    I recently had M&M Home Exteriors replace my gutters and downspouts! I added gutter covers too, so I wouldn’t have to deal with anymore clogged gutters! I HIGHLY recommend getting the gutter covers when you replace your gutters! From the initial phone call, to the estimate, then on to the installation…M&M Home Exteriors was AMAZING! I happened to be home the entire time of the installation and asked the project manager some questions! He was SUPER NICE & spend time addressing my questions! I felt really comfortable throughout the entire project! M&M Home Exteriors did an AWESOME job cleaning up and actually left my home BETTER than they found it! They took all the old plastic gutter extensions that had been there for decades! I would HIGHLY recommend M&M Home Exteriors to my family and friends!

    Hired M&M to replace all of our siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and windows as well as stain the our existing wood decks. From the start Joseph was friendly and courteous and helped us determine the best options. Kirsten in the office is amazing, always available to help out with any questions and helped me with the financing side of things. All of the crews worked their tails off and helped us transform our home into the best one on the block. Dan, our project manager, was fantastic. Always responsive and communicated any changes or questions along the way to help keep things running smooth. Highly recommend M&M and their team.

    M&M Home Exteriors was awesome. The whole experience from Cary who came out and gave us a quote to John the project manager to Daniel who was out here with his crew putting our beautiful siding up. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and took pride in their work. We had 3 quotes and so thankful we chose them. My father -in - law said if he has anything done to his house, he will be using M&M. That says a lot because he is very particular.

    After getting several quotes on a full hardi-plank reside and new gutters, we selected M&M Home Exteriors. They were very attentive through the bid process, and communicated well. Once we selected them, they were able to start within a couple weeks. Our project manager, John Oliveira, met with us a week prior, and communicated very well with us throughout the project. John was very professional and knowledgeable. Id recommend asking for him if you choose M&M Home Exteriors for your project. From start to finish, the project took just under three weeks. They had the old siding off, and new siding and trim installed in 3 days, and then the following week, had the house painted in 2 days. Final step were the new gutters, which took a day the following week. John kept us informed the entire time, and best of all, there were no surprises at the end. We would highly recommend M&M Home Exteriors as a contractor.

    Each team was very detail oriented, punctual and performed their work efficiently. The outcomes were excellent including new roof, new siding, new windows, painting, new porch and deck, including brushed on, hand staining.     We hired M&M Home Exteriors to replace some of our cedar siding with Hardiplank siding. John was a pleasure to work with in getting the estimate proposals and monitoring the work in progress. Mateo and the crew were also great to work with. The quality of the work and the timeframe in which they completed the job far exceeded my expectations. They were professional and pleasant to work with. I would hire them again.

    We obtained several estimates, but we chose M&M due to their 5 star reviews. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of workmanship we received was second to none. They rebuilt the front porch railings, steps, added support, replaced siding, replaced two doors, painted, etc. They cleaned up daily. They paid close attention to every little detail. They worked long hours due to bad weather conditions in order to complete in ahead of schedule. We added more work along the way and they completed it to perfection. The shakes on the fireplace were put on one at a time and they look AMAZING! We still have two decks to replace and we will definitely be using them again. The quality of work was beyond excellent....no punch list needed. Please take a look at the before and after pictures to see for yourself. Thank you! And now had M&M replace the rear deck. The pictures speak for them selves. Beautiful job.

    I am 100% thrilled with the work M&M did on my very old house. It looks brand new! There is great detail on the window trim and it has all been beautifully renewed. They showed up on time, were courteous and respectful, did a very thorough walk-through and cleaned up when they left. The team replaced a lot of rotten wood as well. They even found a way to paint behind the ivy-covered wall of my garage - no idea how they did it but it looks incredible. Very highly recommend!

    I had this company install a new roof and large deck rebuild. This team has been amazing to work with! From Cary Nordin for being extremely helpful and patient with me through the quoting process. To Kirsten coordinating the paperwork and permit. And the project manager, John Oliveira, who kept me updated and checked on my feedback. Everybody kept me informed through the whole process. And to top it all off, the work turned out even better than I imagined! I cant recommend them enough.

    Professional, polished, prompt, affordable and more describe the company and the job Fernando, Marc and team did for us. From the first estimate all the way to the end, Fernando was extremely knowledgable and attentive; to the details and our needs. They completely transformed the back of our house in less than 4 weeks - siding, gutters, chimney cap, deck, screened-in porch with power where there was none, and a new door where there wasnt one. We couldnt be happier with the process and the results! I cant recommend them high enough, would definitely call on them for any future needs.

