    Placed emergency call due to water leak. Receptionist responded positively and was most accommodating of my situation. At 8:30, I was promised that a technician would be onsite between noon and 4 pm. I was pleasantly surprised that Mark Bailey arrived at Noon and quickly evaluated my plumbing problem….provided a quote and completed his work inclusive of clean up by 2:30 pm. Mark was kind, courteous and most qualified in his diligent repair. He also completed the plumbing inspection with recommendations for improvements….however, there was no “hard sell” which I found most refreshing. This approach has yielded a loyal customer.     Brad Moore—ask for him by name. Excellent, efficient work. Very knowledgeable, low pressure, no nonsense guy. Great communication on progress as he evaluated things.     Great service from initial phone call through project completion. Rodney Edwards was professional, friendly, and thorough, not only quickly inspecting the issues and plan, and providing a quick written estimate, but informed us every step of the way on what he was doing, making sure to limit the time our water was off during the install and cleaning up along the way. New spigot installed on our exterior in no time, and email with pictures, details, and warranty sent after completion. I also appreciate the initial text from Poseidon that told us who would be coming to the house, what time to expect them, and a tracker to know how far out they were. They really set the bar high for other professionals and we will absolutely use them for all future plumbing jobs!

    YAY! We have water again! Thank you Mark! Moved to the area a couple days ago to realize our over-decade old hot water heater was full of sediment and sulfur smell. And the safety thing on top was donezo. Called a couple places but chose Poseidon plumbing. Their communication to schedule the appointment and keep in touch with us was top notch. Mark Bailey showed up right on time, and immediately got us going with the new tank. Talked to us about pipe upkeep, house foundations, water filtration systems, answering questions we had about these things. My 5-year-old son was also smitten with wanting to watch Mark work, and offer him a snack. Mark was kid friendly, and gave Matteo Bear an awesome scuba adventure book and coloring sheets and crayons! Bears sitting here now with them. Mark is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Definitely helps our move in go smoother too. Thank you thank you thank you!     I found Poseidon online, looked at their reviews and choose them based on being locally-owned and operated by a veteran. I completed an online work request at 11 pm at night and got a call from Poseidon at 8 am the next morning. Mark Bailey arrived at 10:15 when he finished his 1st stop of the morning. Mark was friendly and professional. He assessed my water heater problem, made recommendations and waited patiently while my wife and I made a decision. He proceeded to remove and re-installed a new water heater in a short time in a very cramped crawl space. I would highly recommend Poseidon and Mark to friends and family. I hope not have any plumbing issues in the future, but Poseidon will be my one and only phone call!

As I said in my previous review, we used this company a second time for all of these reasons. This was a two day job, complete replacement of 1950s plumbing both supply and drains. Outstanding work.     We have a brand new house that should not be having any plumbing issues of magnitude. But for months, we were plagued by water issues. At my wits end, I looked for a new plumber, and found you guys. Within minutes of my query, the dispatcher called and texted, and showed respect, empathy, and professionalism. They were ready to send someone within 2 hrs! Also, while on vacation in Germany, even with the time difference, they sent Mark Bailey out to diagnose and fix the problem. They communicated with us and our Housesitter every step of the way, again with great respect and professionalism,fixed the problem, and sent us a detailed report by phone call and email. We had no worries that things would get out of control at the house on our absence, and we didn’t have to spend much time thinking about the unexpected problem—we just got to enjoy our long-planned vacation with peace of mind! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

    Chris Vozzo and Poseidon Plumbing were able to make a service call to my house the same day for a repair. Afterwards, the whole house inspection identified a couple of other age related problems that need to be addressed. At no time was I pressured into doing something. He gave me the findings, explained it to me, answered my questions and respected my decision to wait a bit. The work was priced competitively and fairly and by all appearances done well. When I decide the time is right to address the other issues there will be one call I make and thats to get on their schedule.

    Everything about this experience was positive! From the first phone call until our technician left.     Chris Vozzo was my plumber for the job and he replaced my toilet. He was extremely personable and professional and did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. This company does a good job with communicating with their customers about when the technician is coming and even let you track their route if you want to. Plus they send a picture of the technician or plumber and even a little bio about them. A very good experience and I would highly recommend this company

    After having a very bad experience with another local plumbing company (I am in the Chapel Hill area) who came to our location more than five times without making any progress on diagnosing or resolving our mysterious plumbing issue (a main level toilet that was spouting water when an upstairs toilet was flushed), we finally decided to look elsewhere. After briefly speaking with Darien at Poseidon Plumbing, a technician came out to diagnose our problem. Mark, the technician, was--unlike the technician at other companies--extremely prompt, friendly, and--best of all, extremely communicative. He was able to patiently and clearly answer all of my questions, explain his diagnosis and share photos of our sewer line. He answered all of my questions throughout the process with infinite patience, showing excellent problem solving skills and an impressive knowledge of his field. We eventually hired him to replace our main sewer line, which was a very large job. He worked tirelessly for three days straight, one of which was both cold and rainy. Mark was on time, dependable, friendly, and one of the hardest workers Ive seen. On the rainy day, he was out in our yard working on replacing the pipe from 8am to 5pm with no apparent breaks, despite me urging him to take a break or come in if needed. Marks work was excellent, and we cannot recommend him enough. Im looking forward to working with Poseidon on all of our future plumbing work, and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Outstanding company!

