Had a younger guy named Caleb stop over to check out some electrical stuff I had going on. Nothing too major but something I tried to fix myself and couldn’t quite get it. Caleb checked everything out, pointed out the things I did correctly and the things I didn’t do correctly. Fixed the issue within an hour and was really knowledgeable. Will definitely be a returning customer for them10/10 customer service10/10 price

From start to finish, I could not be happier with the experience we’ve had with BP electric.Carson was great leading the project to re-do and troubleshoot the wiring in our kitchen as well as add lighting to our kitchen, living room and bathroom. Very professional and knowledgeable when he first came out to give an estimate and then carried that through the multiple day job. This also can be said for Ethan, another person on site and others that I didnt get their names. Jen Poth was timely in getting us an estimate and getting us scheduled, as well as accommodating when adding additional receptacles, bathroom exhaust fan, adapting to our schedule when other non electrical work needed finished before they could continue, and other miscellaneous things.As mentioned, Carson and the crew ran dedicated lines for all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range, and countertop receptacles). They troubleshot our 3-way and 4-way light switches. Installed under cabinet wiring. Added receptacles in our bathroom. Installed puck lighting and pendant lighting.Overall, beyond grateful for the experience I had with BP electric and will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

Had BP electric come out to my home at Candlewood lake today to do a pretty big job that should have taken two days. Well BP sent out an extra person, came a little earlier & knocked out everything in a day! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!Dustin & his two apprentices were fantastic, cleaned up everything, even though I said not to worry about it since Im doing a full renovation.10 Stars!

We had an electrical outlet that wasnt receiving power. After looking all over the house for weeks, I could not find the location of the issue and had to call an electrician. BP sent over Jack and apprenticing electrician who had the outlet powered in a little under an hour and with out breaking a single piece of dry wall! They dropped a three wire down to the basement setup a junction box and took power from an existing line. In the end, our outlet was upgrade from a two wire to a three wire. We also had some other issues, such as an unsecured power line running across the ceiling, which they promptly fixed. The two were also very polite in answering any question I had.

Local electricians who care. I got 3 quotes for a minor residential electrical and BP Electric was not only my lowest bid but was the only company to actually take time to listen to what I wanted done. The irony of it was after he listened to my request, he gave me various cheaper options that could keep my cost down and still serve my needs! After discussing this with him I actually realized I didnt know what I was talking about after he explained how things worked. It was very kind of him to explain it to me as a teaching concern other than making me feel stupid.I gave him the job only to find out he wasnt the installer but the owner! The two guys that did the work were practically just like the owner. They would come upstairs and request me to view the job and explain to me what and why they installed it this way.BP Electric also helps out at our local church!This is now my go to place for my electrical work!!Erick Belmer

From estimate to install everyone we came in contact with was great, customer service (yes still alive). Both gentleman that arrived were very nice, arrived on time (early) and very knowledgeable. Prices were more than fare and lower than other estimates. We will be using them again to update some other electrical issues.

A bad Friday night storm knocked out power, took down the drop to the house and ripped it off the outside wall (the part I was responsible for to get repaired). BP Electric 1) answered my call on a Saturday, 2) came out right away, and 3) quickly had it repaired and ready for power to be restored. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Hope I dont need to do so, but would definitely call them again. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I have used BP Electric for a few different projects. They are always professional and very easy to work with. They are responsive, do high quality work and their prices are very reasonable. I have been very impressed with the work they have done. They also give back to the community, which is another reason they stand above many other companies. They have done electrical work for my house, moms house and a friends house. All of the jobs have been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Had BP Electric come out and update our electric panel to include a way to run a generator. Staff through the entire process were amazing and helpful in getting it set up and installed. Very timely. If they say they will be there at 8:00 am they will be 8:00 am on the dot

BP Electric sent two awesome guys to install a newer wall oven and cooktop for us. They were great!!!! They had to alter some of the cabinets and ran into a few issues, but they figured it all out and got us completely squared away!!!!! Very nice, clean, courteous, and fun guys!!!!! They communicated all issues and checked to make sure we were ok with the solutions. They completely cleaned up afterwards, putting EVERYTHING back where it was!!!!!! I’m thoroughly impressed and will definitely use them again for future home projects! I highly recommend them! They were very safe, and extremely knowledgeable in their trade! I can rest assured that the work was done right the first time. Very affordable too!

My first experience with BP Electric was excellent from the admin to the quality of hands-on work. The worker assigned to me for almost 40hrs was Dustin. Not only is he personable, and a schooled electrician... he is mechanically inclined, dedicated and he makes the project his own while completing his work with pride. BP Electric will be on my call list for future projects.
