    We had an excellent experience with Villara today. Our technician, Adan, quickly diagnosed our air conditioning problem and fixed it. He was knowledgeable about our air conditioning unit and gave us hints in how to save energy and have it run for years. I highly recommend their service. We have been their customer for 5 years and have always been happy with their service. Their service charges are reasonable!

    We were very pleased with the work Morusu did. He took the time to explain everything in a friendly and professional manner. He got our furnace working in tip top shape after not working for a couple of days. We highly recommend him.

    Our A/C broke down over weekend on Friday and initially they scheduled to see us on Wednesday. I called them again Monday morning and they were kind enough to schedule us today (Monday). Lead Technician “JR” quickly responded to the call and in no time he was able to fix our A/C on this triple digit weather! He even went above and beyond to check our room’s vent that is not blowing enough air. Thought a few tips on how to keep the room cool. Very nice, courteous, down to earth person who is guided by principles of God! My wife and I like him because we just found out that he is also a Christian. You’re a Christian first before your profession! But that is just my preference and opinion. Overall, JR did very well in his profession. I would recommend him and trust him for technical repair just like we had.

    Edin is very knowledgeable, his demeanor shows that he really cares about the job and makes me feel confident that he’s doing everything in his power to ensure that my system is working at its best. I have had a total of 3 techs out here so far which all are good but Edin took the time to explain everything and was very professional and polite. I would give him 10 stars if there was an option to. Very good technician.

    It was such a great pleasure to meet Martin this morning for our complementary Fall Villara Comfort Club Membership System Performance Service.Martin assessed fairly quickly the state of the unit and performed the necessary service needed for optimal performance. Not only did he perform the needed service, but he also recommended action to prevent possible electric surge that would have catastrophic effects on the unit. Thanks to his recommendation, a fuse was installed to protect the system that is mainly supported by sensitive electronic components.I believe that Martin is a great asset to the company and look forward seeing him again at the coming May service.Thank you very much.

    Villara installed new heating and air-conditioning units for us. They were very efficient, hard working and friendly. After getting several quotes from different companies, we went with Villara not only because they had the best prices, but they also had great reviews. All of the technicians were great, but Steven Tanberg was amazing. He was very efficient and extremely helpful with explaining our new system and the best settings for the new thermostat. We highly recommend requesting him for any work you may need.

    Pleased with annual Water Heater Flush & Service by Miguel. On 10/1/24 , Miguel from Villara provided an annual service to my tankless water heater which includes a sediment flush, and following an operation and viewing checklist. This was the first time Miguel provided this service at my home, and I was most impressed with him. He was polite, thorough, and professional. He also checked my water heaters expansion tank by temporarily removing the cap at the bottom to check it. He then proceeded to check all my faucet and toilet operations, water pressure, drain operations, and shutoff valves. Much appreciation for your thorough service.

They both were super friendly during the entire process, and they explained everything that they were doing during the repair so that I was up to date on what was going on.     The technician Aurelio was very professional and documented with photos and explained in detail what was observed, such as the high level of dust that accumulated around the furnace because the smart air fan was not working. After fixing the smart air fan, he took photos that demonstrated the fan was fixed and after asking me for permission, removed the dust around the furnace and took photos that demonstrated the dust was completely removed. I would highly recommend the service provided by Aurelio.

    We have the maintenance package with Villara and they called to schedule our routine service. Office staff is always pleasant and on top of things. Adan, our technician was on time and explained all the maintenance he did on our AC/heating system including showing pictures of the areas he checked.     Raul was incredible! He was scheduled for a routine maintenance and ended up on a 4 hour journey during which he diagnosed and solved several technical issues that were far above the average homeowners knowledge. Due to some faulty wiring installed by the homebuilder our thermostats have never operated optimally, and now we have a non-wifi based Honeywell option that works just fine. The compressor was cleaned and calibrated along with a new capacitor that was spent after only 3 years. I blew my lid several times but Raul kept his cool and now the air is better and I have peace of mind that my HVAC will be operating at or above capacity for the near future. Thanks for your assist Villara!

    David was very thorough during his visit. He did an exceptional job in explaining what he was doing to fix the condensation leak in the attic. By far David has been the best technician/plumber I have come across over the past 5 years of my dealing with Villara. The previous technicians in comparison were useless and I am questioning why I was paying monies every year to Villara for subpar services in the past. David in comparison to his predecessors was a consummate professional.

    Our AC broke down on one of the hottest weekends in Lathrop and we had a local HVAC company come out first to diagnose the problem. Then we were recommended to reach out to Villara because they were the original installer and they’re licensed with the manufacturer for replacing parts that may be under warranty. At first we were scheduled at the end of the week but Villara called back due to a cancellation so we got very lucky!JR called me the morning of to let me know he was on the way and asked me what was going on. Long story short, our AC motor was not blowing any air into the house. JR said he would go to the store first to get parts he may need in case something else was going on.JR is super efficient, transparent, honest, empathetic and explained all the nuisances very easily for me to understand. He broke down the costs for me which was very helpful. Thankfully he was able to fix everything on the day of appointment and the new parts have 1 year warranty. I’m so grateful for his superior service and advice since this was a new to us as first time home owners.I highly recommend Villara and would want JR as our dedicated tech!

