    EDIT: Just had Sure install some Ring Camera lights and a Ring Doorbell. Joey was professional and efficient. Sure continues to impress and will be our electricians of choice. See below for original EV Charger installation review:Prior to getting an EV, I had a charger installed by Sure. They were listed on the Tesla website (not getting a Tesla), so I knew they would be trustworthy.The process was simple. Filled out an online form. Johnny came to do an on-site inspection and estimate. Once I approved the estimate, installation was scheduled promptly.Johnny was also the installer. He was quick, thorough and clean. The charger (and a whole house surge protector) were installed in just a few hours.I was impressed with the entire operation. If we ever require electric work, I will definitely use them again.

    Today was my first experience with Sure Electric. Very well handled. Set up appointment with office staff member, then received a couple of texts reminding me of appointment. On day of I received a text stating he was on his way. The technician arrived and was very nice and professional and handled my electrical problem efficiently and confidently.     Short version: Needed a Tesla charger installed on a maxed out home panel, long ways away from the basement to the outside. Honest and to the point, pricing was great, timing and efficiency was incredible and the job was well done. Sure Electric crew went above and beyond their service, and I highly recommend them.Longer version:I recently hired Sure Electric to do a Tesla wall charger/connector install for the garage. Got in contact with Andrew from their office and he gave me a set time frame the next day to get the estimate. 12 noon was the estimated time, and sure enough one of their trucks pulled in at 11:59am which is a big plus on my book. For me, time is more valuable than money and having someone get there when they said they would is a godsend in this day and age. John was the electrician who greeted me and went around the home and to the basement where the panel was. He even got down the crawl space and got himself dirty first thing, and let me know all the possible routes hed have to do to get the charger installed. My panel was also already maxed out being that the house built in the 50s so they had to run a new sub panel to accommodate the charger (main panel didnt allow for the double breakers). I was also initially set on having the charger inside the garage, but John gave me his thoughts to have the charger mounted outside which will then save significant amount of time, money, and headache in the long run, which I ended up opting for.After the initial inspection estimate, I received an email from Andrew within the hour to give me the quote and it was less than what my other friends had to pay for with their install. I guess there are many companies who will give you the extra charge because, hey, you own a Tesla and you can afford it, much like the Apple tax. :/ . We went ahead and scheduled the install for Wednesday 8am and John arrived and began working on it as scheduled. It was raining and sleeting that day but John managed to get everything outside a few minutes before the hard rain and got to working inside promptly. Talk about good time management and efficiency. I saw how meticulous the wires were being laid out as I snooped in every now and then out of curiosity. It took a few hours to complete the job and another one of his colleagues arrived on site to help with the install. When it was done, they were able to test everything out that Im a happy camper as I am now able to charge and wake up to full battery every morning with 44/mph charge and not need to charge at a station every other day (used to get 5mph charge with the supplied mobile connector). They left my basement cleaner than when they came in, to which I think I should have probably have paid them for the cleaning service.Nevertheless, I am overall very pleased with their service and honesty while they guided me on the process. Town permits were pulled despite others telling me it was not necessary, but Id like to keep the peace of mind that everything was done right by the qualified electricians and I will definitely vouch for them for all other future installs.     I was having trouble with my Tesla home charger. Tesla needed some measurements that only an electrician could do so I called Sure Electric who had done the original installation. I was expecting to have to wait two weeks for Tesla to replace the unit, but Johnny saw signs of water leakage and completely replaced the outside wiring. Johnny clearly took tremendous pride in his work, and did a great job running a new set of piping. The unit was back running by the time he left :) and Sure Electric did not charge me, even though it was out of warranty. Really happy with the work that Johnny did! (And I just called to get them to help with a different problem.)

    I’ve had a lot of people come and go working on my house for various things. Only a handful of companies/contractors would I call back for work and Sure Electric and specifically Johnny would be right up there. So we hired them again for our ceiling fan installation and switch rewiring. Johnny Pecyna was the electrician they sent. He made sure that everything in our room was protected from dust before he began the work.     I had a fantastic experience with Sure Electric from my very 1st interaction with the company. Andrew was more responsive than I could have imagined, providing me quotes and an estimate using pictures and video I shared with him. He was patient and thorough in his questions and answers. Johnny and Zack came to do the job on time (they were actually early) and were ready to go promptly at the quoted time. Spent time scoping the area, didnt rush to get started or to finish the job.     Used Sure Electric for a Tesla wall connector installation (required 60A breaker and a pretty long, complicated run to the exterior garage wall). It was a surprisingly pleasant and painless process. The work was clean and professional — they found ways to avoid upgrading/replacing the panel, and cutting my drywall, which saved money and headache. They first scoped it out, did the load calculations and gave me an estimate. Work was always estimated first, delivered & signed digitally which I appreciated a lot. They seemed to have a lot of experience with EV charging. Highly recommend!

