    Roca’s Painters LLC is the best. Will definitely use them in the future. From start to finish they have been very professional and price was fair. They stayed in contact and did exactly what was specified in there estimate. The crew did a fantastic job staining my deck. They even placed my gutter down spouts and lattice back the way they found them. They cleaned up behind themselves and really respected my property.

    Several days ago we had the Rocas people do a deep clean on our house interior and pressure was of our exterior. They did a great job. For both jobs they came out a did an on-site inspection and provided an estimate. The cleanings were very thorough and conscientious. Roca folks were polite and personable. My wife and I plan to use them for some other home cleaning and fix-up jobs. By the way - I rarely do reviews. Im happy to do this one.

    Truly amazing painters and work! Couldnt be happier with their communication and attention to detail. Jose is a real honest guy who will treat your house just like his own! These guys really take pride in their work which is super hard to find in todays world. I highly recommend them for whatever big or small project you may have, inside or out! For me, they painted my entire house, stained my front door, and stained my decks and stairs. My house looks better than when I originally bought it! Best wishes. - Rich

    Roca’s paint crew painted the outside of my house, replaced rotten wood and caulked the whole thing. They did a fabulous job!     Very professional from beginning to end. They painted our shutters, our door and trim and fixed and painted an interior ceiling that had a water spot and a piece that had been cut out. I appreciated the clarity of the estimate. Jose worked with me on all of my questions and helped me with my decisions. They responded immediately and professionally to my concerns. Cleaned up completely after the job and worked hard to see the job through, even though there were some unforeseen circumstances that impacted the job. They worked hard to make us happy with the work. One tip: Dont have your exterior painted on the hottest day of the year regardless of how much you want to get it done. I will definitely call on them again when I have other painting needs.

    I hired Rocas Painters to paint almost everything inside my house, a job that included some wallpaper removal and a lot of ceiling repairs. Its not enough to say they did an excellent job. Ive hired lots of painters over the years, and this crew was by far the best!I cannot recommend Rocas highly enough.

    I had such a great experience with this Rocas painters, and I would like to think my opinion counts a little more than average by the nature of my profession. I am a high-producing Realtor here in the Triangle, so I know good quality work when I see it. It was challenging for me to pick a painting crew for my residence since I have developed an eye for quality work after being a realtor for more than 12 years. The Roca team did a phenomenal job on the interior painting, drywall, and even some trim work. The crew was on time every day and never left the place in a mess. I would highly recommend this crew for any job, especially if you dont have time to waste with contractors delaying your project.

    Rocas Painters did an exceptional job on our home. We have a 2-story home with HardiePlank siding, built in the late 90s. We knew we needed power-washing, carpentry work, and painting. After getting three quotes, we chose Jose and his team because we felt their estimate was thorough and fair, and he was the most professional.Our house ended up needing more carpentry and repair work than anyone originally thought -- including reframing the entire chimney. Jose showed us the problems up close, provided a quick updated estimate, talked us through any concerns, and then his team got to work.We cannot recommend Rocas Painters highly enough. Jose and his team are incredibly hard-working, communicative, and thorough.

    Rocas Painters were hired to repaint the exterior of my house. We went from a black/grey exterior to a soft blue. The painters did a wonderful job of taping off and making sure the paint didn’t spray everywhere. They were kind and courteous and spent hours checking their work and touching up. The house looks so nice and I swear it glows with pride. My neighbors have all stopped to comment on the new color. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

    I Highly Recommend Rocas Painters! I have a 2 story cedar siding home with deck... Jose Roca presented a detailed plan which included power wash/repair damaged wood/caulking every seam/ and application of 2 coats of paint. The crew, Pablo and Luis, carried out the plan to perfection! These guys are master carpenters and painters- they repaired my home as though it were their own. They took their time- an important factor with repair and painting! And they were always on time! I will use them again in the event I ever need or want painting done.

    We recently bought a home and new it would need to be painted soon after closing. I met with several painters/companies, but decided to go with Rocas because of Joses thorough estimate and his plan to address areas on our home that needed repair. (Others were just going to try to repair boards, but Rocas replaced the boards). While they were not the most inexpensive quote, we went with them because we believed they were going to be the most meticulous with the job and we are confident we made the right call. The team that was on site was incredibly hard working and many of our neighbors commented on how detailed they were being during the prep. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, I received an immediate reply. They did a great job and we are really pleased with the outcome. If we needed anything done again, we would use them in a heartbeat.

    Rocas Painters did an excellent job painting the interior of our house. The staff was very friendly, competent, professional and responsive to our project. Owner of the company, Jose responded to our request for a quote within a couple days and provided a digital quote within a day of his initial review of the project. The painter team began work within 3 weeks and completed the entire house in just over a two week time frame. The staff had an excellent work ethic throughout each day and was on time every day as well as working on Saturdays to help expedite completion of the project. The team did an outstanding job removing several popcorn ceilings, repairing drywall, surface prepping for painting and completion of the paint project. Each of the paint team was wonderful to work with, friendly and responsive to requests. Once the job was completed Jose and the paint team did a walkthrough to be sure that all had been successfully completed. I would highly recommend Rocas Painters.

