Our experience was great, the team was friendly, professional and helpful - would definitely recommend if you are looking for a generator. Top of the line service and product. Installation was quick, easy and efficient - they provide a plan and stick to it with good communication along the way. They take the time to walk you through the full process and educate you on what to expect and what to do if something were to go wrong - or just call them!

We hired Booker Electric to install a Generac whole-home generator. They were great to work with including all employees who came to my home to do the work as well as the office staff. Brandon was easy to work with from the date he came out to give me a proposal. He never made us feel as if any question was silly and very patiently took to the time to answer all questions. All work was performed in a professional manner and they left all areas in good condition when done. The other companies that quoted did not included the trench work (for propane line) and required that I get another proposal as well as coordinate another company. We highly recommend Booker Electric as well as look forward to working with them to service the generator in the future.

My husband and I hired Booker Electric to install a Generac whole-home generator. They were fantastic. Of all the companies I called for an estimate, Booker was the only one to actually send a person to our house to measure for an accurate estimate. Brandon spent a lot of time explaining every step and answering my multitude of questions. He made everything easy to understand without talking down to me. Booker Electric handled every single detail for the installation - from permitting and inspections with the city to scheduling a plumbing company to install the gas lines. I had absolutely none of the headache of so many moving parts to deal with. Pam was wonderful at handling all of the scheduling and my questions during the process. The actual installation was seamless. The electricians were on time, very nice and they cleaned up every shred of trash when they were done and tidied up where they were working in our basement. This was the easiest improvement project weve ever dealt with by far, making me wish all companies were as easy and pleasant to work with as Booker Electric.

Sean who did the install was wonderful and flexible ensuring the install was done correctly. William worked with me to find a solution with the obstacle we encountered and Lucy is very kind and responsive. I really do appreciate a job well done.

I recently had Booker Electrical Services upgrade my commercial building to 3 phase and bring all of my panels up to code. They also wired our 3 phase spray booth. They showed up when they said they were going to, charged a very fair price, held true to their quote, communicated well and did a very clean job. The staff is professional and knowledgeable all the way from the owner to the electricians on site. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional electrician.

We inherited a generator when we purchased our house over the summer and knew it needed to be serviced before winter really hits. We were connected with Booker Electrical Services via the Generac website and were quickly contacted to set up an appointment. Brandon was great to work with. He quickly identified that our generator needed a new battery in addition to the general maintenance and replaced it then and there. The price seemed fair, the service was excellent and thorough, and he was very knowledgeable on how to best maintain our generator. Id highly recommend them!

We recently switched to Booker Electric from another company, because prices were lower and multiple folks in our community recommended them. After three encounters with this company, our expectations have beef surpassed. Appointments have been easy to make by phone, and the receptionists have been very kind, polite, precise and organized. Service has been punctual, and the service professionals we’ve encountered have been very knowledgeable and client-centered, eager to offer explanations and helpful hints.And hats off to Brandon. Afterwe had left a voicemail message for help at midnight because of an electrical outage and generator dysfunction, he e-mailed and then phoned me at about 8:00 AM and promptly came to our home. He confidently diagnosed an unusual malfunction, and resolved the issue within five minutes. He gave detailed and understandable explanations and sound advice, and he charged a very fair price.When I phoned him later that day with questions about our generator function, he immediately returned to the house to test the generator. He resolved the issue and did not charge for the second visit or his diagnostics. I was happily stunned!It is clear to me that Brandon and his colleagues are proud of their devotion to customer service and satisfaction. I warmly recommend them.Steve Samuels

We moved into a house that had a generator installed by Booker, so naturally I set up my annual maintenance with them and it was the best decision. I could not be happier with their responsiveness and quality of their customer service.During one of the recent storms my generator failed after about 12 hours and I called them in the middle of the night to leave a voicemail and hopefully get a response back in the morning. However, they responded to my call that same night and had their technician come and trouble shoot my generator that same night. The part was not available, but they were able to source it and have it fixed the next morning while the power was still out. During the whole process they stayed in touch and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly.I am so happy to have found Booker for my generator service and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to install a generator or maintain their generator. Thank you in particular to Brendan and Cameron for all your dedicated help!

I recently had my Generac generator serviced by Booker electrical and it was the best experience. The service manager Brandon is so easy and professional. He listened to my concerns and handled them promptly. They showed up on time as promised and solved my problem and did my annual maintenance at the same time. Their prices are extremely fair and I cant recommend them enough. I know they will be there if I need them.

Needed to bring service up from 100 to 200 amp to prepare if needed for push by government elimination of gas service and replace w electric services as heat and hot water and electric vehicles. Called 3 companies one of which I had done business with for years and helped w getting additional business with neighbors. They wanted to charge me to come out, most of the techs had left. A national company had bought them out, prices for basic service calls doubled.Checked references Booker electric consistently showed up has 5 star. Veterans owned, called found people talked to I new from company mentioned above. Booker came out looked at my panel and generac whole house generator came back not only with a competitive price but had the creativity and initiave to reuse components as breakers that where less than a year old.Showed up on the date and time four hours later I had 200 amp service, including upgrade to generac panel. Stayed until I was satisfied and everything checked out and came on line including testing generator. One other factor they had a stand by generator so that if needed they could plug in my freezers and fridge so food wouldnt spoil. Well beyond the companies I called. Also the other companies would only give estimates Booker gave me a firm price that covered more than the estimates. Having worked and overseen construction projects, the term we use for cost creep is change orders. The crew left my cellar and outside cleaner than they found it. I have contacted them to maintain my generac and monitor it.Ron