    I had a great experience with Villara. AC went out this weekend so I left a message asking to schedule a service. They were quick to reach out and get something scheduled within 48 hours. The tech (Zaki) was through and polite. He checked every part of the HVAC system and walked me through the best option to both fix the issue and protect our house in the future. Our issue was fixed same day.

    We called Villara after our air conditioning stopped working yesterday, and our home warranty company said we couldn’t get an appointment to fix it for a week (with temps nearing 100 by then)! Villara said they would have someone come either the same nite or the next day! We received a call in the evening from the technician, Zaki, who said he would be here first thing in the AM. Zaki arrived, was very courteous and professional, and made the repairs in a very timely manner. He took pictures of all the parts and issues throughout the repair that he showed to us while he clearly and thoroughly explained what he had done. It felt wonderful to have cool air flowing in our house again! We give Zaki and Villara 5 stars and will be using them again!

    I needed to purchase two new HVAC systems.I was referred to Villara Building Services by a well respected friend who is the Superintendent of a large Home Construction Company.Gary, the Salesman, was a pleasure to work with and Justin, the Sales Manager, was responsive and friendly.Customer Service is ingrained in the culture of the organization. Employees are consistently helpful and friendly. That comes from the top leadership of the organization.Villara installed a 3 ton AC for the upstairs and a 3 ton Heat Pump for the downstairs. Also, new ductwork. It was a 5 day residential project.A problem occurred during the installation.People make mistakes. Thats why they put erasers on pencils.Thats not an issue as I see it.The response of any Contractor to a problem is where the rubber meets the road. Thats when the inightmare can begin.   The nightmare usually begins with empty promises and then you may find yourself alone on a desert island with the Contractor not returning your calls, texts or emails.I knew I did NOT have legal recourse in this matter.It would be completely up to Villara.Based on my personal/professional experience and training as a retired Law Enforcement Manager, I have seen horror stories where dishonest Contractors cause tens of thousands of dollars in damage to peoples homes.Some Contractors are not licensed, dont carry Liability Insurance or Workers Compensation Insurance. If a worker is injured, the Property Owner may be sued.A home owner who is awarded a Civil Judgment against a Contractor in Court doesnt necessarily mean he/she will ever see a penny.Villara is a large company.I spoke with Scott. He has been in the HVAC business for over 40 years. He has installed or assisted with the installation of hundreds of HVAC systems.Within minutes of talking with Scott, my problem was solved!Scott agreed to address the issue even though I had no recourse.He said, I want to make sure you are happy with our service.Troy, Installation Manager, personally oversaw the project. He was very professional and polite.I was extremely impressed!!I highly recommend Villara.

    Marcus was my Villara HVAC technician today. I have had an issue with the system where the thermostats were incorrectly wired so if you wanted the air to come on in one room it actually would come on in another room. He went above and beyond working in the attic which was at least 120° rewiring the control panels and thermostats to correct the problem. Marcus was on time, very personable, he listened to what I was experiencing and resolved the issues. In a time where a lot of people look for shortcuts or have excuses instead of solutions; Marcus was a fantastic technician who I look forward to seeing when fall arrives for the heater service. He is a great asset to Villara

    Kao was my technician for the spring maintenance check up. He’s always on time and lets you know ahead of time before arrival. He is a very thorough and patient technician who answers all of my questions and gives honest answers regarding the condition of my HVAC. He went out of his way to schedule a follow up appointment to clean my unit after the initial maintenance check. He also followed up with me by phone if I had questions about my options in replacing a part for the AC unit. He also makes sure the area he worked is clean before he leaves. He also goes over the invoice in detail and provides before and after pictures of the services provided which are also included in the invoice.

    I had a leaky faucet and bought a new one. The fittings were different than the old one, so I had them come out and change out the angle stops and finish hooking up the faucet. They sent out David Barless the next day. He got it hooked up quickly. He went over their plumbing maintenance plan with me, and is going to make another visit later to flush our water heater. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He cleaned up after the install and I’m happy to have a working faucet.

Will see if this was the permeant fix we needed, but for now it seems to be working.Previous review: Dissatisfied with their service. Moved into a new-build home and had issues with the system from the jump. Had multiple technicians come out and never had a permanent or true fix. In the seasons we need heating, the unit blows cold air. When we need A/C, the unit doesnt blow any air or its not cold air. Now the unit is out of warranty and I have to pay out-of-pocket for a unit that never worked properly and Villara technicians (and lead) couldnt get it right. Would recommend looking into other options.

    Pedro was my technician. He was very polite & kind, even helping me carry in my groceries! He seemed knowledgeable with regards to his specialty, which was plumbing. He was working on my hot water heater, but also took time to look at my toilets for me. He definitely went above & beyond with regards to his customer service & despite what he says, he’s a very good salesman for Villara.Thank you Pedro!

    Pedro was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issue. He was very careful to clean up after himself and was able to fix the issue the same day opposed to other companies that have been out for the same issue multiple times with no solution. Communicated clearly and effectively to the residents and staff about what work was being done before he started and made sure everything was in working order once work was completed.
