I found Plumbers United from recommendations on NextDoor app and am another satisfied customer!! The owner, Scott French, repaired the pipes that had ruptured in our pool house. Not only did he repair the plumbing at a reasonable price, he also gave us ideas on how to repair the caulk around our pool as well as a timesaver on painting our wrought iron fence. That advice alone was invaluable!! I highly recommend Plumbers United for your plumbing needs.

I had a problem with my heat pump and my son called plumbersunited and spoke with Scott French. He came out and diagnosedthe problem and advised me that my heat pump was fine. Hesaid my water regulator was not working. He replaced that andthe pipe that almost caused the pump to explode and almostflooded my basement. He saved me a lot of money by beingfamiliar with heat pumps. I am so thankful that I could findsomeone familiar with heat pumps. He was excellent. He was honest, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend himwhen someone needs a plumber. I will definitely use him forany future plumbing problems that I have.

I had an underground water leak that needed immediate attention.I reached out to Plumbers United, and Scott was amazing. He schooled on the process of calling 811 for safety purposes where others never mentioned that major factor.He came out on a Sunday morning without changing extra for a weekend job. His work was guaranteed, and He was friendly, fair, and honest, and Ive found a plumber for life. We are all blessed to be a blessing, and I definitely feel that Scott follows that lesson.

Plumbers United was one the most professional and pleasing experiences. We had a leaking pressure valve on our hot water heater. Mr. Scott French provided a free home evaluation that identified several problems including, a missing pressure release valve, no back flow prevention, a corroded hotwater tank. Scott not only replaced all of our defective parts, but did it with minimal interruption to our daily activities. We absolutely recommend Plumbers United to anyone needing plumbing services. I finally found a keeper with Plumbers United, did some very difficult work for us and did a great job, where other local plumbers failed. Scott, the owner, who is actually a Master Plumber went over every step that needed to be done. He put in a long day and fixed it right! Highly recommend. We will save his number FOREVER!

Scott was excellent. We had an emergency; discovered one of our hot water heaters was leaking. Water had started to flow unto the adjacent room with carpet and also had leaked onto the floor of another room. I had called my home warranty to let them know that I had an emergency. I didnt want to wait on the home warranty to find a plumbing company because they said that it could take up to 6 hours to call back (it took 2 days). So, I called United Plumbers and reached Scott. He said because I had an emergency, he would come out right away. Scott came out and took care of everything, not only did he replace our two 2004 hot water heaters, he also brought everything up to code. He spent many hours at our home, from 2:30 pm to after 10pm. It was alot of work, but he was so professional and well skilled. We really appreciated his educational advice, excellent service, and hard work.

We had an emergency early this morning with our main water pipe leaking. We googled to find a company to call as we didn’t know of any. We had called one of the (big guys) to come out and they said it would be tomorrow before they could come out. Due to the severity of our leak, we needed someone out today. My husband found & called Plumbers United and Scott came on time as promised. He was at our door in just 3 hours( AMAZING) from the time he took our call. He was so kind and helpful. Even took the time to teach me a few things!! He was completely honest and up front with everything, including the price!! He was simply fantastic and fixed our leak in no time. Of course we wouldn’t want to call someone out again, but should we ever need someone again- HE IS THE ONLY ONE. Thank you Scott for your honesty and integrity. You are truly amazing!!! I had an emergency because of a water leak from my water heater. I called just about every Plumber that stated they were 24/7. I found out the hard way thats not true. You are not 24/7 if no one answers the phone on Sunday. When I got to Plumbers United, Inc they picked up on the 2 ring and I was very presently surprise because of the other companies. Plumbers United United had a person at my door in less than 20 minutes... on Sunday. Now thats 24/7 emergency service for real. The Plumbers name was Scott and he was very professional and even called me minutes before he arrived just to let me know he was just about here. Once Scott reviewed the situation he explained the problem and the solution in detail. I even found out that the previous plumber didnt to as good a job as I previously thought. I am extremely happy with the work and that Plumbers United, Inc. took my situation serious enough to dispatch a real emergency call to my home.

Plumbers United was quick to answer my call this morning and send out their very knowledgeable plumber, Kevin. After a quick assessment, he figured out the problem, gave me a reasonable quote and went to work. Everything he needed was on his truck, so no down time waiting for him to get parts, etc. After about an hour or so, I have no leak and an nice new water line.Plumbers United is my new go to plumber! Very helpful! I didnt get any service from them, because I didnt have to. I had already rented a drain snake and was ready to give up on my efforts. I called United and after I had informed him of the steps I had taken, the owner was kind enough to offer me some advice that allowed me to remedy the problem on my own. Thanks A lot! Ill definitely be using them for any future problems I might have
