    Mark and Sam were amazing! When we had a major problem come up, Mark was able to come out same day, find the problem, give us a quote, and work us into his schedule in 2 days! They did an amazing job replacing our entire breaker box and updating the electricals in our house. Mark told us what we needed to do to maintain safety until it was replaced. He even made sure to ask us about our smoke alarms. He was very caring and we love the way he conducts business!

    I cannot say enough positive things about C & M Electrical Services. Mark is a complete professional and I have peace of mind knowing I will never need to search for an electrician again.Mark completed a couple of smaller jobs in my home (replacing light switches / installing & updating junction boxes). Refreshingly, Mark was quick to respond and was knowledgeable of the issues I was having. He asked relevant questions and I was able to send him a couple of pictures.     Outstanding Electrical Service for Tesla Charger InstallationWe recently had the pleasure of working with C & M Electrical Services for running electrical lines and installing our Tesla level 2 charger, and we couldnt be happier with the service provided.From the initial consultation to the final installation, Mark exhibited a high level of expertise and professionalism. They meticulously planned the electrical layout, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety for our home charging station. Moreover, their knowledge of the specific requirements for vehicle chargers was impressive.Not only was the installation process seamless, but Sam went above and beyond ensuring the conduit looked great despite the several difficult angles he had to work around from the breaker box to the driveway. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service truly sets them apart. Their price was extremely reasonable. Based on the extra work needed once they arrived on site, I expected the price to go up. But the final bill was actually lower than the original quote.The charging station works flawlessly, thanks to their precise workmanship and knowledge of the best materials for the job.     We had C & M Electrical Services in our Home for installing a 100 Amp sub-panel in our lower level. Mark and Sam did a fantastic job! The price was fair and on par with what I felt it should cost. Very impressed with their Professionalism and Skill.Mark answered many questions and gave great suggestions for our project. We didnt want to cut any corners. Do it right the first time and youll never be sorry.When they returned to connect the lines to the circuit breakers, each outlet was tested and verified. They also installed some Lutron CASETA switches for some of that Smart Home magic.We would highly recommend C & M Electrical Service to anyone. Mark is the type of person who you trust immediately and have faith in what he tells you. No sales pitch... just an honest person.

    Mark was willing to come out the same day and install an upgraded circuit for a new oven. He was knowledgeable of local codes, took the time to review the oven documentation carefully so that everything was correct, and worked until the job was finished, which ended up being after 9:00 PM. Hes careful and safe in his work - Two essential criteria when somebody is working on the electrical system of your house. Fair price. Recommended.

    During the middle of March 2022, I was getting ready to go to work and saw a plug switch cover was burning. When I took cover off, it was close to being on fire. I turned off power and called Mark. It was snowing like crazy and it was freezing out, but he told me he would come and check it out. He came soon after and stayed until close to 9:00 pm. He came back the next morning early and stayed until around 8:00 pm. He did not leave until everything was in good working order. He said he was surprised my home had not caught fire, earlier. When he looked at electrical panel, there were several wires that were black and bare. He said they had probably been hit by lightning at some point. Scary. Anyway, needless to say, he is the best at what he does. I live alone and have no clue about anything like this. He answered any questions I had and explained everything. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind and fair. I have recommended him to coworkers and friends. I am truly grateful he took such good care of my home and I now have peace of mind. He is simply the best.

    I had a tree limb fall, ripping the power lines off of my house. Mark responded quickly and had everything back up within a few hours from the time I called. I am pleased with his work, and he charged me a reasonable price. I will be using C&M Electric for any future projects and I highly recommend him!

    As an infantry Marine, theres not a lot of people that have impressed me with honest work and simply putting the customer first. C&M today definitely did. They are 100% genuinely good people. I had a minor problem that could have cost me hundreds, yet he located and fix the problem without any run around or bluster about gouging services. This number is getting saved on my phone for any electrical issues in the future.

    Cant say enough good things about Mark/C&M Electronics. I found Mark right after moving into our house here in Greenback to deal with an overheating switch. He responded almost immediately, found/fixed the problem. We then talked to him about doing some mods--installing new floor outlets, adding extensions, rewiring/replacing additional switches. Along the way, we discovered some problems from the time the house was built and he was able to take care of those as well. EXTREMELY reasonable, prompt, professional, and friendly!!

    Mark Reid is not only a knowledgeable electrician, he is an awesome human being. You can quickly see that he actually cares about you and your family.     I needed an electrician to come and help determine the cause of suspected power surges from flickering lights either due from a main breaker problem or a failing A/C compressor. Mark came out the next day and did a thorough check of my breaker box at a very reasonable price. He was extremely knowledgeable and prior to his visit had kindly helped me get in touch with AUB to perform an inspection on their side of the electric box. Everything was explained to me very understandably and he felt the issue was most likely the failing A/C compressor drawing in too much juice from other sources. And after replacing our 21 year old A/C a week later, sure enough he was right! The problem has now ceased. I would strongly recommend Mark to anyone needing any work or guidance electric wise.     I talked with a few elections before I called these guys. I had just had my water heater replaced because I had no hot water. After paying $1400 to replace my water heater still no hot water. I was thinking I was going to have to pay a bunch of money to replace wiring or something. After watching some YouTube videos I tried to trouble shoot the problem, yet after purchasing a volt meter and running through what I learned I still thought I needed a professional. With in five minutes of talking to these guys they walked me through a simple test the YouTube videos didnt cover. It was a bad fuse. They saved me from who knows how much. I will be calling them for any electric problems I have in the future. They deserve my business and yours!

    Mark Reid recently put in a number of ceiling lights (LED canned/disc) for us. We found him professional, pleasant to work with, reasonably priced, neat, and highly knowledgeable.
