    Very courteous and professional. Fabian was great. He handled a problem we had when he opened the brand new toilet and found it was broken. Right away I contacted the seller and they were happy to send someone to my home with a replacement and take the broken one. Once it arrived Fabian got right to work. He completed the job and left his work area spotless.I am very impressed with this young man and the company he works for. I will be using them for other plumbing issues in the near future.     Amazing service! Bart was able to be at our house two hours after we called (on a Saturday!). He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough.     My experiences with Woods Plumbing has always been extremely positive! From their Receptionist (Jessica, I believe) who is always courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient to all the plumbers (including Wes) who are equally professional, efficient, well trained and knowledgable, to the quality of their products, I have never been disappointed. Over the past several years, I have used Woods to repair/replace faucets, hose bibs, and install 2 new water heaters (water heaters were 15 years old) and they have always been great! Equally impressive is their response time as they have always been quite accommodating!

    I had a water leak under my floor and needed a complete replacement of the polybutylene pipe in the house. I called 3 plumbers; Wood’s was the first to respond and Bart came out to do the initial inspection. He was very thorough and gave me a detailed estimate within 30 minutes. Another plumber came out and took a few pictures and never got back, the third company was pretty thorough but their bid came in much much higher. So I went with Bart and Wood’s Plumbing. I could not be more pleased with the entire job.They were prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough, the quality was exceptional. I’m not one to write reviews but I had to write this one.I will always call them for any plumbing work I need. Thanks Bart and Graham.

    Finally, a plumbing company you can trust! My water bill has been increasing steadily so called Woods plumbing for leak detection services. Shawn was great! He talked me through the whole process and gave his recommendations. He did not try to push any services or repairs. I felt like he had my best interest in mind.     We recently hired Woods Plumbing for an emergency sewer line project. After getting several estimates, they were lower than the others. What convinced us was the outstanding customer service we received. The project needed our water to be shut off for 1 1/2 days, so they worked it out to service/complete the project while we were gone over Thanksgiving. Now the best part: DONAVAN CAMPBELL. What a class act he was! He was much more knowledgeable than the other outside company reps, did exactly what he said and more and left our yard better than before! He is a wonderful representative of Woods Plumbing and we will not only be using them for all our problems in the future, but are recommending him/Woods to our neighborhood. The office staff is also helpful, understanding and wonderful...You owe it to yourself to hire this company.

    When water was gushing out of our floor, Bart and his team arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. They re-piped our entire house. We were without water during this process. Bart and the team booked the repair early and fixed the water in one area so that we would have running water sooner. They were very friendly, provided daily updates, and wore masks the entire time. I am very pleased with the work. The price was below quoted, the repair done on time, and exactly as promised. They were here exactly on time everyday. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I was referred to Woods by a friend and I would definitely recommend Woods plumbing to other friends.

    I had an exterior pipe leak on a Wednesday at 2pm.Being fairly new to the area I did not know of any plumbers. Looked up Woods Plumbing and gave them a call. Although they were very busy they managed to fit me in that day. Bart and another gentleman showed up when they promised. Bart even called me beforehand to let me know he was on the way.They were both very professional. They looked at the problem, wrote an estimate that I thought was reasonable and completed the work in a timely manner. Bart showed me and explained what they replaced and why, very nice. when Bart came inside to settle the bill, he even put plastic booties over his boots which was a great touch.Should I have any future plumbing issues, Woods will be my first call.Mike

    My kitchen sink started leaking so I gave Woods Plumbing a call, I was able to get a same day appointment and they were early for it. Staff were very professional and friendly. I did experience some issues with my leak detector valve not being reset causing my water filter system to stop working after they left, but they were able to send someone else out the next day and fixed it.

    The lawn was suddenly quick sand where the main water supply line runs into the house. Called Woods first thing this morning and they gave us priority if any openings appeared in the schedule. The came same day (same morning!) and did a top notch repair very quickly. I have done quite a bit of plumbing, and their work was top notch. The supply line cracked due to stress the builder applied at a joint when running the line. Bart put in the necessary elbows to relieve the stress and filled in the lawn nicely. Bart did excellent work!

    I have used Woods Plumbing for several years now. They have been consistently professional and reasonably priced. My latest experience was with Nick who cleared a clogged drain for me. Nick was courteous, informative and thorough. My drain is running better than it ever has. He gave me some good advice on how to keep it running properly without using chemicals. Oh, and he cleaned up after himself, leaving the area cleaner than he found it! Excellent service.

    Woods Plumbing was excellent to work with! I needed a water spigot added in my garage. The initial phone call experience was great, Jessica did not sound or act like a robot.     Bart and Bob worked on my house repiping last week, they are so professional, polite and punctual. They cleaned up my house every day, no mess at all that I can sit back and relax.     Bart and Stephen came to our home to replace our hot water heater and circulating pump. I had a number of questions including how they recommended flushing the heater periodically. Both Bart and Stephen were great to talk with and they did a beautiful job. It was obvious they had a plan in mind and werent just winging it.     We hired woods plumbing to replumb our entire house. We had pipes that were installed 20 years ago when the house was built that are now illegal to install, because they can’t handle the pressure of current water flow without bursting repeatedly. We got 5 estimates & woods came in with the most affordable options, and also had the best reviews. They had handled with glowing reviews from our neighbors the replumbing of many of the homes in our neighborhood, all with the same issues in our home. They were professional, clean to include using a saw that vaccuumed the mess as they went. They also took out pieces of the drywall labeled to replace throughout many areas in our home & included a contact in the bid to finish up the drywall following the repairs & the drywall contact was incredible too, we have animals birds, dog, bunny & fish and they were knowledgeable about protecting them as the repairs were done and also protecting our furniture, walls, floors. It was as neat as possible given the huge level of work being done in our home with an effort to make it minimally disruptive & to allow our family to remain living in our home as the work was done which was a big savings. We highly recommend them!

