I was SO impressed with the service and the friendly staff on the phone! They sent very detailed and good information and worked with me to get the dates convenient to me as I was leaving for Florida soon.Greg and Sean arrived on time and were most professional in the installation. Also...I was told power would be off all day and it was only off for an hour and they were finished by two oclock rather than the later time I had anticipated. Casey came a few days later after the gas inspector from the town and also did a fine job with the final hook up.I recommend them highly!Evelyn Doane

We were very happy with the service and installation of the Generac generator. Everyone from the RCA office administrators to the installation crew were top notch. The crew arrived on time, were respectful of the area they were working in, and were patient in answering questions. They stayed focused on the task and completed the job in a timely fashion.The office administrators promptly sent an information packet on the generator and warranties and communicated effectively both by phone and email. We would highly recommend that others do business with RCA.

RCA is the first go to place for anyone looking for generator installs, service, or repair. During the Kenan storm of 2022, RCA was great at sending communication regarding the storm, and their status for responding to outages.Unfortunately we ended up having an issue, and they responded quickly. The Tech that responded was exceptionally professional and got us up an running.We have and continue to recommend RCA to friends and family.

If you need a generator, this is the company you want on your side. My generator was installed about 7 years ago. Something happened, and they were so responsive and helpful. As a single lady who knows very little about electricity and generators, they were so helpful and responsive, including Randy the owner that made a special trip after his service man had been at my house and something was still wrong. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Customer Service! Randy arrived on time, did not try to up-sell me, provided me with a detailed estimate directly after our meeting and explained the entire installation process. He even included the installation of a ceiling fixture I had inquired about with purchase of the generator. After booking, I was sent a detailed email outlining what to expect and when. The entire process was smooth, professional and efficient. Of course, the day my install was scheduled was the day of the first ice storm in March so RCA had their workers arrive the night before and set the generator to the ground. The next day they arrived and worked in the storm until they could not safely work anymore and right after the storm cleared, they finished. Garrett, the electrician who changed out our hall light, was professional, funny and accommodating; helping me put my new lighting fixture together upon installation. I cannot sufficiently express how grateful I am to RCA Electric; Randy, Sharon, Donna, Kelly & Garrett. (I hope I am not missing anyone!) Thank you!! Oh and my generator was up and running just in time for the second ice storm! No lost power. So grateful! Thank you again!!

Highly recommend RCA. The installation of our generator was professional and I can’t say enough of how easy everything went. Also on the day of our Cape Cod noreaster, March 13, 2018, our generator stopped working. Within an hour Randy was at our house to fix the problem even though most roads were impassable. Can’t thank him and his crew enough!!

Unfortunately, during the latest storm on the Cape our generator stopped working. We contacted RCA who immediately arranged for their closest technician to come over and investigate the situation. Within one hour our generator was up and working properly. From the our initial call to report the trouble, to speaking with the on-sight technician every aspect of our interaction with RCA was 110% professional. We especially found Victoria, the RCA customer service representative an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend RCA to anyone in need of generator service or repair.

We just had a Generac installed by RCA and the whole experience was great. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish was professional and easy to talk to. Ellen took the time to communicate fully and clearly, answering all my questions, which I so appreciate! Roland went over the generator operation with me after the install. When he learned that I have an automotive background, he easily compared all the parts to a car so I was able to better understand. My husband and I really couldnt be happier overall. Looking forward to the future and peace of mind we have thanks to RCA!

Weve been using RCA Electric for all of our electrical work since we moved to the Cape in 2012, and always satisfied. When the technical came this week to service the generator, he came to the front door to make sure our overly friendly Golden Retriever was inside the house since he would have the gate open to work on the generator, and didnt want him to get out. Much appreciated.

I have worked with RCA on projects in my home since moving to Cape Cod over seven years ago. Every experience has been positive, and comes-in on budget. RCA’s teams show great care for your home while working in/on it, and consult with the homeowner, should something arrise that is unexpected, for instance, a stud or joist in the way of where a plug or recessed light is to go. RCA has done significant electrical work, Ethernet line placement in my home, and they also installed whole-house generator. Every project has been completed either early, or on-time, on budget, and with mostly no evidence that they were even in my home. Their teams spend time cleaning up after themselves, and removing all trash and debris. RCA is the sort of company I can hire, give a list of items to be completed, and trust them to work in my home, with no worry things will go sideways. If you’re looking for a friendly, top-notch electrican, who does everything from electrical work, to Ethernet line wiring, to generator installations, RCA is your company.
