Ron and his son did a great job on my under and over cabinet lighting project. Theres no natural light in my laundry room. It has been a dark space for too long. I asked for brighter natural light, and Sky Electric delivered it. He also brightened and added warmth to my mud room and butlers pantry areas. I will definitely be booking with Ron again in the future!

Ron Mullis and his son did a superb job meeting our electrical needs. They installed a new light fixture in our master closet, installed a remote fan control kit in the ceiling fan in our bedroom in a cathedral ceiling, and replaced two light switches in our kitchen. They arrived ahead of time and did their work competently and to our satisfaction. And I thought their bill was exactly right. Moreover, they were pleasant companions during their call with us. I would recommend Sky Electric without reservation and hope I have the opportunity to do so in the near future.

Ron did a great job for a quick installation of two flood lights that needed continuous power and had cameras. The big company that I had quoted before him had quoted me some big complicated job that would require me to take out a porch light and do a complicated bit of wiring for an exorbitant price. Ron was fast, reasonable, and managed it without any of the complexity. I would definitely recommend.

Five stars! Ron and Corvin came as promised to take a look at a problem I had. They were friendly, professional, and courteous.Did the job, showed me the problem, their fix and then cleaned up after themselves. Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldnt wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasnt as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

I called Ronnie at Sky Electric based on the reviews here, and he did not disappoint! I needed lights and outlets installed for a newly built detached garage/workshop, and his bid came in at roughly half of what others had quoted me (I suspected many of the other bids were inflated b/c the job was small-ish and they didnt want the work). He started on time, ran the permitting himself, and finished the job on time and on budget. He was great to work with, friendly and immediately responsive at all times! Even when there was some additional work needed, he stuck to his original bid. This is clearly an electrician who wants long-term clients, not one-off customers. Will gladly recommend Sky Electric to anyone who needs a quality job done at a fair and honest price.

I hired Sky Electric to evaluate the electrical conditions in my shop to see if our existing power would handle a large piece of 3 phase machinary I would be purchasing.Ronnie,first of all returned my phone call in less than an hour,and had scheduled a site visit.He then very effeciently and proffesionally came up with a plan on how to run power to the machine.You can tell that Ron is a very skilled electrician,no I thinks, or mabyes,he knows his stuff.Thanks to his brother as well! What else can you say about Sky Electric that the reviews dont say for themselves. Ronnie is an excellent resource for all your electricity needs big or small and has completely knocked out of the park every single one of our projects weve thrown his way. He has also recommended us a great plumber and roofing company that was the same caliber as him. Weve got him lined up for another big project of running power from our breaker to our shed were converting into an ADU. Every item weve needed him to work on he completes quickly and efficiently and lays out exactly what he needs to do. Hes upfront with materials and costs and doesnt waste any time, hell always ask whats next at the end of the job and if you forgot to mention something or want him to check something else out hes always got time. He loves to chat it up like myself too and is an excellent local tour guide for any type of activities youre looking to do, he travels the USA and is a great outdoor type who is an absolute doer. Hes not only helped us with our home projects, hes helped us who have recently moved to the area find great places to go outside and enjoy with our family, places to eat/drink, and is always good for some great conversation about the area or where youre from because chances are hes stopped through there! If you want a hardworking local family man to really take care of your most sensitive of systems in your housing, then look no further than Sky Electric! (Ronnie you rock, thanks for everything!)

So I’ve got to call myself out for this one, I had a back patio light in the ceiling fan that was less bright than the other ceiling fan. Unbeknownst to me I was unaware there was a control on the remote that dimmed and brightened the light. Not only was he on time, not only did he come out with a smile on his face but instantly show me what the problem was and when I offered to pay he wouldn’t accept. I know he was only here five minutes but that’s highly unusual. I can promise you when I do have a real electrical job to be done at my home I’m going to contact Sky Electric and Ronnie Mullis.