    Amazing company start to finish! The estimate explained every price break down and was extremely thorough. They were extremely reasonably priced for the quality, prep work and attention to detail we received.     Our small 1200 sf house needed updating and Roca’s did an excellent job to help us with that! The popcorn is gone and the ceilings look amazing!!!     We hired Roca’s Painters LLC to paint the exterior of our home and couldn’t be more pleased! Jose and Laura are so professional, kind, and patient and turned around a quick quote for us and worked with us as we kept adding things we wanted done, so helpful! 😉 His crew, Pablo and Luiz, were wonderful to work with, so professional, punctual, very detail oriented, hardworking, cleaned up every day, and were so accommodating to us as we ran our home-based acupuncture practice - going in and out of the doors of our home during my office hours! What a blessing! They even worked on Sunday, after it rained on Saturday, to expedite being finished before I started my work week again! We are so happy with the satin finish and the trim looks so clean and fresh – we LOVE it! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Couldn’t be happier with the work that Roca’s painters did this week in our home! Throughout the entire process Jose was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled within a week of signing our contract. We live in a historic home with restored bead board ceilings that had water damage. Recently had our home exterior painted, and found lots of bad siding. Joses crew took the carpentry work in stride, and produced a great job. Crew worked hard, long hours, showed up on time and made it look easy. Cost was very competitive and Jose easy to work with.     Roca’s Painting did outstanding exterior improvement work on our home. They power-washed, painted the trim, stained our front porch, and repaired and stained our back deck.     Rocas was recommended by a realtor in Durham for an exterior paint job. It turned out to be replacing cedar shake shingles as well, which they also did a great job with. We are very pleased with them and are hiring them again soon for interior painting.     A lot of deferred maintenance by the previous owner left me with a lot of rotten cedar boards and trim. I could have replaced with Hardie Plank but I am a fan of cedar. Cedar was removed and replaced along with some trim and gutters. Two gables were removed as well. Had the house painted after everything was fixed. They probably spent 2 - 2.5 weeks on my house because more rot was uncovered after pressure washing and the rain delayed a couple of days. Crew is always on time and very polite. Jose is very responsive to your needs and wants. Very easy to work with and is always stopping by to check on the progress and to answer any questions or concerns. I had a few quotes that were pretty similar to Rocas, but one thing that set them apart was the level of detail on the quote and the responsiveness. Grade A company that will take care of you and your needs. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

    Absolutely outstanding work, great attention to detail, above and beyond expectations. Rocas just finished painting my house yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the results. Jose gave me a very detailed estimate that included repairing some of the boards in the cedar siding and trim on my 35-year-old house. After the crew pressure-washed the house, they went over every square inch and ended up replacing more boards than expected, and they caulked and sealed every knothole and gap. The boards are matched so neatly that there is no distinguishing the repaired areas from the original siding. The paint job looks so nice that my house looks brand new. Everything from start to finish was very professional; Jose and Laura were in good communication with me regarding project scheduling and updates, the painting started on schedule (a day earlier, actually), the crew was on time every day and were very professional and thorough. Jose checked their work at every stage to make sure I was satisfied. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other estimates, but I feel like I got a great deal because of the high quality of the work.

    Rocas Painters did an excellent job painting my house. Jose is very professional and communicates very well. He was very responsive to any requests or or questions I had during the job. His team is punctual and were organized. They paid attention to details, including covering my car with plastic the day they were power washing. My house ended requiring carpentry work for wood damage and Rocas Painters were able to handle it all. They did excellent carpentry work as well as painting. Once the job was completed, the team cleaned up well and Jose inspected the job with me to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I will be using Rocas Painters again when I need more painting done.

    We had our popcorn ceilings removed in our entire downstairs open area, plus all the walls, trim and doors painted. We were beyond happy at the results.     This was our first experience with Rocas Painters, Our project included pressure washing, carpentry & siding repairs, exterior painting, deck staining and gutter replacement.     Roca Painters went above and beyond in their job for my home. I had them remove the popcorn on my vaulted ceilings, in addition to painting the interior. When they discovered the popcorn would be much more difficult to remove than originally thought, instead of abandoning the job they did what needed to be done to get new equipment and crew in to finish the task at hand as quickly as they could. The crew had integrity, worked hard, and did even more than I had asked for.     I have highest praise for Rocas team, a local Mebane company. Jose kept in touch about scheduling and was even able to come earlier. His color recommendations were just right for me. Prep work of covering floors and light fixtures and counter/sinks and removing large venetian blinds was excellent. All nail holes and scrapes in walls were filled and sanded. They understood my directions and followed carefully. Good natured painters worked diligently and efficiently, with wonderful results, both walls and trim. At my request, they even used their tall ladder to change HVAC filter in high ceiling! They painted interior of empty house before I moved, and when I asked in advance whether they would agree to come back to touch up the stairs after movers, Jose offered instead to delay entire second coat for stairwell until after the move. I paid in full before that was done and was grateful that they did come back, within a reasonable time after I asked. I did not compare prices before hiring them, but I cannot imagine a better result.

