    This is our second time working with Leslie and we can honestly say she completely transformed our bathroom from drab and outdated to a luxurious, spa-like oasis. From the very beginning, Leslie took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences, offering expert suggestions that aligned with our vision. She was incredibly attentive to detail and worked within our budget to create a space that feels both high end and functional.The design incorporated sleek, modern fixtures, soothing color schemes and beautiful materials that have completely elevated the room. I love how she maximized the space, making if feel more open and airy while still providing ample storage. It feels like a retreat every time I step in.Not only did the project stay on schedule, but the process was smooth, with great communication throughout.     We loved working with Leslie, Tyler and Doug! They took my endless sketches and PowerPoint slides and turned it into a beautiful and functional primary bath. We spent a lot of time together perfecting the smallest details and I think this has turned into a truly beautiful space. Communication was always clear, consistent and frequent which was truly appreciated. The construction crew - led by Doug - was there when they said they would be and they were always kind. This group is truly amazing and can’t recommend them enough!

    Charlotte Lefler provided excellent assistance to us for our custom designed shower and dressing area. It was designed without a shower door and utilizes an exceptionally sturdy 6 shower pan followed by a dressing area. It provides handicap accessibility should that be needed in the future. A small wall heater was also added across from the dressing area. A shower stall and large jetted tub with two partial walls were removed for the remodel. This opened up the room and made it so much more spacious and bright! We are very pleased with the remodel and highly recommend Charlotte Lefler as a highly knowledgeable design specialist!Before and after pictures below:

    Leslie from Maumelle Kitchen and and Bath has been so easy to work with. She remodeled our kitchen recently which included a custom sculpted vent hood, marble counter tops and more.Her team would perfect the tiniest of details, until we were happy. She has become our go to person for other projects since. Earlier this month they wallpapered my daughter’s room. It’s breathtaking, and quality work. Leslie’s touch makes anything beautiful.     Leslie worked with us remotely to transform our cabin into a beautiful lake home, located in Minnesota.She listened to our wants and needs, then presented us with ideas of how to redesign our space to best accommodate our family. Our project was a complete gut, remodel and addition to our existing cabin. Leslie was there for us every step of the way!     We recently remodeled our kitchen. It was oudated by twenty five years. Charlotte Lefler at Kitchen and Bath Ideas was a dream to work with right from the start. She made the entire process easy and worked through all of the details with us step by step. From design to installation Charlotte communicated everything clearly and timely. The installation was easy as well regarding time and scheduling with each of the different tradesmen. The actual cost was what was agreed upon, we wanted to have some additiona along the way but they did everything within the budget that was set upfront. We just couldnt be happier with the results and are enjoying cooking in our new kitchen.

    Leslie was just what we needed to help us realize our dream kitchen/dining area. We have been wanting an upgraded kitchen and dining area for several years. An 80-year-old house stuck in 1982! We had macro ideas of what we wanted – more space, upgrades, special touches…. but it was still very rough. Leslie came in – listened, questioned, suggested and developed a plan/build that met our taste and created a space that far exceeded our expectations. From the new arches to the reeded cherry cabinets to the incredible floors - super wow factor that also functions. On top of it, Leslie brought in innovative features and pizzaz that delivered us our space in minimal time and with as little distraction as possible. We highly recommend Leslie and invite her to show prospects the before and after. The cream on top is that she is just a fun person to be around.     I am not the one to write a bad review but felt the need to so other people would not have to experience what I did. I remodeled my house in 2018 and I chose to work with Kitchen & Bath Ideas for new cabinet fronts. First of all, they mis-measured my cabinet fronts so I had to wait an extra 6 to 8 weeks for them to arrive. Instead of re-ordering from the same manufacturer, they had an Arkansas cabinet designer build and paint the cabinet fronts. The quality by far did not compare to the cabinets I had ordered. There was a paint mismatch on a couple of the cabinet fronts that they had to re-do. They had to come down 2-3 times for installation. After 2 years the paint is completely chipping on every edge so the quality is very poor. The owner was very unprofessional in our communication during the remodel and also very impolite. I am an easy going person and he was very difficult to work with and did not have my best interest at heart. Customer service is not their top quality. I highly do not recommend this business! They charged me a high quality price for a low quality cabinet front. See photos attached.After posting this review, I have changed my review to 4 stars because Tyler contacted me, was very concerned about my issues with his company and wanted to make things right. He stated he and his brother were now overseeing the company. He sent one of his staff (who was also pleasant) to repair all of the paint chipping on my cabinets and told me to contact him anytime I had an issue. He was pleasant, polite, and very customer service oriented. Tyler was truly concerned I was dissatisfied and made things right!

