    Randy and his crew were exceptionally professional and courteous! Great communication and follow-through! Randy took the time to listen to how we wanted the final texture of the floor and did it perfectly. Randy and his crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results, and finished the job with exceptional results!     Randy did an amazing transformation of our garage recently. He took it from a dirty old garage to an extension of our home. We never thought he would be interested in our project due to the miles between us but wow, they got it all done in one day! He is an expert in his field. We highly, highly recommend!!!

    I don’t usually post reviews but I had to publicly commend Permanent Coating Solutions on an excellent job! Randy and crew exceeded our expectations. See before and after photos below of my garage floor. It looks fantastic!! Randy was extremely prompt with his communication, punctual, and thorough with the work that needed to be done. We had an excessive amount of house settling and therefore, large deep cracks in our garage floor. Randy did everything he could do to prep our floor perfectly so the floor coating could be done properly. I would highly recommend Permanent Coating Solutions and Randy to anyone!

    Our garage had previously been coating when it was new in 2007 by the previous owners (either a DIY or old epoxy technology) and the floor was peeling up and wouldnt wash clean. I received 3 bids to strip off the old floor and install a new one and all were very close. I went with Randy from Permanent Coating Solutions because a relative had used them and been very happy. They werent wrong. Randy is excellent at communicating throughout the process. His crew showed up on time and cleaned everything up like they were never there. The floor looks amazing! I wouldnt hesitate to use Permanent Coating Solutions.

    Can’t say enough about the liner they put in my 2023 F150 box. It turned out perfect with everything taped off neatly so there was absolutely no overspray anywhere. The business owner, Randy, did communicate with me throughout the process, from advising to pricing and then scheduling the work. Dropped off one day and went back the next for pick up. Pricing was very competitive and I just cannot be happier about it. Highly recommend Randy and his crew.

    The entire experience from receiving a fixed quote, understanding quality and colors choices to exceeding all promises of starting within a week and finishing within three days were perfect. The team of three always called before coming, worked tirelessly, were extremely professional in completing the several steps of grinding, cleaning, priming, adding color finish and two expoxy coatings.     Fantastic service from Randy. Small businesses can be hit or miss, you always WANT to support them but the quality is always so dependent upon the owner. Well, in this case the owner and the employees are all fantastic and do top quality work! I had my brand new Ford Super Duty rhino lined here and I was extremely impressed with the quality and the speed that they got it done; usually, if you get both quality and speed, it also ends up being the most expensive, however Randy also managed to be the least expensive option. The rhino lining turned out amazing and he did the UV coat as well. I called and talked with 5 different places before I settled on this one and I think I made the best choice. I cant say enough good things about the quality!

    Permanent coatings did an absolutely terrific job! On time and on budget. They say what they’ll do and then they do what they say, too many companies today don’t have that great customer service approach anymore. These guys really do. Five stars because I can’t give six.
