    Courteous, knowledgeable, professional plumbing services. We have had them out to repair Delta faucets that we thought we would have to replace; they ended up saving us hundreds of dollars on that job and then again they recently replaced a corroded valve on our interior water meter. (photo of before and after) They are responsive, efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to contact them for any residential plumbing needs. It is great to have a place you can call for service that has a real voice on the other end of the line that you can trust.

    My discharge pipe in our lift station had broken and I needed things done quickly and correctly. After searching for help, I met Dan and I knew right away that he was the guy for the job. Dan returned messages quickly, showed up on time and answered questions off hours. Every step of the way he was responsive and reliable. This company is top notch. They have the equipment and experience to get a sewer excavation job done right the first time. My property was left the way they found it and they cleaned up everything. I would recommend this company without hesitation. You will not be stood up waiting for the work to be done with this team.

    We learned on a December Friday afternooon that our sewer line needed to be replaced. Luckily we found Precision Utilities, because by Wednesday Dan & his crew had contacted the city, been to our house, given us a reasonable estimate, AND professionally completed the job! Dan was knowledgeable, punctual, quickly answered all our questions whenever we asked them, and courteous. He and his crew did a fantastic job- high quality and at a fair price! Needing to replace a sewer line is never a place one wants to be in, but we were so fortunate we had Precision Utilities to do the job. We very highly recommend this company!

    I was so impressed with Dan, Cory and their team. We had a barn hydrant that stopped working in the middle of winter (ended up needing to be replaced). Dan and Cory are knowledgeable, helpful and seem to sincerely care about the work they do. They helped us trouble shoot over the phone and when that didn’t work, were quick to come out to take a look. They came organized and worked hard to get the job done.     Dan is amazing! We discussed a project off hours on a Friday night. He was willing to come out first thing on a Saturday morning , on our schedule, to assess the project request.     Awesome. Leaking water heater. Cory and his helper were right on time (same day service too), hauled out the old and in with the new. Seamless. Even took care of the warranty details. Nice guys - neat and clean- the furnace room looked better than before they were here. They made some improvements to mitigate any future issues. Highly recommended!

    We couldnt use the water in our house without the drains in the basement backing up. Found out that our entire sewer service line needed to he replaced due to being completely compacted with tree roots. With 2 very active little boys at the start of summer and a husband that works in construction, we needed working water. I found out on a Thursday morning of the work that needed to be done, Dan was at my house that same afternoon to give me a quote, and he had the work done the following Monday. They did a great job! They communicated with me every step of the way, they were considerate of my familys needs, explained things to me in a way that i could understand, and Im forever grateful! I wouldnt recommend anyone else!

    Cory and team were referred to me by a neighbor after our homes were flooded by a city water main break. Cory responded immediately and I had my back up prevention system installed within just a couple of days. He was incredibly detailed and updated me on all processes of the job.     I Worked with corey installing two car washes. He had a very tight mechanical room with not much spare room left to work with. There was multiple hurdles at this site but the guys at precision utilities figured out ways around them and got the job done. Corey was always in communication with me about the job status and or any issues that would arise. Needless to say the guys at precision were great to work with and hope to work with them again in the future.

    Cory is a lifesaver - or at least a basement saver! When our sump pump and back-up pump both died during a huge storm, with more rain on its way, Cory answered the call well after hours, grabbed the parts and installed it to save our basement from the rising water. And he did it all when most people around here are sleeping!! We are so very grateful for his prompt, professional and personal service!

    We were celebrating as a family last Saturday when my parents water heater started leaking. This was a birthday/anniversary celebration and they were leaving early Monday on a trip. House full of family and no hot water. I downloaded the Thumbtack app and got to work trying to find someone to take care of it while we celebrated. In less than a minute I had 4 options. Precision Utilities immediately texted me, asked a couple of clarifying questions and within 15 Minutes, Corey was on his way. Emergency/weekend service will always be premium, but the level of service, communication, and Precision with which he delivered was well worth the investment.     Dan & Cory came to run a long gas line for my whole house backup generator for med equip & expensive meds I refrigerate. No generator comp would even come & look at it because they said it was to difficult. 2 plumbing comp came & said I had to dig a long trench in my blk top driveway or just tear it all out & get a new one & it would cost $9000 - $11,000. Dan & Cory came the next day after I called & knew right away what to do, didnt have to tear anything out & itd cost me less than 1/2. They were so nice & even coordinated with the electric comp running power, the city inspector & I didnt have to do anything. Theyre very easy to work with & Id have them back to do a project anytime!!!Tx you Dan & Cory for doing what no one else would do. And Cory, tx you for your kindness in helping.Karen

    I had a sewer back up day before Thanksgiving. I was fortunate to connect with Dan after hours and he committed to handle the problem ASAP. Over the Thanksgiving weekend he put together an estimate, contacted the City of Eden Prairie utility department for permits, arranged the underground marking, did the engineering and sourced out the materials and equipment some of it arriving at the house Sunday night. First thing Monday AM he was at the house with a full crew and several backhoes, bobcats and got right to work. They analyzed the problem, ran into unforeseen circumstances, handled them as the arose and had the main line from the house repaired and back in service by the end of the day.Backfill was finished the following day and the City was able to repair their portion of the street (that had to be removed down to 20+ feet) the following day.Dan and his crew turned what could have been a homeowners nightmare for days or weeks, into a great result.Dan was very responsive, courteous and very professional as was his crew. Prior to my retirement, I spent 32 years in commercial construction, so I can appreciate a great contractor when I see one. I would not hesitate to give Dan and Precision Utilities my highest recommendation.
