    I called 5 different companies to come out and do an estimate. Only Express showed up, and it was earlier than the scheduled appointment time. My wife was there and said they were very knowledgeable and courteous and she liked them. We are waiting on a couple of more estimates.

    Called and Ricky and Colten came out shortly same day to assess problem I had been having for several weeks. Had paid plumber over $800. Accessed, scheduled and came back next day and fixed problem. It was a septic issue the whole time; they were punctual, efficient, courteous, honest and professional.     We contacted Express Plumbing and Septic after Delta Septic failed to show up for our scheduled appointment this week. Im very grateful that Delta Septic behaved in an unprofessional manner or we wouldnt have discovered Express Plumbing and Septic. We were able to get an appointment within two days of scheduling it. The technicians arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. Unlike Delta Septic, Express Plumbing and Septic rates are very reasonable. The cost turned out to be less than what they quoted because they offer military and law enforcement discounts. Irrespective of the discounts, their rates are some of the lowest in town. Delta Septic charged me triple the amount the first time hey pumped my septic tank and double the second time of what this company charged us. When the work was completed, the technicians took the time to talk to us about caring for our septic tank and also replaced the screws in covers over our tanks. They went above and beyond. I really appreciate the great service we received from Justin and his colleague. Im glad we found a new plumbing and septic business that is reliable and with no hidden costs.

    Weve been an Express Family for a few years now. Every time weve had a plumbing issue its been a weird time (shindig, holiday, weekend) but they always manage to come thru.     I want to share the excellent experience I got from Express Plumbing & Septic when they came to pump out my septic tank. From the very beginning when I called about an estimate, they answered all of my questions especially since Ive never had a septic tank before. They were very upfront with me and even gave me some great tips on maintaining my tank in between maintenance flushes. With the great competitive up-front price, I scheduled an appointment. A couple days before my appointment they called because they had a cancellation and put me in early. They arrived on time and Justin and his team broke down what would happen every step of the process. Justin was very professional and showed me all the components of the septic tank and what to do for a well-maintained tank.I would highly recommend Express Plumbing & Septic for any plumbing work that they may need at your home or place of business.     I had a leaking pipe that was coming up from slab in foundation of my house. Kevin and Logan came out initially. Then Kevin came back out and had to drill into cement locate the leak and got it fixed and repaired the pipe and cement. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.     My name is Johnny Allen, my wife, Trina Allen and I had Express Plumbing and Septic come to our house September 28th to have our septic system pumped. Rick Hayes gave me a call before my appointment time to let me know he would be at my house in about 20 minutes. Rick and his helper Keith were very friendly and professional. They also suggested adding a riser so that the next time no digging would be required, which I said OK lets go ahead and install. They had to go back to the shop to get materials but were not gone that long. I definitely appreciate the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them in the future!

    The name says it all Express I called them and they showed up ten minutes later. I called at 2:30pm and they came right over, when no one else would come before the next day. The saved the day as our septic tank was completely full. They came found the tank as we had no idea where it was located , diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly and professionally. They even gave me a cheaper and better solution to treat our septic tank with rather than using Rid-X. Its hard to find great service, even harder to find great service at a reasonable price. This company has both and I would recommend them to everyone every day. A real 5 Star Company!

    This is our first house with a septic system. We have been here about 4.5 years and have never had the tank pumped. I stopped by the shop and asked questions about septic systems and they were very helpful. I showed them the diagram I obtained from the county and they gave me a price and a date. The technicians arrived as scheduled and walked me through the process. They showed me the location of the tank and had me stand by to observe the contents and condition. When they were done, they very neatly covered it and put the dirt back in place and tamped it down. I was quite pleased with the entire experience.

