I contacted American Society of Heating & Cooling Specialist through Thumbtack. My problem wasnt with heating and cooling, but an incorrect (reversed) water hook up to my new washer which was causing it to malfunction. Patrick contacted me, I sent pictures of the washer water hook up installation and he confirmed the problem and walked me through the remedy. He has been so responsive, communicating with me via phone and text to help me resolve my problem. Im so grateful to Patrick and his company for their attentiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend him for any heating, cooling problems as well as plumbing. 5 out of 5 stars from my household!

Patrick has come to our rescue for our A.C. & our heater this last year & weve been very happy with his service both times. He arrived on time & was very polite & knowledgeable. He explained ways in which we could save money on our heating. And, his prices were very reasonable. We trust him & highly recommend him! He was also patient with all of our questions, ha. Great experience! Defiantly my go-to company for HVAC service as of this experience. Pricing came in 50% less the competitors Hoffman Bros. Patrick also made several key recommendations about my system. All I can say is use them!

Patrick did a good job in investigating a leak in one of my air conditioners. He was prompt and timely when he was doing the repairs. We ended up having to replace the AC with a new one and he was able to get it done very quickly (ordering it, installing it and replacing all supply lines). I would recommend him to anyone needing maintenance or repair.
