Not all plumbers will do sewer pipe repair, and Syd’s was recommended to me by another plumber. My issue was not an emergency, but Mike came out the next day at exactly the agreed time and proceeded to fix my problem on the spot. I thought I would be getting an estimate for work that would possibly tear up my house and yard and cost thousands of dollars, but Mike was able to evaluate the situation (an old cast iron pipe that was allowing sewer smell into the house) and install new connections that quickly solved the problem. I will definitely use them again!

Syd put in a new sewer line for an addition on the back of the house. The existing 60 year old sewer line was cracked and crumbling and Syd came back a second day to replace that also. They worked very hard and did a great job of replanting my flower garden that they had to remove to reach the sewer line. Price was reasonable, less than other companies I contacted. Bryanna and Syd kept me updated on everything and they were very patient when my contractor kept pushing the schedule out. Definitely recommend and would use them again!

I had issues with a sewer line back up and had two other companies also evaluate. Both of them tried to sell me the moon and were dishonest. Syd evaluated the issue and even told me it is not broken and not an urgent fix, and I had an estimate for repairs if I choose to do it now, within an hour. I highly recommend Syd’s!!!

Had roots in my sewer. Syd responded to make a bid on a Sunday. Formal proposal in my hands first thing Monday. He cameraed my sewer before telling me what hed do, why and what it would cost. NOBODY else cameraed the line to see what they were bidding on. This camera procedure was not worth the $400-$600 that others wanted to charge. It should be part of the estimating process. How can you bid on something you havent inspected? Syd and crew were on site at the time he promised. They did a very careful and professional job, cleaning up after themselves. They even replanted a shrub they had to dig up. Personable to a man, they each answered all my questions as they worked. I see others have not had as good experiences as I did and it surprises me to see that. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

These guys are good guys - I run a summer robotics camp right next door. One day, I had a very expensive remote control airplane from our program go into a tree impossibly high up. I saw some of the workers in the driveway, and asked them to help. They quickly came to our aid and used a ladder and rigged up pole to get the plane down.Good guys - very helpful.

I had a great experience with Syd and his team. My main water line was leaking. Syd came by the same day and provided options and estimates. His team showed up Saturday morning on time. They dont have uniforms like some companies, but they were dressed to work. And they are hard workers and work well together. They did a lot of digging by hand to find the leak, quickly repaired it, filled in the hole and cleaned up. Both my neighbors and myself were very impressed with their quick work.I would highly recommend them for future work.