    Our septic tank backed up and I couldn’t be happier with the response of Express Plumbing. Excellent customer service and fair prices. They arrived earlier than expected, which was great! When your toilets aren’t working, the sooner the better! They worked in the cold and rain to get the job completed.     They did it again! Fantastic service in a world where its rare. I have a business of over 30 years in McDonough Ga with 10 toilets and more than that when it comes to sinks. I have used many Plumbing services over the years and Express Plumbing is at the top of my list. A few years ago I called them to fix a leak at my business, they were on time, did a great job, gave a fair price and cleaned up after themselves.Recently I called them out to to fix a leak in my home. The plumber (Dylan) showed up on time, did a fantastic job replacing the water regulator and fixing a leak in the basement. Once again all in a timely manner, giving a fair price and cleaning up after himself.     I had a burst pipe thanks to the freezing temperatures that happened around Christmas and needed a plumber to help me get my house in order.     1/2/2020My septic tank went south, on a Friday afternoon, spoke with Wayne. he had someone out to my house in a couple of hours. They fixed it temporarily and were out bright and early Saturday morning to pump the tank out. I was extremely happy with the people and the work that they did.     Jordan was awesome, professional, knowledgeable, amiable etc., all the good things you want in a service technician. We had a rather strange issue where multiple valves failed at the same time and caused extremely low water pressure inside the house. It was tricky to track down because of how some of the piping had been ran throughout the house probably decades ago. One of the valves was on the city side so we had to get the city water authority involved too. Nevertheless, he was patient and determined to get it resolved. I think we all learned something new that day and I was quite thankful to be able to take a hot shower again. Ill definitely call him again if I need a plumber for anything

    These people are truly great and 100% professional. Call these people before anyone else. I called Thursday and they schedeuled me for a 2 I clock appointment on Friday to have my tank pumped and lines jet. Kelly was very polite and easy to communicate with over the phone.Justin called me Friday afternoon 1 hour before the appointment and said they had finished their previous job early amd would like to come out to my house early. They waited on me for 30 minutes to get home. They promptly got to work and were finished with the septic tank in under an hour and also checked my pipes and determined that there was no clog and therefore no jetting was necessary.No charge for the inspection and honest work, any other company could have tacked on an extra fee just for the hassle but not these guys. Justin was very personable & professional the whole time explaining to me what was going on and how everything works.These guys will be my go-to plumbing guys for the remainder of my residency in McDonough, Ga and I highly reccomend that you make them yours too.Thanks again

    Express Plumbing has our business for life. They are extremely professional and do excellent work. We had to have an extra 175ft of drain field added to our septic system. After the installation, they graded our yard beautifully, and laid hay/seeded. The best part is, they did not overcharge us or try to sell us a system we didn’t need. Very few businesses operate with that type of honesty and integrity anymore. We are very happy with the final product!

    I usually use a different company for my plumbing needs but because Express Plumbing was close to my house, I wanted to support it as a local business and decided to call them when I had an issue with my Septic system.My septic dosing tanks alarm went off right after the Thanksgiving weekend. Express Plumbing came by and because of heavy rains coupled with the fact I had visitors staying over the Thanksgiving Weekend, they recommend I pump my septic (which hadnt been pumped in 3 years). A month later. the septic dosing tank filled up again and I again, I called Express Plumbing. This time, they identified that the problem was with my Distribution Box. Specifically, my drain-field was clogged. They recommended and performed an Oxidization procedure, which was meant to clean out the drain-field. After this procedure, the drain-field started taking water and all seems well. About a week later, my Septic Dosing Pump failed and I called Express Plumbing to replace.So over about a 40+ day period, Express Plumbing did work on my septic system. Overall, I was satisfied with the work they did, albeit it was pricey. Nonetheless, I believe it was great value as they ultimately repaired my drain-field where I didnt have to get a whole new drain-field. Additionally, when they replaced my septic dosing pump, they added some beneficial enhancements which I was glad they did.Overall, great value and very good professionalism with all the guys I interacted with. With that said, I recommend Express Plumbing & Septic for Septic related plumbing work.

    The guys at Express Plumbing and Septic did an amazing job with replacing our septic system. They were very informative and were great with communicating as well as explaining they system. And the prices are definitely reasonable. Our septic issue had been an ongoing thing. It started as just a pump, but we were informed that we may have needed some additional services. The pump didn’t do the trick initially. They came back out several times as promised to check to make sure we weren’t in for the worst.     Justin and Joe came and I learned so much more that I could even imagine. Justin serviced our septic tank while he was checking everything out and see a problem that was going on with the pump to the septic tank. They were very thorough and made sure the septic tank was cleaned out. The hole they dug for the clean out was as small as they could and did a great job cleaning it back up. Definitely would recommend!!

