    This company is fantastic! Had issues with our main water shutoff valve and water heater. DR Plumbing came out the same day I contacted them, immediately knew what need to be taken care of and quoted us an extremely fair price for repairs/replacement. A couple of days later all parts and water heater had been received and installed (very quickly to boot). Both father and son were very professional and personable. I highly recommend them.

    I had a problem installing a new washing machine and then realized that not only was my hot water valve stuck, but my water main wouldnt shut off. I saw the great reviews for DR Plumbing both here and on the local Facebook groups, so I called them. The father and son both showed up very quickly and were very knowledgeable and professional. They got the parts and quickly fixed the water main issue and the faucet valves for the washing machine, with good recommendations about other issues I was concerned about. The work included some drywall stuff and the result looks very good (I still need to sand and paint it).Ive been wanting to install a water conditioner and got quotes from other companies but Ive been hesitant to go ahead because of various concerns. Daniel (the son) did the initial investigation work on identifying a full solution that included a shed and the right details for me to run it by the HOA. The initial estimate price is very good and I plan on having them install that very soon.Friendly and professional! Good prices!

    Got a call while at work that our main water pipe burst and was spewing water everywhere in the front yard. Neighbors turned the water off for us and when I got home I was searching for a plumber in a house without water, with myself and our pets extremely thirsty from the midday heat. DR Plumbing had great reviews for sahuarita on Google and social media so I decided to give him a call. He answered right away and was over to help in less than a couple hours. He assessed the problem and gave us several options. Turns out the problem was the water pressure regulator, so he installed a replacement and we decided to have our irrigation capped as we don’t have plants that need it and wanted to save some money. Everything done in under an hour. Great and personable guy, will be calling him again with any of our plumbing issues!

    DR Plumbing unfortunately has had to stop at our house twice in a month, our water main burst a few weeks back and he fixed it within the day. When my hot water heater stopped working, of course I called DR Plumbing since they had been so quick and responsive the first time. After diagnosing the water heater, we decided it would be best for install a brand new hot water tank. He had one in the truck and installed it for me same day at 7pm. DR Plumbing is helpful, honest, and quick, and I will be using them for the foreseeable future!

    We called on Sunday am as we had an underground water leak. Phone was answered promptly and he was at our house within 45 minutes. He went across Tuson to the east side to get a needed part.     We called DR Plumbing today (Sunday) and they came shortly after to install our fridge. Upon arriving they realized the fridge was still bolted to the crate and missing a part.     We had a major water leak in our house that we discovered on the 4th of July at 6am. I texted Daniel that we need his help, thinking we likely would not hear back anytime soon since it was a holiday. Within 20 minutes, I had missed calls from Daniel that he was on his way. He spent half the day with us trying to diagnose the problem, and has come out many times already to help us with this leak that caused major damage. Daniel is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and kind. We have used him several times for plumbing needs and he has been amazing every single time. I cannot even imagine the nightmare we would have to deal with if we had to go through a large plumbing company in Tucson. Instead with Daniel, we receive immediate and quality attention.     This is by far the best fastest and most reliable company. I had a plumbing emergency called them s as md they showed up to fix the problem 25 minutes after I spoke with them.     On Thanksgiving morning, my wife discovered water under our kitchen sink from our garbage disposal leaking (again!). We quickly decided to replace the unit ASAP and I went on a search for a qualified and highly recommended plumbing company. I found excellent recommendations for DR Plumbing in our Next Door account and saw they had a near-perfect 5 star rating on Google as well. I emailed them that morning and told them Id appreciate a contact AFTER the holiday and that is what I received. I had already identified the Badger 5 one-half hp unit to replace the old Badger in my kitchen and was able to find the unit (w/3 yr warranty and plug/cord attached) on Amazon for a little over $100 with free Prime shipping. As a result, when I talked with DR, Daniel confirmed it was a good unit and when he gave me a price of ~$300 to replace the unit that seemed like a lot considering the cost of the unit. So I asked him what his contactors price was for the unit. He told me ~$200 and I asked if hed do the work for $150 if I provided the unit I was going to buy from Amazon. The unit arrived on the following Monday and on Tuesday they wanted to schedule the install for Wednesday AM. When I said that would not work they kindly agreed to come later Tuesday afternoon for the installation. I said OK and responded to the text confirming the $150 I was expecting to pay for the installation (which, by the way, took 20 minutes or less). When the work was completed, Daniel asked me to pay $215, including a service call fee of $65 on top of the $150. While that may be the norm for plumbing services, we talked/texted about the cost on three occasions and never did he mention the $65 charge over and above the $150. In summary, I paid him a bit less than he wanted and more than I expected. I mentioned I was not happy with the service fee add-on. Had he communicated this fee before the installation, it may have been no problem. However, no customers like surprises of this sort. Communicate, be transparent and you get 5 stars!