    We hired M&M to replace older LP siding with HardiePlank siding including painting the siding, fascia, and soffits as well as new gutters with leaf guards. There were several checkpoints where John and I were able to discuss the progress and ensure that everything went smoothly.     I have literally taken a few years to find the right residing company! I took this process very seriously as I was wanting to change my exterior home cosmetically and I had no room for any mistakes. After Jennifers initial visit, she came out another time to bring me samples, because I wanted to see the fine detail of 2 types of fiber cement, thats how particular I was!...among her having to put up with me and my clip board of notes and questions every time!! I think Dan was forewarned Im sure of my numerous questions and attention to detail. Jennifer and Dan were both responsive! I had the works....new siding, gutters, soffits and fascia, as well as using their professional color consultant, Patsy. Also, Pedro and his crew were fantastic. Pedro added a paneled look next to a bay window, which I absolutely love. Thats a question I never asked because I didnt think I could have that, so I never asked. M & M stayed on schedule, they were professional, maintained a clean job site, and are price competitive. I seriously didnt buy my home for the exterior look, but now....I love the exterior of my home.

    After getting a few quotes from other companies, we used M&M for new windows, siding, and exterior painting. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their quote was reasonable and very clear on the services included. They were timely and worked hard all day. If anything came up, they clearly discussed the situation and the options. The end result was even better than we expected and they followed up with us a couple of weeks after completion just to make sure we were happy with everything.

During the process getting quotes Jennifer Worley did a great job sending me several options because I wasnt sure how much work I wanted done.After getting several quotes and experiencing some nonsense sales tactics from other companies (and a few never getting back to me) M&M made the most sense. There were a few companies with MUCH higher prices and a couple that were a bit lower. It seemed like M&M had the experience to deliver what they were promising.Once the project started John Oliveira took over and did a great job communicating what was going on during the entire job. John and his guys were conscientious about leaving a clean site and getting the job done right.John has a great attitude, real experience, and crew to make your home look new again.

    I recently had my siding replaced by M&M Home Exteriors and I give them an A++. I quickly learned their formula for success is simple; quality workmanship + open communication. The whole process from start to finish was pretty much seamless. When Cary came out for the initial assessment and estimate he was very thorough. He answered all my questions and minimized all my concerns. Kirsten was very professional and friendly during the process of finalizing the contract and with scheduling logistics. The project manager John was great to work with. He was readily available throughout the installation and painting phases. He was onsite multiple times and would always ask if I had any questions or concerns. If I had concerns, he would immediately address them for a quick resolution. I would highly recommend M&M if you are considering replacing your siding.

    M & M Exteriors removed my old siding and replaced it with Hardie board siding. They also painted everything, replaced the gutters, and replaced 2 doors. Everyone did an excellent job. I worked closely with Jennifer as she was my project manager. She helped me with making decisions about some design choices as well as keeping the project moving forward. Jennifer was very easy to get in touch with and when a few minor issues arose she dealt with them quickly and professionally. Kirsten was my contact at the office and she did an excellent job as well with keeping me in the loop about everything from her end of the project. In the beginning of this project, Cary, went over what the project would entail andbroke down all the costs. The contract was veryspecific so no surprises. I also met the owner Fernando before the project was started and he did a walk through with me as well.     We used M&M for a complete remodel and we couldn’t be happier. They removed all of our old siding and replaced it with Hardie, installed french doors, stained our porch and added new gutters. Jennifer, our project manager, helped us every step of the way. From deciding small details to helping us design- she was our go to. Jennifer was responsive and easy to get in touch with from the planning stages all the way until the project was completed. Any minor issues were resolved and the entire crew was so thorough and hardworking. I highly suggest M&M exteriors for a quality job that looks great.

    M&M was a great choice for our home. Having an older home with original Masonite, we expected to uncover a lot of problems. We found almost nothing worth noting and our siding and roofing crews got it done on time and looked after our project as if they had ownership. Our painting crew was also amazing from the Hardie to the trim, they also stained a custom front door for us. Lastly, we installed new decking on a large deck. We selected the new PVC-style boards. It’s gorgeous. I would recommend using this product for new decking structure and go with traditional composite for just replacing deck boards. (Arched bottoms will line up with uneven substructure better. Our layout is custom and odd-shaped)We would use M&M for our next project! Highly recommend.

    Our experience with M&M Home Exteriors has been beyond our expectations! We had a total renovation on the exterior of our home. We had James Hardie horizontal lap siding and James Hardie straight line shakes installed and it looks beautiful, perfect, and like a brand new home. Our sales rep was Jennifer, and the moment she left our home after spending a lot of time with us, my husband and I decided that this is the company we are going with. Kyle was our Project Manager, he was attentive and available immediately for any questions we had. The communication with Kyle was above par. Isidro was the crew leader on our home renovation. He was awesome as well as the crew. Isidro actually had to see me in tears when I came outside and looked at our home because I could not believe the transformation.     I highly recommend using M&M Home Exteriors! We worked with the company for a siding and gutter replacement and to coordinate window replacement as well for our City of Decatur 1100 sq ft home. Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Fernando, the owner, came to our house during the estimate period to evaluate a tricky faux stone façade removal (it was successfully removed!) Cary was my BFF during the sales process. Kirsten was always kind, knowledgeable, and super responsive to any of my questions re project timeline, house color, you name it. Kyle, the project manager, was on top of things and professional. And, last but not least, but maybe most importantly, the crew doing the work was incredible - they were professional, highly-skilled, careful, kind, and thorough. Our house is totally transformed with new siding, windows, gutters, and paint. Other companies we received quotes from either ghosted us or quoted us exorbitantly high rates. M&M is the best!