    Over the years I have used this company for my home plumbing repairs. After moving 3 hours away from them I had a plumbing disaster and called them for advice. They got on the phone and we did a FaceTime call so they could see my problem and immediately referred me to a plumber in my area that they knew and trusted.     They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their area(s) of expertise. They encountered a few minor issues on the initial call but returned the next morning and unclogged the sewer line. I provided a jump drive so I would have a copy of the video taken of the sewer line. They answered all of our questions. The service call amount was reasonable. I would have rated them a 5 star but they didn’t put covers over their boots before walking through my house. I suggest they keep shoe covers in their work vehicles & put them on before entering a customer’s residence. Otherwise, great service!

    I called and Express Plumbing delivered! We just bought our home and ran into issues with our tubs filling up with water after we would use our washer. Turned out it’s due to septic tank being full. Although the tank was pumped a year ago, to which the specialist stated that it did in fact look like it was pumped a yr ago, we still had a broken seal and clogged pipe along the end of our septic drain system. The extra service that was recommended for jet flushing the pipe to unclog did work for us and we we are so grateful that the cost was less than we anticipated! The job was done in quickly and the service men kept us informed every step of the way!

    I have used Express Plumbing & Septic for two separate issues on two different occasions. The first time was a toilet issue that caused the upstairs to flood. Tyler came out early the very next morning and had the toilet fixed and resealed within a couple of hours. The next issue was a septic tank back up in the backyard and Wayne, Tyler, and two other men had the tank pumped, fixed the water hammering issue, and installed an expansion tank in the basement. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. Very satisfied customer!

    My reasons for choosing Express Plumbing when I had an outside water line leak: 1) I called at 11pm and a live person answered my call and although it was a late hour, I received wonderful customer service. (Thank you Lisa!) and 2) Wayne arrived the very next morning to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Wayne was very knowledgeable and provided solutions on improving the entire situation, not just fixing the current problem. Now my reasons for being willing to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance: 1) Michael and Dillon were on time, courteous, and very professional about their work. They assessed the problem as Wayne did and, in turn, recommended an even better alternative for the work that was to be done [no offense Wayne (smile)]. Once the job was complete, they left the work area exceptionally clean and in order and 2) The next day follow-up courtesy call from Wendy was a nice customer service bonus and very much appreciated.     I can’t say enough good things about this family-owned business. I had a septic back-up issue and had one company come out and rip me off. After letting them go, I interviewed several people to quote me on replacing my field lines before meeting Wayne. I just knew he was the one. Not only did he preserve my system by repairing it instead of the costly expense of replacing, which everyone else wanted to do, he stayed in touch every step of the way. His daughter and wife run the office and are angels. Customer service to me is everything. They knock it out of the park! In addition, although it wasn’t covered under homeowners, my adjuster said she deals with plumbing companies all the time, and she said that after interviewing Wayne (which he didn’t have to do), she could tell he’s one of the good ones and said I did a great job finding him.     I was having issues with my Septic tank getting blocked every couple of months, causing me to lose $300 every time because other companies would come and just jet the issue hoping to unstick the block.I had Tyler and his crew come around and they got into the septic tank and assessed a slightly bigger problem, which the other companies hadnt bother to do. Tyler has now given me a much more long term solution and a lot more confidence in my septic tank.     They were here in 15 minutes and they replaced a fixture that had been put on my pipe by the BUILDER that was not the correct fixture for that type of pipe. They stayed and worked until we had running water again and they came back the next day to make sure everything was still running properly and then they collected payment.     My family & I had no knowledge about septic systems whatsoever. Justin & his partner were kind and patient enough to explain! They serviced/emptied our septic whilst educating us about it.     I called Express Plumbing & Septic because I heard a draining sound in my kitchen sink when my washer drained in the laundry room. They came out and pumped our septic tank and added risers for ease with future maintenance. The technicians did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Cody actually did the riser installation, and he took painstaking measures to make sure they were properly installed and the area around them was level. I imagine their fees are probably in line with most plumbers. However, they did offer a Senior Discount which I thought was kind of them. We will recommend them to others, as well as personally call on them again for future needs.
