    Jeremy is a super talented guy. Explained everything before he did it and made sure we understood. The only reason we gave your company an 8 is because were senior citizen and a veteran household. You dont give any discount. Other places do. Were very happy with the work Jeremy did.     The girl who answered was so very helpful and friendly. Travis was so respectful, kind, explained everything and worked very fast and efficiently every minute he was here. Would not take a break. And cleaned everything before he left.

    Travis did a great job clearing our lines after our toilet was backed up. He made sure the lines were clear and showed us the camera so we could see the pipes. He arrived earlier than expected and was very thorough! Great job!!

    Alex was great, taking great care to cover the floor with a rug before placing his equipment. He explained what he was doing when clearing the clogged sink. He checked to make sure there were no leaks from the pipe when it was reassembled and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completedI would call them again without hesitation.The office gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment, Alex appeared well within the time frame and I was notified when he was on his way.

    Best Contractors License company, Damarus and his technical assistant, both professional guys, they were ready to do the work and make sure to finish the job the same day if possible.     We had multiple issues with our plumbing in our facility. Omar was initially asked to come in on a clogged sink, but ended up needing to take care of multiple issues in our kitchen, and two other sinks. He stayed and worked on our challenges for 2 days. He was cheerful and was always keeping my posted as they proceeded with the work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs rapid service and quality.

    Rapid First Plumbing was very responsive. Angel was dispatched to our home to clear our clogged kitchen drain. During the process, which didnt take very long at all, he took steps to ensure the area was clean after he completed his work. It was a pleasure to have him as our tech.     I was recommended this company by my other plumber who said they didnt do sewer line work. Dispatch was super friendly and had one of their guys out within the hour. He was friendly, explained that the back up was either and issue for them or the city. He contacted the city. He waited at least 40 minutes for them to come out. He kept me updated. They didnt charge us for anything, because the back up was on the city side of the line. So I wanted to leave a review and say I would be happy to use this company again when needed.

    Travis did a great job! He double checked things to make sure our toilet and tub were draining correctly and also gave some good suggestions for what we can do to help prevent wear and tear on our plumbing.     The tech came to snake a back up we had and had it cleared in less than 15 minutes. We told him about the ā€œcrappyā€ mess in the backyard that was a result of the back up and he cleaned it all up even though Iā€™m not sure that should have been included in the service. A horrible thing to do when your plumbing is clogged and you canā€™t use the water for days.Travis is different. He came, made his assessment, recommended solutions and got right into it.     I wasnā€™t home but my brother was very impressed with both Jeremy and Iā€™m sorry I donā€™t know the other gentlemanā€™s name. They were professional, efficient and took the time to explain our options. They were the 4th plumbing company that came out. The two companies my home warranty company sent couldnā€™t find the clean out because it was buried under a couple inches of dirt. They said they donā€™t hydro jet or remove toilets. They didnā€™t use a camera and they declined to go under the house to inspect. The 3rd big name company (starting with a B) said I had to replace all of the pipes under my house for $17,886.00. Rapid First scoped the pipes with a camera & went underneath the house.     Wow! Where do I start? The person on the phone was responsive and professional. Got a confirmation call an hour later saying a technician was on his way. Travis worked for hours - in 101 degree heat!! - to clear decadesof roots from our drain line. He cleaned up after he was done, and apologized (totally unnecessarily) for it taking so long to complete the job.     I called at 4 pm on a Friday for a property I manage with a water heater that had started flooding the house. Victor was very helpful in finding a plumber that was willing to work after hours to accommodate the urgent issue. He was able to get a plumber at the house within 30 minutes of my phone call. DaMarus was beyond professional and helped to quickly get the water to stop flooding by adding a drainage line to the water heater that was in desperate need of replacement. This water heater was installed inside one of the built in kitchen cabinets, so it was no easy task to get it replaced. DaMarus returned to the property and continued to work an additional 6 hours to get the water heater replaced and up to code. I highly recommend Rapid First for their timeliness to address urgent issues, their quality of communication and their employees and technicians going the extra mile when this property manager was in desperate need. He cleared the sewage clog in my sewer line and then went back in with a camera to show me where the clog was and what caused it. There is a belly in my sewer line (the pipe sags in the dirt heading out to the street). Using a locator for the camera, he then also found the main clean-out which had been buried. I had been unable to find this clean-out, since a previous owner had buried it. The tech was friendly and happy to answer all the questions I had.

    I purchased a gas stove only to find out that due to the gas line placement, my new stove stuck out 6 from the wall.I called Rapid Rooter Plumbing and they said they could send an employee out to give me a free estimate. An hour later, Dustin showed up and, after assessing the work needed, said he could do the job right then and in under an hour. He shortened and re-positioned the gas line and valve, tested for any leakage, and made sure the stove was as close to the wall as possible. His work was fast, courteous and thorough.     Today I had dual clogged toilets and called my previous plumber. He was unavailable and referred me to Rapid First so I called and was able to get them out right away! Steven V. and Trahan F. arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The previous plumber told me that I did not have a clean-out and he spent hours on the roof clearing our clog which was quite expensive. He told me eventually I was going to need to have a clean-out dug out/installed. Well we never did it. Today I expected to hear the same thing and was dreading how expensive it was going to be. However, Steven and Trahan were diligent and kept looking and listening while trying to clear the pipes. And guess what - they located the clean-out which was buried in the front yard! This is saving us at least $1,000.00 so you can imagine how thrilled I was to hear this. Not only that but they proactively put a camera down the clean-out to see how it looked and found roots growing where the line met up with the sewer. This is good to know as its probably whats been causing the clogs. These two went the extra mile and were communicating with me the whole time they were here about what they were doing and what was going on. I know I have found my new plumber - Rapid First - and highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

    Your guy came out to give a quote for a tank-less water heater install. I asked him if he would connect power to the heater when he installed or should I have an electrician do it. He said he would connect power when he installed. So I had an electrician run the new circuit for the heater and told him that the plumber would do the final connect. The plumber came out today and hooked up the tank-less heater but said he could not hook up the electric. I now have to call out the electrician again to connect power. An additional trip and added expense. UNHAPPY
