Tory and Daniel came today to swap out a fan and two entry way chandeliers. They also installed 3 new fans. They were professional and friendly from the moment they arrived until they left. They assembled, installed and cleaned up after they were done. They paid attention to detail, collaborated together on some challenging aspects of the install and were positive the whole time. I will actually request them in the future when I have more needs. Great job!

Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tory. In today’s times, good customer service is hard to come by. Tory was very professional while still being personal, which provided me with a great sense of trust from the start. He was very transparent about the pricing and did a great job identifying and explaining other vulnerabilities in my house. I will be reaching out to Tory specifically next time I have any electrical issues at my home and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pricing and someone to get the job done.P.S. he even brought my recycling bin back to the house

My experience withCool Hand Electrics was outstanding from first contact with Customer Service through the Electrician, Shiloh Gill, who was sent to work on getting my problem solved! Shiloh worked into the night and through cold and rain to get the problem resolved! He did a full house inspection and left written guidance on where problem areas might occur over time and remedies and timelines for getting them done, as well as suggestions for other things that might make life more comfortable! I have never worked with an electrician as knowledge, honest, and patient as Shiloh! Would highly recommend Cool Hand Electrics and Shiloh Gill for full-electrical services!

Shiloh takes the time to explain everything from costs to maintenance requirements and gives several options to fix the issues. The company even offers a reasonable payment plan option which I have never seen any other electrician offer. This company treats its customers like family.

Highly recommend Cool Hand Electric. Setting up the appointment was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our technician, Tory Jackson, arrived as scheduled and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. It is awesome that they take photos of everything so that you clearly understand what needs to be repaired. They also do a complimentary Electrical Safety Evaluation. Blake was able to diagnose the problem and helped me explain to the power how severe the situation was.In the end the service I received was better than anything close to what is common in today’s service industry.His thorough knowledge and professional expertise made my experience less painful. Shiloh Gill, was the technician at our house. He and Blake and Matthew worked in rebuilding the wiring at the house. Rebuild the circuit box, added a light fixture in my laundry room. The three men seem very knowledgeable on what they were doing.We went and signed up for the year contract. We will definitely recommend Cool Hand Electric to our friends. The crew was very nice and polite.

Tory from Cool Hand Electric is a true southern gentleman. We needed an electric plug added to our laundry room in the house we had built. I called Cool Hand and they sent someone within like 2 days. It was garbage day when Tory came by and when he started his work he brought the cans back in to the garage before starting his work. Even though it was a small job he treated it as if he was planning the whole system for us. He talked with my wife and asked questions to make sure we were getting what we needed. He then moved all of the things my wife wanted to plug in to the laundry room and set it up for her. What a great guy! Above and beyond his job! We will never use any other company for our electrical needs. Taking the time to understand what we needed is rare in this day and age and nice to see people like Tory still exist! Second review adding Shiloh! Man I wish Cool Hand had other businesses so I could hire them more often for other things! what a fantastic company! Shiloh took care of us this time and what a great young man. We will never call anyone but Cool Hand for our electrical needs!

Just had Cool Hand Electric out for a garbage disposal that kept on tripping my breaker switch. Great news is that they did an exceptional job. Bad news is that my breakers were recalled two years ago (I didnt know) and the wires are slowly burning out! Im so glad I had Cool Hand out to the house. Who knows, I may not have found out the problem until a fire started! Highly recommend, they were very thorough checking the whole house!Update: I couldnt see how I could put in another review for Cool Hand Electric and wanted to give them a bit more praise. I had a smoke detector that had been beeping three times every 45 seconds! Even with a new battery, it wouldnt stop. Shiloh came out and replaced all of my old smoke detectors with the new combo smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. They have an incased battery that is guaranteed for 10 years! So that means no more of the middle of the night chirping that totally drives one crazy! 😂 Shiloh was great, professional, helpful, and really went the extra mile to change some light bulbs that were too high for me to reach and that had been out for months. Thank You!

I had Cool Hand Electric out today to install a new outlet and to fix a couple of switches and one light fixture. They gave me a 2 hour window and arrived in the first hour. Both Shiloh and his helper were extremely nice and respectful. They did an inspection of my whole electrical system and found a couple of fixtures with some wires that had shown to be very hot. They showed me the cost to repair and explained the reason they should be replaced. They showed me areas that could be addressed to being things up to code. They gave me pricing for each area and let me decide what I was willing to do. They did not apply any pressure or guilt me into any repairs that was not wanting to get done right now. They were here much longer than expected, but that was due to them doing some additions safety checks since we had a couple of light fixtures that were overheating the wiring. I spent more money than I was expecting but I could not be more satisfied with the work and expertise they displayed while here.

It looks very presentable and adding these lights adds gives us more sense of security since our cars are parked on the side and it gets very dark!

I selected Cool Hand Electric because they were local, had great reviews, and posted actual videos and photos of their staff performing services. The technicians (Tory and Matt) arrived within the two hour window per the appointment. They were very friendly, professional, and ready to complete the installation of three ceiling fans. Tory provided an overview of the service and provided a quote after physically reviewing the wiring and ceiling bracing. They were fast and cleaned up the area after completing the service. Tory reviewed the functions for each fan to make sure that I was clear about the various settings. Tory noted some items that I might want to upgrade in the future. The guys did a great job. I highly recommend Cool Hand Electric.

He coordinated the assistance of Oncor Power company to replace a bad underground power line. Power was restore by late evening .