    Charlotte with Kitchen and Bath ideas, did an outstanding job. She helped with the design and made sure the installation was perfect. She measured on our job site several times to make sure it was perfect. The cabinets are amazing and met our expectations and then some. Definitely worth the money . Would not hesitate to recommend them for your kitchen remodel or if just building a new home like we did.

    We contacted Kitchen and Bath Ideas after several failed efforts to get a reliable contractor to commit to our full kitchen renovation, which included building out a laundry closet to relocate a washer and dryer. Within a few days, Leslie came out to take measurements and listen to our ideas, and I knew right away that she understood the assignment. She presented precise 3D drawings of our future kitchen layout and brought our vision to life! Leslie continued to provide guidance and input while we selected materials and kept the project on budget. Leslie always had solutions available for any questions that came up, and her keen designer’s eye and expertise helped us make the right decisions. Once the project started, Leslie was in contact daily to ensure everything went smoothly. Every subcontractor, including plumbers, electricians, painters and framers, and cabinet installer were all thorough and professional. Everyone kept their workspace clean and organized, and Kitchen and Bath would send a truck over periodically to collect any leftover trash from demolition. Every small detail was addressed, including matching the door casings for both entries to my kitchen and even staining transition strips to match my existing hardwood floors. Leslie gave us a timeline before the project began and was able to keep the project moving to finish on schedule. I am very pleased with the outcome of our remodel, and I can’t wait to use Leslie at Kitchen and Bath to redo my bathrooms.

    Charlotte was wonderful in helping us make good choices as we remodeled our kitchen. She moved us from the original 1990s kitchen in our home to a beautifully updated yet classic kitchen that we will enjoy for a long time. Her contractor, Doug, had the best crew. They were always here when they said they would be here. They were professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The only issue was the company that was selected to install the granite. They sent installers that were not skilled or knowledgeable in installation techniques. Charlotte worked with the company to have the job repaired, but I still notice the minor flaws left due to the poor original workmanship. This is the only negative I have about the job. Everything else is great - I especially love my cabinets. They are such high quality and beautifully made. The appliances, sink, and lighting we selected are perfect.I would 100% recommend using Kitchen & Bath Ideas, and Charlotte! She made the process so much easier, and helped me when I was indecisive, by gently guiding my decisions. Our remodel was a complete one. Everything except the floor was replaced. We kept the same basic footprint of the original kitchen, as it worked well for us. I love my new kitchen!

    We sought help to remodel the original small bathroom the 1950’s brick bungalow that we bought in 1977. We’d added on to the house over decades and remodeled this bath 6 years ago with new tile, toilet and vanity and fresh paint on plaster walls. The new goal was removing the heavy ceramic bathtub and installing a walk- in shower. Martha Dust, certified design consultant, guided us through the process. She asked our goals, showed varied choices , answered questions and explained what the project would entail and the expected costs. She came several times to the house and kept in steady communication during the process. She enlisted subcontractor Shawn Goade, who, with his sons, did fine work and also communicated regularly about dates/times and progress, always in a pleasant manner. Martha also ordered needed components and told us when deliveries or procedures would arrive/be handled by workers other than Shawn. The finished project pleases us: a stylish new bathroom with a much safer bathing option. We will return to Kitchen and Bath Ideas and hope to work with Martha as Shawn n the future because of their excellent abilities, customer service and friendly dependability.

