    Last week I noticed a Chivalry Plumbing truck in front of one of my neighbor’s home and approached my neighbor who said they’re wonderful. So I asked if he could send the plumber over when he was done. I met Nick and he was fantastic to work with. Secured an estimate within minutes, came to my home and completed the work a few days later, perfectly and cleanly. When he entered our home he placed a mat down by the front door and put covering over his work boots. First impressions are lasting impressions. He was a gentleman and an expert plumber. He did all the work, cleanly, quickly and on budget. Thank you Nick, great job! We’ll have you back to do more work soon and thanks for locking up the house when you finished. Well done!! This is a great company.     This was the first time I used Chivalry and it won’t be the last. They answered my after hours call right away. They were polite and caring and got someone out to my house within an hour it was amazing. I had no heat and it was 30 degrees out so we really needed their help. Anthony was the best!! I needed a new thermostat and he had one on the truck. He was very knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. I plan to have more work done and will request Anthony!

    Had nick at my house for the better part of the day working on my oil burner.     I had a problem with no heat. What was told to me before by another plumber as a minor fix turned out to be a life-threatening issue. I had an appointment for late morning but the tech was able to come earlier. Anthony came and diagnosed the problem. He explained everything, showed me what the problems were and did not surprise me with additional fees at the end. He even fixed the banging in the pipes that the others couldnt seem to fix. I was very pleased with the service.

    Amazing service from Anthony! Very friendly, professional and thorough. We needed a repair that required our water to be shut off by our water company.     Wow. Great service, on time, professional plumbers. This was my first time using Chivalry, but certainly not the last. On top of everything, their communication is top tier. It’s not hard to have good customer service these days, and even mediocre is good. That said, Chivalry is anything but mediocre. Quit searching for a plumbing service and book these guys.

When Randy their technician entered my house, he put on socks over his shoes and A tarp over our rug and wooden floors , when he was done he took our old faucet and demonstrated how the new faucet worked.     Everybody at chivalry was wonderful from the people who answer the phone and scheduled the appointments to the plumber who actually comes to your home. I called because I had a leak they came that day. The plumbers name was Joe and he assessed. The problem, gave me an estimate, and when I agreed to have him do the work, he did the work in a timely manner efficiently And kept me informed on exactly what was going on. It was wonderful.     I was able to make a same day appointment on a rainy and chilly day when the boiler would not come on. I was contacted via email and text and given updates on when the service provider would arrive. They laid down a mat and put on shoe covers to prevent soiling the floors and I really appreciated that. Anthony arrives with another worker and they were professional and polite. They were able to get the boiler back on and they left my home exactly as they found it (but warmer). I received my receipt immediately upon payment. I would call again if there are problems in the future.

    Had partial blockages in two drain runs, one being the main house drain to the street the other in a shower.Chivalry (Joe) was prompt in arriving and gave me a fair estimate of the repair costs. He was very neat and meticulous in performing the cleaning. He worked for about an hour and a half and tested the cleared lines before he left. I would definitely recommend the company to others and have now found a reliable plumber for my house. Joe even gave me a senior discount.     I had a water pipe burst over the winter, one plumber came and told me the entire water heater needed to be replaced and charging me over 6k. I called Chivalry, they came the same day, and the plumber told me he can replace the pipe right then for $400, and told me the water heater was totally fine. Appreciate an honest plumber.     I was referred to Chivalry by my go-to-plumber who did not service the area of Nassau County where I needed service. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of communication (text, calls, emails) by Chivalry. The only thing I questioned re: communication, was why an out-of-state number was following up on the arrival of the technician. A very moot point, just something I noticed from the area code calling me. I need a few values replaced that were causing leaks/drops on the outside of a home. It had previously been replacement by another company, but upon inspecting it, I was not happy with quality of the parts used. Joe swapped out all the faulty parts and tidied up everything very nicely. He was friendly, efficient and thorough.

We made an appointment and he showed up in the time window he gave. He gave me a few options and was honest about what we needed to do. I wound up replacing everything as I am finishing my basement and don’t want to take any chances. We made an appt for the following week. We received a text message when they were on their way. Then the tech called when he was close by. Very clean and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.

    Aquamanz Plumbing did a great job installing our sump pump in our garage. When the work was done, the area was clean as can be as if the sump pump was always there. Now our family can have some peace of mind that our basement/garage wont flood.     Needed emergency repair of a bad leak in the the main drain line of my house at 9pm. Joe came out and was able to stop the leak long enough to wait for his return the following morning. He came back with a partner and they were able to effect a repair in about four hours. The problem was solved and it looks good.Both Joe and his partner (whose name escapes me) were professional and conscientious in their work. They left no debris or other waste. Indeed, the only evidence of their visit is the new pipe and my piece of mind.As for pricing, I have no idea of the going rates for such a response, but some things to note:- for emergency response, there is a $250 fee that must be paid before anyone walks in your door. This is in addition to whatever the repair will cost.- there is a senior discount.- opening the main house trap has a fee associated, and snaking the pipe that goes out to the street is another fee. Again, these fees are in addition to the cost of the repair.- I would include the final price but without the details of the material used it wouldnt mean much. Ultimately, the job was about $250/hr/man for all work and all material (replaced the entire cast iron drain line with pvc), done on both days, plus the emergency response fee.All of the costs are presented before any work is started so you know what the job is going to cost you. Beyond the fees, the up front cost of the actual repair was an estimated range and fell on the low side (take that with a grain of salt, though).The communication was great. Between calls and texts, either Joe or his office staff (I want to say Sandy?) was in regular contact with me, and I felt like I could call or text if I had a question or concern.The men were of good cheer, I never heard a swear word (in case that matters to you), and they were neat and tidy.As I said, I have no idea of the average rate, but Im satisfied with the work, and the conduct and competence of Joe and his team relieved a lot of tension from a very stressful moment (sewage water pouring into my basement).Would definitely use again.

The original installation was not even setup right. I called Chivalry plumbing and heating, I spoke to Joe, the owner and he told me that he would call his tech to get him to my house to repair my boiler.     I Came home and my wife says to me that the tiles on the floor were hot. After doing some research I found that I had a slab leak. I did more research on slab leak detection companies. My wife asked who are you going to call. So I say Ghost Busters.... because it was a scary thought trusting a company to do the work. Well I found AquamanZ Plumbing.Joe and Mike came to diagnose the situation. It was determined that it was a slab leak and the would have to chop up the tile and slab in order to find the leak. From minute one they were professional, courteous and efficient. Instead of just just chopping away the did the diagnosis professionally. With a heat gun in hand they were able to narrow the leak location down to a few tiles. They worked tirelessly until the leak was repaired.They were neat and cleaned up all of the mess.I just cant say enough good thins about Aquamanz, Joe and Mike.Thank you for getting us through this very stressful situation.Laura and Robert N.P.S.     Job is well done but pretty expensive. You wouldnt guess how much it was for a Kitchen Faucet installation..... I wont post the price but I wouldnt have hired them had the situation at the moment been different.

    Aquamazing Aquamazing were Amaaaazing !!!! ♥️ Prompt , professional , honest and efficient . I am a single / only parent and a Registered Nurse and as such needed someone honest and flexible . I was in dire need of unclogging my Kitchen sink as i was eating out of paper plates and could no longer cook and do dishes since my kitchen sink was totally clogged , water would gather up and stink the entire house .