    Been having a very tricky problem with the electric in our home! Random outlets were not working, and a fuse kept tripping. I had another company come out to replace the breaker and they told me that that would do it. It did not! Joey from Sure electric came out and spent a ton of time here going outlet by outlet until he figured out exactly what the problem was! It’s going to be a big fix, but I feel very confident knowing that he will be doing the repair.Additionally, I was able to get a next day service appointment and Joey was on time and patient as could be!

    Ryan did a tremendous job installing the following: electric for my new attic fan, 3 new ceiling fans including one with a sloped ceiling, brand new LED lights that light up my backyard off the house and new dimmer switches for my living room.He also took the time to troubleshoot a couple of outlets that weren’t working for a couple of years and found the problem and resolved it. We contacted them and one other company for quotes to install a Wall Connector in our garage.We went with Sure Electric for their better pricing and the numerous positive reviews they received for EV charger installation.On the scheduled day, we were expecting Johnny for the install since he was mentioned in a number of the EV charger reviews . Instead Steve showed up and he was awesome. Steve was courteous, professional and informative. He did a great job and cleaned up neatly.     Ive used the Sure Team on several different occasions, and they have been super accommodating on scheduling, including same-day service for an urgent request. I really like the online quotes via email, super easy scheduling, and friendly staff. When the work was completed, the onsite engineer took photos and provided them to the senior staff to ensure that all work is completed to building/electrical code. The communication that occurs between the onsite engineer and the senior members in the office was very nice to hear and see. I will continue to use and recommend Sure for my future projects and issues and recommend them to other family and friends.

    Sure Electric has been amazing in terms of helping me install a hone charging station. Their process of engaging is very technologically advanced. Through their website, after filling out a questionnaire, i got a quote within 10 mins and another 10 mins later, an appointment is set up for the installation. On the service day, their technician John showed up even 5 min earlier and finished the job timely and neatly within a hour. Highly professional and polite. Impressive! I would definitely inquire about their service if I have other electric needs for my house!To be continued: I ran into some problems when I tried to charge my new Tesla: the current is only 6A and speed is only about 5 miles per hour. I contacted Andrew to ask if it’ s normal. Andrew responded to me within 2 minutes, so impressive. He walked me through some possibilities why that could happen and offered to send someone over to help me diagnose. After contacting Tesla without much help, Andrew sent John over the next day. John inspected all the wiring and concluded the wirings are perfect and it’s very likely the charger itself is defective. Turned out that is exactly the case. Tesla verified through the product serial number that the product is defective and a replacement is needed. I am now waiting for the replacement. Andrew and John have been so responsive and warm hearted in this whole process. Very thankful!

Bought a new wash machine and dryer, was worried about the electrical set up because of the outlets I didn’t know about.     Zachary from Sure Electric LLC called when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. Our central A/C is not working. The A/C repair guy said that the disconnect box(the outdoor fuse panel) was not allowing the necessary 240 volts to come through to the A/C unit and they could not procede until an electrician came to fix it.Zachary did the necessary tests, came inside to turn the breaker off and on a couple of times, figured out the problem, and fixed it, all within 20 minutes. It turns out the A/C guy reinstalled the fuses incorrectly. I was impressed by how quickly he fixed the problem. He knew exactly what to test and what to look for, which tells me that he really knows his stuff.I highly recommend Sure Electric LLC for their skilled electricians. They were assigned under our homes appliance insurance, American Home Shield. So, we only had our co-pay and the rest is worked put between AHS and Sure Electric LLC.

    We had three fabulous guys over to prepare and install our recessed lighting (without overhead access) in two rooms. A project which I prepared to have lots of cuts only required one cut per room due to these guys’ skill and detailed attention. Our kitchen is oddly shaped and they worked with us to have the most logical and functional layout of lighting. We also had two ceiling fans with lights installed (again without overhead access) which only required two small cuts as well! Every detail was covered and we now have two dimmable light switches for the recessed lighting as well as two ceiling fans with lights both on a remote control as well as wall switch. The guys we had over were friendly, accommodating, loving to our dog, clean (with expected considerable dust from cutting), and provided us with information as well as recommendations for how to make our lighting function the best.
