    Some workmen who were doing repairs on our home drove a 2” nail through the wall and into our breaker panel. It made a pretty spectacular flash and knocked out our electricity throughout the home. If that wasn’t bad enough, it was late on Friday afternoon on the first really warm day of summer.We were convinced we were going to have to check into a hotel for the weekend but we tried calling local electricians anyway. Even those who said they did after hours work didn’t answer. Then we called Electrical Solutions Of Central Arkansas and Blake answered the phone. He not only agreed to help, but he was here within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and restored our power. He safety checked the damage and set up a time to come back to replace the damaged box.We are new to Maumelle and although this was a frustrating situation, we are confident that we have found a master electrician and a company we can trust.Bonus! We didn’t cry when we got the bill. It was very reasonable.Thanks, Blake!

    From the person who answered the phone to the Electricians who did the work at my house, this company is top-notch. Extremely professional. They were punctual and during the estimate, I was explained the different options, and answered all questions. The attention to the detail was above and beyond. When I made a last-minute request, one of them left immediately to go to a different location to get the part. They wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with their work. This was above and beyond what they needed to do and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this company. Electrical Solutions will be our go-to from now on.

    Electrical Solutions replaced 6 ceiling fans in my home this week. The job was exemplary! Carlos and Richard were the electricians who provided this service. They were polite, professional, explained and demonstrated the remote functions for each fan. I have shared this information with all of my friends. I HIGHLY recommend this company and these two employees for any electrical work you may need at your home or business!

    I’ve recently had several things done requiring an electrician. I was given Nathan Welch’s name with Electrical Solutions and he came to give me an estimate. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. On the day of service he arrived punctually with his staff and we reviewed what work was to be done. The guys were also professional and personable. I was very comfortable having these men in my home. They were very careful moving furniture, ladders around furniture and cleaned up after themselves taking away the empty boxes too. I highly recommend Nathan and his crew should you need electrical work done in your home! Easily a 5 star recommendation! Thx ya’ll!

    These guys are AWESOME! They are prompt, courteous and very professional. Im so-o-o glad I chose these electricians for my repairs and installations. They did the work fast and efficiently.     Nathan and Richard are a literal God send! They were both so friendly and helpful. They even talked me through on what was going on. They took their time but got it done swiftly!     Ive dealt with a lot of services over the years, be it plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest, etc, and this was hands-down the BEST experience Ive ever had. I expected one guy and got three instead. They were communicative about their appointment time, punctual, intelligent, and professional. They went through my list of To-Dos like a hot knife through butter. Along the way, they took every opportunity to go the extra mile, such as swapping out some light switches that werent part of the original ask just because they were swapping out all of the surrounding outlets and wanted to be thorough. They even found some existing critical issues in the breaker box, fixing those and organizing the wiring inside at no extra cost. 10 out of 10 for these folks, theyve got a permanent customer now.     We had an outlet fail and melt the back wire nut. I made a temporary repair myself, but thought, “hey let’s not burn to death tonight”, and called an Electrition. They were out very quickly, were quick with the job, and explained what they were doing every step of the way, which I very much appreciate. If we have more electrical problems, we will use them again

    Had a flickering light in the bathroom. Nathen knew exactly what I was describing on the phone and how to remedy the problem.     Blake and Nathen were the best individuals I could have had to connect the standby generator to my house. I was very lucky when Air Masters contracted with Electrical Solutions for the electrical portion of the install. Blake and Nathen worked extremely hard and efficiently to perform the most professional connection form the generator to the house. When I had a question neither one give me an indication that I was bothering them and that I just needed to go in the house and wait for them to tell their were finished. These two men were great “Master Electricians” and not ready to perform a job half way or to cut any corners, their work was as if their were working on their own home.

    These guys were so awesome! I had a unknown electrical issues that was revealed after a Christmas party! Not only did they come out on the same day, they were so professional and so kind!     Nathan and David came out after hours to restore panel after a tree limb fell on my service. They were very fast which was a good thing cause I have a lot of frozen food in both of my deep freezers. They were cheaper than any other company I called and very professional.