    M&M Home Improvement did a fantastic job on my home where they replaced 32 windows and 2 exterior sliding doors. Marc and his team did it all in 2 days and they cleaned up well. Lots of people are selling windows out there and the nuances between them all are sometimes very slight. I found Marc and his team all to be very trustworthy and totally customer centric.

    Marc and Fernando displayed their ability and willingness to communicate from the start with lengthy discussions as we initially scoped the project with Marc; and upon acceptance of the bid planned the work with Fernando and their crews. Every crew was highly proficient and open to communication and any changes to the work we suggested. Marc and Fernando both stated that quality work and our satisfaction were their primary goals, they proved that to be true.In a project of this type there are always unforeseen issues with the home. In our case a window and garage doors were in need of replacement. Also a rear exit door needed to be re-framed. All of these additions were priced fairly and completed at the same high level of craftsmanship seen throughout the project.I could not recommend M&M more highly.

    There’s probably not enough room to sing my praises of this company! From the salesperson, Cary Nordin to the office coordinator, Kirsten to the project manager, John Oliveira, everyone was damn-near perfect. Both Kirsten and John always responded to my calls or text messages and immediately addressed any concerns I might have. Also, the crews from the siding crew, gutter replacement crew, soffit painters to even the man who reinstalled my screen door went over and above what they were expected to do.     My siding looks great. Renaldo’s crew did an excellent job. Arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Calixto’s paint crew arrived on time, worked hard but did not clean up after themselves. Paint was on sidewalk and and in the yard along with soda cans left behind. The problem was the siding crew was supposed to reframe my garage door because of rotted wood. The garage door was only 4 years old and was in perfect condition before they began. Afterwards it did not work properly, very noisy, collecting water in the door. Renaldo said M&M would send a garage door person out because he really didn’t know what was wrong. Kirsten said she could not find any garage door person that would come out, so she said her husband would take a look. I spoke with her before Christmas. So he came a couple of times, cancelled or didn’t show up a few times because of rain and cold, sprayed WD 40 on the door and replaced the sensor and reframed. The garage door was still not correct. I last called Kirsten on February 7 and she said her husband would come back on February 10 or 11. To date I have not heard from either one of them. I called a garage door company on February 15 and they were happy to come out that day in the rain. The track had gotten misaligned during the reframing and the rollers were almost coming out of the door which was very dangerous. They had it fixed and back to normal in 2 hours. So the bottom line is I would not recommend this company even though my siding and house looks great. I was assured they would take care of the problem with the garage door but they didn’t for whatever reason. I gave them every opportunity to make things right and they chose not to. Update. My house is absolutely beautiful. M&M took care of my garage door problem and am now totally satisfied. I would recommend their company.

    Everyone I worked with was very friendly and responsive. I basically had my entire exterior redone and they completed the job quickly and thoroughly and for a fair price. The couple of small issues that did come up were also addressed very quickly.

    The employees were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love the finish deck. They even move the heavy pots for me. The only thing that went wrong was that they installed the wrong deck material. They had to order the right material and replace the deck. The tongue and groove with composite deck are more expensive, but you dont have to paint or pressure wash the deck. The deck is beautiful material.

    We hired Marc and Fernando to do some major work on our house in 2017. We shopped around and they were very competitive with pricing. We had them working on our home for about a month or two. They replaced siding, gutters, windows, doors and rebuilt our back porch. We are very happy with the quality of the work and we were impressed with their communication. We had very high expectations that they met and exceeded. I highly recommend them.

    I used M&M to finish my Hardie plank siding and replace all of my gutters. I was emailed frequently with anticipated start dates and updated timelines for both projects. Both projects were completed quickly and without leaving a mess in my yard. The new siding and gutters look fantastic! I highly recommend M&M!!!

    We hired M&M and had a great experience. They replace our old siding, soffit, fascia with Hardie products. Installed gutters and painted.We couldnt be happier with the quality of their work. Fernando frequently came to check on the job and to make sure all our concerns were addressed. They were excellent to work with!!

    M&M home improvment recently replaced windows, soffits and facia boads on our home,,Amazing results!