    We highly recommend DR Plumbing. Both Daniel Sr and Daniel Jr are the most professional and friendly people you will meet. They have repaired our irrigation pipes and serviced our tankless water heating system. We just had them diagnose and clean out a poorly draining sink (stub out originally installed by the builder) -- Daniel Sr found concrete in the pipes, which he was able to fully clear out. They always arrive at the scheduled time and have fair pricing for the quality work they perform.

    Friday evening before a major holiday (Christmas) our toddler thought it would be a good idea to flush a shower loofa down the toilet. Without the tools let alone the trade knowledge I called Daniel and he answered almost immediately. Scheduled for the very next morning, he arrived on time and handled it. Highly recommend you call him for any issues you have. He dealt with my husband since I was out shopping, and my husband said he was the nicest dude ever, which is saying something because my husband hates everyone. Will be keeping him on speed dial as I’m sure this won’t be the last thing our toddler tries to destroy.***update*** no more than ten minutes after posting this review, I was back on the phone with Daniel to have him come back out to fix yet another issue my threenager caused.     Were basically brand new to the area in a 2 year old home, and didnt realize we had to drain our hot water heater periodically because of hard water. Daniel from DR plumbing was here next day after my call, explained everything I needed to know about hard water. We arent really interested in a water softener as dont want to waste the water it takes, so we instead will be using his services every 6 months.     I typically do not write reviews, however, I am taking the time to sit down and let everyone know how much I appreciated the professionalism of DR Plumbing. It was late on a Friday night and I had just taken a shower. When finished, I tried to shut off the shower and it kept running. After calling a few 24 hour emergency plumbers and getting no where with getting someone out to at least get the shower shut off, DR Plumber popped up under Google reviews with a 5 Star Rating. Now I know why they have five star reviews. The father and son showed up at the time they told me they would be by and had the shower fixed with all new parts they carried on their truck within the hour. They were very considerate of my home and cleaned up after they had finished. Being that they are local to Marana, they didnt charge me the after hour fees that typical plumbers would be charging. (WOW!) I will be referring DR Plumbing to my clients and neighbors. What a great resource, fair pricing, honest with quotes, on time with respect and understanding for you and the situation you are in. You dont find many companies like this one in todays Market.

    Daniel & Daniel responded the same day we called them to address our water problem. We agreed that a new water line was needed. After deciding on an extremely fair price they started working immediately after all blue stake work was done. We required a 250 ft. ditch that they dug to code through extremely rocky earth. Communication was constant. D&D worked tirelessly as did the great 3 helpers that assisted. They amazingly completed the job in one day which was so appreciated after 5 days w/o water. We loved these guys! If you’re looking for a plumber who is honest and focused on solving your plumbing need we highly recommend DR plumbing. You won’t regret that decision.

    These guys are all you need!! I have used DR Plumbing twice now. They installed our new water heater at price better than any of the “ big” plumbing companies and just finished making our guest/kids bath look absolutely AMAZING, with the help of their tile guy who was also top notch. The communication is great, pricing is great and not having to wait a month or more for it to be started/ finished was wonderful. They always seem to be ready for the work and with a smile on their faces . I liked that they took care of everything even down to picking the shower faucet .     These guys treated me right. Sorry for not writing a review earlier but glad I thought about it, since I think it’s worth giving them some props. I had a leak in our closet a few months ago. We noticed it in the middle of the night. They showed up within an hour and and started fixing the problem. They were able to arrange for the rehab folks to get there and they showed up shortly there after. Everything they said, turned out to be correct. After everything was said and done they came back and painted the area. The rehab folks had patched up. During that time I had noticed the bottom of my hot water heater was rusty. I pointed it out and we discovered it was already leaking. They provided me a quote, which was more than reasonable and completed the work on the hot water heater in a timely manner. The communication was good and I was very happy with everything they provided.

    DR Plumbing saved the day. Our water main broke and flooded our side yard and part of the neighbor’s front yard. Found a recommendation from FB for our neighborhood that said DR plumbing was the best. I couldn’t agree more. They came in 35 mins and had a temporary water line installed in 2 hours so that we would have water while they did all the work of contacting the city for the dig permit and to have all the gas and utilities marked so they could dig the. trench needed to replace the water main.     We have been struggling with fluctuating water pressure over the last month and its been getting worse. Our neighbor recently had a water pressure issue and DR Plumbing quickly diagnosed their problem and replaced their pressure regulator. Our neighbors gave us their number. We called them and they quickly responded, ran tests to see if we had any leaks and ultimately found that the pressure regulator was going bad for us as well. Their work was excellent, very professional, and at a fair price. We are very pleased with their service. Tonight, I discovered what we were not getting hot water. I checked our water heater and found that the pilot light had gone out. I called DR Plumbing at a little after 8:00 PM planning to leave a message. Daniel, the owner, answered and actually came over at night, on his own time. He inspected the water heater, restarted the pilot light, and stayed for a short while to make sure it stayed lit. He did this at no charge, no service fee. I am so thankful for Daniel and DR Plumbing. They have won my future business.
