Called Mary and Steve to do a quick repair on my Peerless Boiler, with a leak. They were responsive and did the project right away. Nelson was excellent and very professional. I was impressed how fair the price was and I would highly recommend these guys. I highly recommend Pristina Plumbing and Heating. I wont name the other company, but they looked at an issue we were having in our downstairs bathrooms tub. The handle became stripped, hence you could not turn the water on or off in the tub. We were told the whole wall would need to be gutted because of how the faucet was installed. At least $2500 worth of work was quoted. That said, this morning, Pristina did the job, all it required was replacing the handle, that is what was stripped. The faucet and cartridge were fine. Cost - $185. Honesty and integrity are lacking in this day and age where the customer has become a secondary consideration. But not in this instance. Thank you Steve and your great team for taking care of us. Again, its my pleasure to recommend them.

Steven is an amazing guy. Went out of his way to help me. My heating system stopped working and I figured out that two of the relays on the control unit were bad, Omron LY2 24VAC. I called everyone from a google search and I couldnt get them anywhere because no one carries them and it was especially hard to get them on Xmas eve Dec 24th, 2022. I called Steven through the same google search. Even though I never did any business with him previously and never met him before, he said that he had them and I got them from him. He was the Santa Claus for us and saved us from freezing. Even though it is Xmas, he still checked up on me on Xmas eve and Xmas day to see if the heating system is working fine. A great guy and a great company. Look forward to getting to know him more and doing more business with him. He will always be there for you. Merry Xmas.

Came out to the house on short notice when i had a major leak preventing me from using the upstairs bathroom. Helped locate and fix a major leak in my house. Great service and very informative and professional.

Last year my mother needed a new water heater, we called at approx. 9.30am. The owners son came within the hour and the boss called me immediately with a price. Again about an hour later his younger son arrived and installed a new water heater and all was completed before 1pm. It is an honest family run business that I would recommend to anyone.

They did a terrific kid on converting me fromOil to gas- it’s been such a wonderful changeand they couldn’t have done a better job!It’s a year later, and I called them because Idid something to the thermostat. I called first think in the morning for a leaking hot water tank and they were onsite within an hour. The techs were professional, worked clean and gave me an honest estimate for repairs. We were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! Called on a Sunday, we have a gas burner, woke up to no heat, spoke with owner Steven who came right over to our home,He helped us, did not take advantage or try to over charge or suggest any costly repairs , just concerned and helpful...We truly need more companies like this!!!if I could rate 10 stars I would, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