    Rocas crew just finished my painting and fascia repair project a couple hours ago. Im thrilled with the professional work they displayed. Windows, fascia all look beautiful. The only thing that could have been better is they shouldve used a magnet bar to pick up the nails in the yard and beds, but they did some extra work on one of the windows at no extra charge, and after I let them know about it, they came back and ran the magnet over the yard and beds to get the rest of the nails, so Im not going to be hard on them!     Roca’s Painters removed the popcorn ceiling in my 2 bedroom townhouse, plus they painted all the walls, trim and doors.By mid March I called and asked for a quote. Jose came on the agreed date/time. He heard what I wanted, how and when. He made some suggestions and took notes. A few days later I received his quote with the alternatives I was considering. I don’t know how their price compared to others because I did not asked for other quotes. Jose had impressed me very positively. A few days after receiving the written quote I made my decision and paid the deposit. They immediately acknowledged receipt of the deposit by e-mail.We had agreed that the work would start 13/June (I asked for that date). I told him that I would move most of the furniture (except for the bed frames), wall decorations, etc. I understand that they usually do this but I wanted to do mine. On 4/May I e-mailed them my color and product selection, and they e-mailed me back acknowledging receipt. The only problem encountered during the project was in relation to this product selection.The paint they brought initially was not the product I had asked for. I e-mailed them asking why and they answered saying that I never requested a specific product. I referred them to my 4/May email and asked for the product I had requested. Apparently, they did not found my 4/May e-mail. Finally, we were able to reach an agreement were both side ceded something. Other than that incident, everything run as expected.The first day I was expecting Jose to come with the crew and introduce them to me. He didn’t. Later in the day I learned that he was in the hospital with his child in a medical emergency, so I understood.The prep work was excellent. They covered the floors, furniture, light fixtures and counters. As agreed, they removed the old ceiling fans and, at the end, installed new ones I had already assembled. They removed wall mirrors, switch/receptacles covers, shelving, everything. All wall holes were filled and sanded. Every day the crew arrived on time, worked hard and left everything cleaned at the end of the day. A supervisor came everyday day around noon to check things out.The regular crew assigned to my project was spectacular. My thanks and sincere appreciation to Timoteo, Alma, Manuel and Alan (Alan substituted Manuel after a few days). They are skilled, reliable, and respectful. They worked very efficiently, were very meticulous, careful and proud of their work. They paid attention to every little detail. They were good natured and kind.For a couple days the supervisor added another 3 persons crew to speed things up. Turned out not to be a good decision. Six people working in such a small place was hectic. Some small errors were committed, cleanliness suffered, but they did speeded things up. From there on only the regular crew came for the last few days.The last day I was also expecting to see Jose again, but he didn’t came. Again, I don’t know if he had a problem or if this was their usual way of closing a project. I paid the balance on the spot and gave the check to the supervisor. Again, they promptly emailed acknowledging receipt. A few days afterward, they e-mailed a final invoice reflecting $0.00 balance.All in all I am very satisfied with the work done. I would recommend Roca’s Painters and I would certainly use their services again if needed in a future.

    Roca’s Painters did a really great job painting our two-story house! The job included power washing, patching the siding and repairing other rotted wood, caulking, painting the whole house, and staining the deck. They paid attention to every little detail, did a super neat and thorough job, and worked very efficiently. They finished the job with a badly needed window cleaning that left our windows sparkly. They left the property completely clean when they were done. The project manager, Jose, was very personable and accommodating. He helped us select a slightly different color that would not require two coats (to keep our cost down). The price was competitive with other painters. Another siding contractor had replaced one whole side and made some other repairs a couple of weeks prior, and Roca’s Painters pointed out additional siding boards and trim that needed to be replaced. Had we known how well they did siding and other wood work, we would have hired them for the siding to begin with, and I’m pretty sure it would have been cheaper because they did not nickel and dime us; the price for the extra repairs was very reasonable. The only problem we encountered was pertaining to some of our perennials adjacent to the house, especially the knockout roses. They were covered with a heavy tarp on a hot day and suffered severe heat stress. Had I know what would happen I would have discussed other ways to deal with the plants, like cutting them back from the siding and leaving them uncovered. I don’t know if the painters foresaw that, but maybe the plants should be part of the discussion before the work begins. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Roca’s Painters because the quality of work is awesome, and my husband and I would like to hire them again for future projects.