    Mark Bailey was professional, knowledgeable, on time, explaining everything before doing the work. Quoted a price which totally shocked me with how expensive it was compared to others. We came to an agreement, which was still way more than mom and pop competitors, yet I guess with their larger overhead is part of the deal. He did great work and covered all the bases. He even helped me with another plumbing question so I guess you get what you pay for. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the really high sticker price.

    Rodney was so professional and I would highly recommend him & Poseidon plumbing. He is very educated in his field and takes pride in his work!Although initially when given the estimate, I thought it was a little pricey...but with receiving the quality of work, the technicians photo before he arrived, the text/email reminders, the detailed summary with photos on the receipt afterwards... I would rather pay a little more for that; and will definitely be using them again.

    Updated review 3/26/24Had multiple plumbing issues which Rodney Edwards was able to diagnose and resolve same day! Great communication and her was very polite and respectful! Will be doing business with them again in the future!I had a leak under one of our bathroom sinks and called Poseidon. They were able to schedule for that same day and sent out Chris V. as our technician. Chris was extremely helpful and polite and he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue as well as fixing a leaky faucet outside our house too. Pricing was reasonable and I will be using Poseidon for future needs.

    The technician servicing my home, Mark, was able to see me a day earlier than scheduled.     I work for a construction company rehabbing houses While dealing with the house 2 hours away from Fayetteville I called on poseidon to help me with a emergency plumbing problem . Chris the person that helped me was Johnny on the spot and came over right away due to the emergency that I had Im very satisfied with their work.     Due to tree roots, we had a serious and precarious backup in our sewer line. Mark came out within an hour or two and diagnosed the problem. They handled communications with the city concerning gas and utility lines, and once those were marked, this extensive job was completed in one more day.     Mark Bailey replaced 2 faucets (kitchen and vanity), replacing old copper plumbing in both; updated line to the refrigerator water/ice maker. Excellent job, everything looks great and works as it should.     I had a plumbing emergency with water spurting inside of a wall behind my bathroom sink that I discovered Monday morning 12/04/23. I needed someone fast to assess the situation.I called another company first, I wont mention the full name of the first company but it starts with Quality. They came out the same day and said I needed my entire home re-piped due to having several leaks and having the old Poly B pipes which had problems in the 1980s - 1990s. I was not surprised. I knew this was coming. They quoted me $8800!!! I said, Im sorry but I needed to get other estimates before I made my decision.Then I remembered that we had used WT Murphy plumbing in the past. This company was owned by Bill Murphy and he is well known in our town Mebane for being honest, fair pricing and reliable service. The last time I used him was about 2 years ago.He said he was transitioning into retirement and that his son-in-law Chris Vozzo was taking things over. Chris installed a new water pump for our well and did a great job at a fair price.So I called Bill Murphy Monday night 12/04/23 about 7:30pm and left a message. He apparently immediately notified Chris Vozzo who texted me within 30 minutes from his private cell. I know this because his number was stored in my phone. Chris then advised someone from his company would be reaching out Tuesday morning.Well the next morning I found that Chris Vozzo now has his own business called Poseidon Plumbing. I love the name!Their business is pretty tech saavy as they send you texts to let you know the tech is on the way and approximately what time they will arrive. They even send a photo of the person so you know its not just some stranger showing up on your doorstep.This is very convenient as when Im at work I cant always check my personal email, so texts are great!Mark Bailey was assigned to be our personal plumber and arrived about 2pm on Tues 12/05/23. He quickly assessed the situation and asked if I wanted to stop the bleeding for now and then address the pipe situation later. Of course, I said YES please! He gave me a price to repair and then I asked him to price re-piping my home after the leaks were fixed.I will say the Quality plumbing company did NOT even offer to fix my active leak at the time. I asked. I was told just turn off the power to the well pump and turn it on again when you need to take a shower or use the water. Then I was presented with an estimate of almost $9000 to fix it all. No thank you!After Mark stopped the immediate leaks, he called me with an estimate to re-pipe my home and replace the Poly B with Pex. Poseidons price was less than HALF of what Quality wanted to charge me! So I immediately said YES, lets do it! There happened to be an opening the very next day on Wed 12/06/23.Mark arrived about 8:30am and worked his butt off ALL day and did not leave until 5:30pm. Mark is the BEST! Very professional, knowledgeable, hard working, detail oriented and most of all dedicated to helping customers to the best of his ability.Poseidon Plumbing will be the ONLY company I use from now on.Oh and by the way, I am am insurance agent of 23 years and people ask me for referrals for plumbers. Guess who I will be recommending from now on?If you ever need help, you dont be disappointed with Poseidon.Oh and one more thing...
