpful and communicative. He sent Steve to help me with some wiring and he couldn’t have been better. Very Skilled in his profession and easy to work with. I’ll be using them again, no question! Thank you guys!

I am so happy with Modern Electric. The larger company Ive used in the past would not fix a broken chain switch on a perfectly good light fixture. They would only install a new one which would cost me unnecessary money. So I called Modern Electric and he said hed do it and did a great job on that and the other work I needed. Nice, polite and a great job at a reasonable price. Ill use him in the future and would recommend to anyone.

I had an electrical issue that really could have been avoided had we known what we were doing, but needed it fixed due to our deep freezer being in the garage. I called after 7pm hoping to get any help, and within an hour he came to our house and fixed the issue which relieved a ton of stress. Will definitely reach out to modern electric for any future electrical needs, and I’m sure I will need them

Yesterday morning our electrical panel blew up and I messaged Modern Electric and received an immediate response. I sent pics and info and quickly got a price and was scheduled with Steve and Gaige who arrived right on time the next morning. They were great and everything was done in about 6 hrs.! YAY for great work, light and power! I highly reccommend Modern Electric!

Danny is by far the best Electrician in Southern Oregon/Rogue valley area.He did a very clean and professional job with the job he did for me. I am so very thankful for him. Daniel was incredibly helpful with a major electrical problem I was having with my house. I had tried to call back one of the major electrical companies that run in the valley, but they never called me back to reschedule, and werent very helpful last time I used them. Im glad I found Modern Electric instead. Daniel got ahold of me right away, and asked questions to get an in depth view of what the problem might be to get the best diagnostic for the issue. He was able to fix the ongoing problem in a couple of visits without costing an arm and a leg. Im very happy with this company and highly recommend them. Ill definitely be calling them back if I ever have any future electrical needs.

Friday night power at the breaker box, he had his worker come Saturday morning. Steve never stopped for a minute and installed a whole new breaker box and got the job done. This is a weekend and so I am very grateful to the owner Daniel and his worker Steve. I highly recommend this company

I called because I was having a little bit of a problem with some lighting. I had installed LED can lights and there was a problem. I called Danny and he called me back with in minutes and was able to come by the same day and help me out. He was super knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get everything working fast.