    We used this company to do pipe cleaning and install a whole house sediment filter to prevent future problems. Wes and his partner had to cut and clear every water line in the house. Wes knew exactly what he was doing. He also had an endless supply of necessary parts to put everything back to working condition. We have decided to use them for all our community well work.     I just had a great experience with Woods Plumbing. Wes came out to fix a valve where my drip system ties into the main water line. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was and indicated that it was an easy fix for someone with a little experience. He indicated that I could do it myself for a whole lot cheaper than if he did it and told me where I could get the part. Wes also checked out the exterior plumbing set up and did a pressure test. I only paid for the service call. I like dealing with fair and honest people, people you can trust and I feel that I can safely tell folks that Woods Plumbing is a company that you can trust to give you an honest and fair evaluation of your needs.

    Wow! We can’t say enough great things about Bart’s installation of a re-circulating pump with a dedicated loop of 100 ft from the garage through the heat of the attic and down to our kitchen giving us hot water! He and Bill were most professional and explained everything they were going to do. They were focused and truly cared about the job, with a super neat install to spec, and only had to cut one piece of sheet rock. Other plumbers told us they would need to cut 6-7!     Had four different plumbing companies quote an installation for a new hot water tank, recirc pump and pressure regulator. Woods Plumbing came in a little higher in price but I chose them because of the honesty in the plumbers explanation of the entire process of removing a tankless water heater and putting in an upright instead. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, spent a little time with me to assure me that the job would be done right and it was. The work was outstanding, very neat and tidy, quality workmanship and attention to detail. Hard to find people that take pride in their work these days, but everything was top notch. I thought their response time was super quick, too. I would definitely use them again if I am in need of a plumber or for another plumbing project. I had a good experience with this company.

    It was Sunday, June 5th. Had church with Charley Stanley and headed out about 6AM to do some chores on the acreage. Worked until around noon and came in dirty, hot, and sweaty. Turned the shower on then tried to dial in the right temp. It was stuck. Had to go out & turn off the water to the house. Wife called Woods Plumbing and they were here within a couple of hours. Yes! On a Sunday! Steve and James took care of the problem and I got my much needed shower. What nice guys these two were. Would love to have them back even without their wrenches.

    Excellent in all regards, Bart Kahn is a rare breed of plumber. He exudes quality, is polite and response and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and with the best materials. He has a unique ability to figure out easy solutions to very tough problems. Although not the lowest bid I received for a complex re-piping job on a very old house, it was easy to figure out that Bart Kahn was going to do the best job and leave the house clean and looking like nothing had been disturbed.     We had four different plumbing problems all at one - Sewer Gas smell with the clothes washer, Low pressure in our shower, slow drains in the kitchen, and a spraying kitchen fixture.     Woods Plumbing may come at the end of your phone book but they are 1st in mine! I was first introduced to Woods Plumbing last winter when I called about a burst pipe. They arrived the same day and fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently. Due to the positive experience I had, I recently called Woods Plumbing to install a water filter. I was able to obtain an appointment just a few days out. A young man, Wes, came as scheduled and installed the unit. He was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient and explained the information I needed to know in order for the system to work efficiently. We were about to leave for Phoenix for a long -awaited and much anticipated baseball game, when we discovered that the hot water heater had burst. Fortunately, we found it before we left.     Great experience from the get-go. I had a rather significant under slab leak that happened over the weekend, I did not know they would have responded in the weekend, so i called first thing Monday, and they told me they would come in the same afternoon, but then shaun called and them he will be there earlier if that is ok. He pinpointed the site of the leak using an electronic wand device, and explained what he will do. He gave me a reasonable quote and returned and fixed it. And yes the site of the leak was where he diagnosed it. He was all along professional, and courteous. Great experience with Shaun and I am glad I went with Woods plumbing. I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

    Donavan from Woods Plumbing came early for our service call. He was neat in appearance and wore booties before walking on our floors. He assessed the problem with our bathroom sink and told us the fee before any work began. Not only did he repair the one sink but he also modified both sinks to make it easier for us to clean and keep flowing properly. Donavan also checked all of our toilets and made modifications to a couple of the tank devices to ensure proper operation. He also took the time to offer suggestions for an improved kitchen faucet and what the cost would be. Donavan also checked our whole house water filter system noting possible substandard installation by our previous plumber. It may seem like a simple thing but we are very happy that our sinks are draining nicely and we will be able to prevent them from clogging. Donavan was efficient, personable, and very patient. We are glad we chose Woods Plumbing to correct inefficiencies by our previous plumber. Ron P.

    Steve came to replace a leaky MOEN shower cartridge. The cartridge was encrusted with water corrosion that after many years of use would not budge easily.     You could not ask for nicer people. Everyone from the person you talk to in the office to the Plumbers that come out to fix things, they are just the nicest people. They do amazing work.
