    We have used Cardinal twice. Once for interior and exterior painting and once for the installation of a tongue and groove ceiling in a large den. Both projects were handled with extraordinary attention to detail. When Chris (the owner) wasn’t directly involved in the job he was regularly on site to supervise the work. His crew are careful, attentive to detail, and take pride in their work. I can not recommend them highly enough.

    I would highly recommend Cardinal home services for all your needs. We had our carpet replaced in 3 rooms with new laminate flooring and it was done in 2 days! It looks like a brand new house and I’m excited to get the rest of the house done in the future. Chris and his crew are very professional and take great pride in their craft.

    I have a House in Raleigh amongst others. I called Cardinal and the next day they came out. Cody was very knowledgeable when it came to construction and the ideas I had in mind. He took the time to fully envision my imagination and in turn I have an amazing backyard oasis for friends and family. The work the crew and Cody created went beyond my expectations and I will be working with them personally and recommending to any who ask for Construction or painting needs!

    We hired Chris and his team to stain our deck based on the recommendation of a dear friend, and they did such a wonderful job that we then hired them to paint the entire exterior of our home as well. The prices are reasonable and the work is absolutely impeccable. The house and the deck look better than ever and his crew are professional, courteous, and fast! Best of all is Chris himself, who went above and beyond on both jobs to make sure we were totally satisfied. Our schedule was complicated as far as when we could have noisy work going on, and he bent over backwards to work with us and to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. I cant recommend Cardinal Home Services highly enough. A great company that does amazing work!

    I was referred to Chris when my previous contractor kept pushing me back for months and months, and I’m so glad I hired him instead. The price was fair, & he was able to start right away. Chris and his crew did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our house, garage, & hangar. It looks like it did when it was new eight years ago. They showed up when they said they would, or Chris promptly communicated when there was a change. They cleaned up everyday and were pleasant to have around. Responsiveness is important and Chris was excellent in that regard. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

    Chris and his team are fantastic! We were looking for quotes and Chris was the very first one to return my call. He let us know what time he would arrive for the estimate but immediately let us know that he was running a bit late. Understandable! He came in and listened to what we were looking for and even made recommendations for something we didnt even think about. He gave us a quote that was well within our budget. He was in constant contact with us and the small crew that was here to paint the inside of the house. Chris even helped to alleviate our fears due to some bad experiences in the past. Amazing!!! He said that everything would be done in three days. Guess What?! It was! Do we recommend Cardinal Home Services? Absolutely! Will we use them again? Absolutely! They do more than just painting! He is even giving us an estimate for another project AND we are going to use him for another project a bit later. Give him a call! You will not be disappointed!     Chris and his team did an incredible job painting the exterior of my house. I just moved from California and bought a house that had a lot of problems with paint peeling and with a lot of hard work and time they made everything look brand new. I’ve also used them to do some carpentry work in my house and they were super fast and did an incredible job with that also. I highly recommend Cardinal Home Services to anyone.

    Carpentry and painting team was awesome. Chris and Cody, who were the front man of the group were able to display a good elaborate configuration of what I wanted to do with my living room and we were able to make that happen. We had decorative trim chair rail and baseboards installed.

    Chris and his team are very professional and provide a very reasonable estimate. They showed up on time and immediately started on the project of transforming the exterior of my house- they pressure washed 20 years worth of dirt / mold on vinyl siding, cleaned out gutters, painted shutters on the two story house, painted trim, doors and the front porch. I am extremely pleased and have received numerous positive comments from my neighbors. I am looking forward to having Cardinal Home Services, work their magic on the interior.

    Chris and his team helped us with a couple projects as we settled into our new (to us) home. His team helped us re-assemble our swingset and did a significant amount of painting in the interior of the house. Chris was extremely professional, communicative, and responsive. He was patient as we worked on our own scheduling to accommodate the finances and logistics of the big project and was ready and flexible in scheduling the job when we were ready. In a time where its hard to get out of the house to accommodate the painting, the crew worked VERY efficiently to get the job done very fast. There were a few quality concerns initially, but Chris took full ownership in ensuring everything was made right. Chris and team are trustworthy and customer-focused. They do quality work at a reasonable price.

    So my house was looking horrible after a long rainy winter. I contacted Chris through the Cardinal Homes website and he responded the same day to schedule a quote. The price was great for all the work that was done! Excellent job cleaning the outside vinyl siding! Made it look brand new! I’ve used other pressure washing companies in the past but I can say none of them did nearly as good of a job as Chris did! Definitely will be contacting Cardinal Homes for my spring cleaning next year!

    The Cardinal Team stepped in after I had a bad experience with some else. Showing compassion my work was priced more than fair for the market. Chris stayed in contact with me during the job and also checked in with the team as they worked. I had pressure washing of my drive, carport, home and decks. Gutters cleaned. Exterior painting was completed on a very difficult area to reach on the home. Everyone was professional and had pride in their work. You wont go wrong with Cardinal for all of your projects.

    The right guy, the right price, you can’t go wrong! I needed my home and driveway power washed. Contacted Chris through his wife, he came out on a Sunday and provided me an estimate Sunday evening. I hired him on Monday, he started the work that Tuesday taking his time and making sure he did practically a perfect job. He was very pleasant and courteous. This was my first-time using Chris and believe me, it will not be my last, his service was outstanding. He removed the dirt and grime from my home, making it look brand NEW again!Burrell Brown

    Cardinal Home Services did an excellent job removing the popcorn texture from my ceiling through out my house. They were able to remove the texture and my ceilings look great. There are no obvious signs of having texture or patches. The owner was on time for the proposal and the crew showed up on scheduled days. I am very happy with service.

    Cardinal Homes gave the exterior of our house a much-needed cleaning. The entire house was pressure-washed, gutters were cleaned, and two walkways washed as well. My husband and I were amazed at the job done. Since our house is very tall, we normally can’t find a service that is able to fully clean our home. Chris was able to meet (and surpass) our expectations!

    When we moved into our home the whole house had been painted with flat paint and it was impossible to remove stains (we have dogs, and a kid). Chris and his team painted our kitchen and bathrooms and it felt like a brand new home! They were awesome to work with and we highly recommend them when considering interior painting needs! If I cant find the motivation to paint our other rooms, Ill be calling them again!

    We hired Cardinal to pressure wash our sundeck, front porch, vinyl siding, shutters and vinyl gutters. They showed up right on time and began to work right away. They did not rush, but did a very thorough job. All of the crew was very friendly, professional, and kept us informed of their progress. Even though it began to rain, they kept working, even moving furniture off the deck and putting it back when finished.
