    Miller Brothers was our Design/Build general contractor for a 5,000 square foot expansion of our church adding two wings to our eight-year old building. The project also included an expansion of the parking lot.Miller Brothers was with us every step of the way. We built during COVID and when material costs were soaring across the industry. They worked tirelessly with us to pre-order materials to lock in pricing even when delays by the county pushed back our project. They proposed cost saving alternatives and found like materials to meet our existing structure. Every question or concern was addressed quickly, professionally and thoroughly to our complete satisfaction.I personally handled our finances for the construction and so was responsible for reviewing and approving all change orders and invoices. Invoicing was accurate, perfect every time and well documented.The project manager on site was exceptional- on top of every aspect of the project and able to answer any question asked. He stayed on top of the delivery of all materials for the project and managed subcontractor work to minimize any delays. He worked well with our volunteer building committee.The company leadership, Glenn Miller, and his staff attended all our monthly project meetings which were well run and addressed every action item with status updates and any changes to planned activities. Courses of action to address supply issues or material changes were well thought out and presented allowing us to make timely decisions and keep the project moving.Our church has been extremely fortunate to work with Glenn and the whole team from Miller Brothers. We would strongly recommend them for any building project. They are dedicated, responsive, exceptionally thorough and a joy to work with.

    After speaking with several contractors, we moved forward with Miller Brothers to complete the expansion of our 5000 square foot state of the art pet boarding facility. We appreciate the attention and time Tom spent at the site overseeing each step. We didn’t realize all that is involved in the daily operations of such a large building and Miller Brothers provided ongoing support and assistance throughout the process. We were treated professionally and Tammy’s attention to detail was stellar. The building represents our vision of the best pet facility available for pets.