    Martha Dust was our designer. Martha spent a great amount of time trying to fit modern cabinets in a 114 year old ,no plumb, not level, nothing straight at all kitchen. Martha also helped with the countertops. She has a great eye for design, she suggested several items that we never would have thought of.Of course all the designers are all sales people with profit in mind. We didn’t have a large budget and Martha did all she could to help us get a great kitchen at a reasonable price. Martha’s company contracted with Danny at Homerun remodeling out of north Little Rock Ar. To install the cabinets, I will post a review of his work under a separate review.We are still not complete with the aligning and adjusting of doors and drawers, today will be their third try.We are very pleased with Martha’s talents as a designer, she is an awesome salesperson and did a great job as general contractor to get the cabinet installed. Always pleasant and professional. We had moments that were less than satisfactory with the install and Martha took my calls and dealt with my frustrations and anger very well. I will write her a letter to apologize.Needless to say we are pleased with the kitchen design, quality of cabinets and overall dealings with Martha, we highly recommend Martha Dust and Kitchen and bath ideas to help you design and build your new or remodeled kitchen.Just as a suggestion, I would ask for a different installer than Danny at Homerun remodeling . That part of the experience was less than desired. We struggled with the installer but that in no way should are away from the great job Martha did for us. We used ADD electric for the electrical work, wonderful Guys, thank you Martha and Tyler.

    We recently had major renovations done in our home. The expertise that was shared with us from the very beginning of our encounter with Kitchen and Bath Ideas could not be duplicated. Thepre-planning stage with their designer was a positive experience, as she was attentive to our conversations and quickly understood our goals. If our budget did not permit, she made recommendations, as you would expect of any professional. Once the projects were under way we were made aware of progress and time frames for completion. We were very impressed with the construction crew and their timeliness and professionalism as well. Any follow up phone calls (post project) with the staff have been promptly returned, indicating that post project service is equally as important as that initial contact.     My wife and I give our highest marks to Kitchen and Bath Ideas of North Little Rock (KBI) for their expert planning and management of our recent kitchen remodel. Our project replaced cabinets and pulls, countertops, major appliances, sink, faucet, and lighting. KBI staff, Mr. Tyler Turchi and Ms. Martha Dust, were instrumental in the remodel design decisions, product selection, and scheduling. From conception to cooking again, the remodel took about 6 months, three months of which was our homework delays deciding which cabinets, appliances and countertops would work best. KBI gave us advice on how to phase the project so we were only inconvenienced without a kitchen for a month. Since our house is about 60 miles each way from North Little Rock, we chose to manage some of the subcontracts for the project ourselves and save money on the project. The remodel had contractors for deconstruction, drywall, painting, electrical, cabinetry, and plumbing; KBI’s cabinetry contractors were attentive to detail and made sure their work was the highest quality. KBI was very supportive of this approach and freely conferred with our contractors when necessary, and provided on-site inspections twice to evaluate progress. At the completion, KBI quickly addressed our “punch list” items and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of the project. Based on our experience, we highly recommend KBI for their technical expertise, design support, and project management. We should note that the collocation of KBI with Metro Appliances provides a hands-on evaluation of a wide variety of upscale appliances at very competitive prices.

    After obtaining four estimates for a master bathroom remodel, we chose Kitchen and Bath Ideas (KBI) for the project. We are very pleased with the result. The estimate by KBI was in the middle of the four, but their detailed scope of work proposal was impressive. Our KBI design consultant, Martha Dust, gave us invaluable and insightful advice on every aspect of the remodel process. Martha also made sure materials were available to the subs in a timely fashion. The KBI subs showed when they said they would, answered our many questions patiently, cleaned up at the end of the day and completed the work when they said they would. If you are considering a home remodel project, we absolutely recommend KBI - they deliver!

    Martha Dust. What can I say, except that she was excellent. Very professional, helpful, and has a good imagination. She designed our kitchen layout in a nice 3D model, maximized our space (we lost cabinets due to chopping a hole in a wall, and somehow ended up with more storage space), and was very pleasant to work with. Martha was full of good ideas, and it is very obvious she has been doing this for a long time. She knows her stuff and wont point you in the wrong direction. I would highly recommend her and this company, and we will definitely be calling her for our bathroom remodel in the future.
