    Richard has been working on finishing our large basement space. He and his team have been amazing. Richard is a perfectionist and his crew reflects Richards drive. They worked 2 weeks on our project and did a perfect job drywalling the entire 2400 sqft of basement space. They kept the space clean and even cleaned the walking areas up stairs and foyer when they were complete. We could not have asked for more with Richard and his team. His team will now be laying our flooring and I fully expect another outstanding job. I would highly recommend Richard for any home upgrades!

    Thanks to Richard Jensch and his guys, our awful, plaster, peeling, uneven ceilings were fixed in a mere 3 days! This is the kind of crew weve been looking for - they were efficient, worked clean, and left us with EXACTLY what we wanted!! Highly recommend these guys!

    Richard is an amazing contractor to work with. He is highly professional, is a perfectionist, and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He is extremely talented and dependable. We have worked with many work crews as we are restoring our 1860s home, and Richard is by far the best. We not only had him remodel our bathroom, but he also created a new laundry room for us, finished off our kitchen, and drywalled a bonus space. Each completed job exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend him - you wont be disappointed!

    Richard and his team are wonderful! We just had our bathroom done and couldn’t be more happy with the job they did. He and his team showed up worked hard and always cleaned up after each day.     We needed to have someone help hang and finish drywall and replace the ceiling since we had gutted our kitchen. Richard and his crew did a wonderful job. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and pricing is reasonable so I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The quality of work is great and I’m happy to have used their services. I will definitely keep them in mind for any other home renovation projects we may do.

    Richard and his crew did an excellent job removing layers of wallpaper, removing an obtrusive bulkhead over the tub/shower, repairing drywall and painting our bathroom. They completed everything in just two days. They arrived promptly each day at 8am and worked non-stop. When the work was completed, they cleaned and vacuumed the area.They were very professional and polite. Richard performed a final inspection and asked my husband and I if we were satisfied with their work or if there was anything more they needed to do. We highly recommend Richard.

    After meeting Richard for the first time when he came out to give us an estimate, I knew he was the contractor we needed to help us with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He was everything we’d hoped to find in a contractor. He was on time each day. Even if he was running a few minutes behind, he called me to let me know. He was professional through the entire process and was very knowledgeable about how our rooms needed to be prepared before the cabinetry was installed. When the cabinet installers ran into an issue with our ceiling, Richard was at our house within a hour to fix it. He is very trust worthy. We were completely comfortable leaving our door unlocked so Richard and his crew could come into our home even when we weren’t going to be there. I trust him like he was a family member! He puts a lot of time and effort into making sure the project is done correctly while also producing quality work. Richard and his crew cleaned up every day before they left. My husband said he’d never seen our garage floor so clean! We’re looking forward to using Richard for other projects that we’re currently lining up. If you have the opportunity to fit into his schedule, I recommend that you hire him. You won’t be sorry you did.

    We just recently remodeled our entire kitchen with the exception of the hardwood floor. We had cabinets built by an Amish gentleman and Richard did all the other work in our kitchen, including removing the old cabinets, putting in a new drywall ceiling, all the electric work, all new lighting fixtures, painting and the back splash. He did an outstanding job and we will be calling him for all other projects in our home. He started with a fair and accurate written quote, got started each day when he said he would, did an excellent job with everything he did, cleaned up every single day upon completing the days work, protected our floors and furniture while the work was being done all while being polite and respectful of our time.Of all the other work we have had done in our home , Richard standsout above all the others and he is a true professional. The building and remodeling industry needs more Richards!!! My husband and I both give him 5 stars and a big thumbs up!

    Would recommend to anybody. Richard managed to fit the work I needed done in around another larger project he was working on. He pays great attention to detail and really wants the customer to be pleased with the end result. I had a room that I was mostly just looking to get the wall straightened out on from where the previous owners had done it wrong...he asked me what else I would like done to make the room great and managed to do it all! Now I have a straight wall, a nice flat floor, new lights/outlets, new baseboards and top moulding! I am so happy that I can now use this room for something great!

    Our old tub and shower needed replacing and now we have a terrific, new deeper walk in shower with everything we wanted. We love it. 100% satisfaction. Was great working with Richard, very professional and great craftsmanship. The project went well in all phases. So pleased with the results.

    I would recommend Richard to anybody. He was available to come to my home on short notice and make repairs on my walls in multiple rooms. Typically I tend to do business only with people that I know. I happened to be in a pinch and needed somebody ASAP. I pulled his name off Google and he happened to be between jobs and available to come right over. I had a terrible mess on the walls and a painter ready to start. He did a fantastic job! He even went around the house and repaired spots that I hadn’t even asked him to. He had a good eye and picked up on spots that I had missed. Once the paint got on I could not tell where he had even worked. And it was a real mess beforehand. Very happy.

    The process of finding a contractor in Marion can be very difficult. However, Jensch remodeling made the process as easy as can be. Not only were they courteous, on time, flexible and thorough, they did the job the right way the first time. We had received ridiculous quotes from other contractors, who hardly returned calls, showed up late for quotes or just plain didn’t want to do the job. The owner of Jensch was fair, and flexible and we ABSOLUTELY will be hiring them again. Seriously, we will not have another contractor in our home.
